Joy and Austin: This One Time At Family Camp
Temperance replied to frenchtoast's topic in Counting On
Joy is due August 19th according to Duggar data. Duggar data says that it both lines up with how many weeks she claimed to be in a post (a few weeks) and Joy has said that's her due date. -
I mixed up Papa Bill and Gil Bates. (I read Bill as Gil.) Gil was born in 1965. We left Vietnam by the time he was a teenager. There's no mention of service on his wikipedia page so I doubt he was in the military. Steve Maxwell is pushing 70 and did serve in the military. He was probably drafted during Vietnam.

Actually that's the best thing that could happen to the girls and their families. The Andersons are toxic and they are better off out of that church although they could find another church that's similar. PP could easily blame the girls and still beat his own sons. They're very much into beatings in that family and he has temper. The only reason not to beat them is one of them is an adult and one is almost an adult (17) and they might hit him back if they dare. The Andersons made a big show of kicking one of the pastors out who had a one night stand. That pastor was a married father of many. They have been contemptous of other people's short comings. I'm sure they are furious with their own sons for making them look bad. thank you @farmgal4. I am sorry this happened to these young girls. I hope their families find clarity and move to a less extreme crowd.

Maybe they want Allie to be a sistermom, because of Alyssa's heart problems. In which case they should stop having kids.

I think Abbie has worn that dress before. She must like it.

Actually public planes have mandated social distancing and safety procedures in place. It sounds a lot safer than the way they flew in the private plane a month ago. Layla (their baby) wasn't strapped down at all. It didn't look safe, and there are pictures in the Carlin thread in the Bringing Up Bates thread. -
I could see her using the pandemic as an excuse not to attend. The pandemic wouldn't stop her from attending if she liked the Rods, but I could see her using it as an excuse not to go. David Waller's sister Lydia is getting married the week before Nurie, so I won't be surprised if the Wallers attends both weddings.

My mom has friends who can't/won't go to church, because the priest won't require people to wear masks. (no idea how they're handling communion). Her friends are higher risk than some other folks. They wanted to priest to have one mass with masks only. Church still seems risky to me, even with masks. I also someone who has mono right now. They're young and healthy, except for the mono.

Lolli and Pops have been regulars for a while. I tried to watch JD's wedding and Michelle talked a lot.

Jessa's boys are not that far apart in age about they would have been 2 and 3 here. (Henry was born 15 months after Spurgeon and this is from May so they would 2 and 3.) Yes a lot of the Duggar littles seem tall or big for their age.

Why did you quote me? -
No way are they going to be there five years! The state of Ohio is already looking into their homeschooling. The pandemic may buy them some time, but not enough. If they stay five years, the state may force the Rod kids into public school. They may lose some money or end up living on the bus, but they will be out of there sooner than later.

Didn't you say once you work with your hands? At the very least you catch babies. I agree being a well-rounded human being is never a bad thing. It's good to have critical thinking skills, and be open to new ideas. If Ohio is on Jill's case about the homeschooling, I predict she and David will try living in Florida as their next state. (Or maybe Georgia, Alabama, etc.) I think she'll want to be closer to Nurie and out of the north. Although she could move to Iowa to try to get Kaylee and/or Renee matched with the Bontrager brothers. The Bowers family moved to Iowa and were successful in getting the two girls married to Bontrager brothers.

Yeah the episode airs on July 7th on the actual television. Changing the start of the season from June 30th to July 7th seems to have thrown things off. Then again People did a two-week magazine ahead of the fourth. See normally today would have been an announcement in Ok! since they're the ones buying Duggar news. (Basically a new courtship or pregnancy). Or in People if they could get People (probably on a Friday). But the tabloids are off for the 4rth and everyone is either excited for the holiday or dealing with the pandemic and not paying as much attention. Anyway the Duggars would make their announcement in tabloids and then the first episode back would air in the less than a week. So they don't want to announce without a tabloid story, TLC is releasing the episode early and waiting for the announcement next week. Maybe we'll get an announcement next week for the tabloids.

They have their dad's sense of humor. Of course it made more sense when JB said he wasn't pregnant. -
There's a youtube video by youtuber named Anthony Padilla. It's called I Spent a Day with Ex-cult members. He's talks to two people one is named Ruhan (his group is kind of sex group). The other is named Brooke and her group was the Institute of Basic Life Principles (the group founded by Bill Gothard). It's one video, but people here might want to watch it.

That's according to her Instagram (professional account). She was on the Greece type with Jason and Lauren C so it makes sense those kids were all around the same age. She could be a little older (like 22) and hasn't updated it. -

Madison Nicole is 21. I know Jason is 20, but Jessa is older than Ben. -
Considering raising their child is one of their biggest accomplishments, I also find that strange.

Madison Nicole's personal social media has disappeared. Her professional account for her photography business is still up. Maybe Madison and Jason?
