  1. But she has no real power over them. I guess I just like Jackie Hoffman's portrayal, and I don't want her gone from the show.
  2. I don't hate Uma, for sure. Alice, possibly, and Amy Schumer. 🤣
  3. Are we certain of that? I know the appointment with her was made through Charles's neighbor's relationship with Cinda through their kids being in a gymnastics class or something together.
  4. I keep coming back to the texts that both Charles and Oliver received in the last episode of season 1. Who would possibly have both of their numbers? Mabel (for sure) We see her answering Charles' text early in season 1. Number saved to her phone. We see her texting with Oliver in season 1. Who else has texted with Charles and Oliver? Teddy texted Oliver in season 1. Will texted Oliver in season 1 and 2. Jan has been texting Charles, but I don't know that she has ever been seen texting Oliver or Mabel. The building manager of the Arconia would have those numbers on file, possibly. Ursula? We haven't seen as much of her this season. Maybe her Gut Milk business was a front for something and Bunny caught on. Detective Williams quite possibly would have all of their numbers, but we don't ever see her contact them by text, they contact her in Season 1 after she leaves Tim Kono's phone for Mabel. Oscar? Although, he has not been seen at all this season. It's a pretty important clue, to know who had both phone numbers. I doubt that Cinda would have both, maybe just Charles as he set up the appointment. Or, maybe it means nothing at all.
  5. Interesting thought process. I have come nowhere near these conclusions. It will be interesting to see how the rest of the episodes unfold. Maybe Mabel has a twin.
  6. I don't understand this. When was Mabel masked in the passageways? If you're referring to the masked person who was in the passageway when Lucy was hiding in there on the night of Bunny's murder, that person couldn't be Mabel, because Mabel didn't have enough time to go back to her apartment for champagne, kill Bunny, and disappear into the passageways.
  7. Forgot to add: "SOUP!"
  8. They were using the number that displayed from the texts they received last season. Charles and Oliver assumed that it was Detective Williams who had warned them to get out of the building, but now they realize that she didn't send that text, and the number that sent that text belongs to someone unknown. They've been texting that number thinking they were communicating with the detective. Now they've decided that that person must be the murderer. So it would have to be someone who knew Charles' and Oliver's phone numbers. (We don't know if Mabel received the same text. She's not shown receiving it on her phone.) So who would have had BOTH of their numbers? Mabel. I don't think Mabel killed Bunny, but I don't have any idea who did. Yet.
  9. I liked this episode, glad to see Zazz again. Loved Andrea Martin! Hope she gets more air time. Hilarious that the trio is staking out the trash can and almost totally miss seeing their man(?). That was very funny. Great juxtaposition of Mabel being deadly serious with Charles, and the antics of the person in black getting hit with a glitter bomb. I still have no idea who could have murdered Bunny and why. Either that's great planning by the show, or they're not dropping enough clues. They totally got me, though, through a commercial. I was certain someone else was murdered, because the commercial showed someone being zipped up in a body bag. Never occurred to me that it would be for Brazzos' new show. 😆 And I was totally confused, at first, when Mabel came upon the recreated scene of Bunny's murder. I may have been not totally awake yet, but I thought they were all IN MABEL'S APARTMENT, which would have been bad enough, but now I realize that Alice has recreated everything in her studio. 💡 D'oh. What a betrayal. Poor Mabel. I hope Oliver and Charles do not abandon her as well.
  10. Chase said he almost asked for a third ticket because it was such a long flight, but he didn't want anyone to know that they were bringing Emily along. The plan was to kill Hamzad, I don't think Harper knew that there was a child involved. Requesting a third ticket would have raised questions.
  11. No new episode this week? I was unaware the show was skipping a week. Boo!
  12. It was my understanding that Oliver, Will, and possibly the grandson did the DNA test for the science project, but Will said his came back indicating he was half-Greek. 😭
  13. One reviewer said it will be interesting next season to see if she is still on mission, in other words, if she's still planning on killing Hamzad. And apparently Chase and Harper are on their way to find her, rather than heading home. While most viewers had already figured out that Angela/Emily was Hamzad's biological daughter, I had no idea she had already been born. How terrible for Hamzad, to lose his daughter like that. It seems that the entire first season was setting up the real story and next season will tell the rest. I will watch for it.
  14. I think it's five episodes. Aren't there ten episodes this season?
  15. I thought that was out of character too, because he and Mabel had gone to the funeral home together and survived being captured by Theo and then they went to save Charles. Maybe he is just that selfish, but I like to think he's a little more loving than that. Deep down. Maybe.
  16. I guess I am hoping that Alice is the killer. I'm worried about others. I don't think Mabel or Charles or Oliver killed Bunny, mostly because they didn't have time, but I am worried about how quickly Oliver agreed with the police that Mabel could have done it. (Episode 1) That seemed really out of character for him. Does it mean something in the long run? Don't know, but I don't like it. Here's my list, based on this week's episode, of people I don't WANT to be the murderer. Charles, Oliver, Mabel, Will, Theo, Teddy, Uma, Lucy.
  17. I forgot to visit this forum on Monday, but you all have mentioned the things about the show that bothered me so much this past episode. Will lying in the church, asking God to tell him what to do, when he darn well knows already what to do may have finished him off for me as a character to care about. At least it wasn't everyone on holiday together like last season! As many others have said, I am enjoying Leonard so much this season, and his relationship with Mrs. C! I hope she's going to be okay. Maybe Will can get up off the floor and start praying for her. I thought this week's murder was a bit interesting. And as far as Bonnie not wearing foundation garments, I think it was meant to show that she was being a caregiver, a mother role. You can bet Kathy has on foundation garments galore at her BIG job at the department store. But probably doesn't wear them when she's meant to be watching the kids. That's all I've got. I keep watching for Leonard, but often find myself yelling at Will, even though I know he can't possibly hear me.
  18. Last season, there was speculation about Will being involved in Tim's murder, because he knew Mabel from when she would visit the Arconia as a young girl. He even told his father that she was bad news. He kept trying to get his father to give up the podcast. At the end of the season he told him he was proud of him, so maybe he was just given enough suspicious behavior for the audience to think about him, a little. Theo was a minor, minor character until The Boy from 6B episode, and then he became a BIG part of the story. I have some concerns about Will, and I hope they are unfounded. It's going to be awful enough if he is not Oliver's bio kid.
  19. I thought the DNA test that Will and Oliver participated in was for a science project Will's son was doing. It was their idea to do it, and not at the school's request. Will was "helping" his son, and promised his wife that he would make his son do at least some of the project.
  20. I would say that is exactly something they would do if the stakes were high enough.
  21. But would he try to frame Mabel or Charles or Oliver? I mean, those three not always been complimentary about the Arconiacs, so Marv might not have kind feelings toward them. Jan was in the third episode and had dialogue with the main characters. She was at least more present than the "baby daddy." I just don't see it, based on him being a person who's been shown the least in the show. Like I said, he should have been introduced in the first episode. JMO.
  22. Well, I'll be mightily disappointed if this is true. We've seen him once, and not directly. He's had no dialogue with anyone.
  23. One of the reviewers I read also has Marv on his suspect list, mostly because we found out he has, or has had, access to the Arconia.
  24. Oliver and Mabel distrusted Jan, or rather, disliked her, until she got stabbed. She went to that extreme to take suspicion off of her. It's possible that Alice is the killer, even with the big "accusation and denial" scene. Poor Oliver, if the DNA test is true. And judging by the looks passing between Oliver's wife and Teddy in the flashback, well, it sure seems that way. Loved how the show took us back to Oliver's college days and Teddy was right there with him. The depth in this show! Okay, I stayed up late, watched episode 5, and now I have to wait a whole 7 days for the next episode. Wah!
  25. Mind blown ... 😲😳🤯
