I mentioned this before, but Joshua Bontrager's newest blog post (on his own blog) is eye-opening. He and his wife had their first child (a man child) and now he wrote a post about why he and his wife had kids as soon as they did. A lot of his posts seem to be consistent with his parents/father's ideas and they show the Bontragers as they really are. The Bontragers are very open about being "Quiverfull". The Duggars went to this kid's wedding.

Josiah and Lauren: He Has To Marry Somebody

Was this mentioned during the show (I don't watch)? Editing to ask for the source of this info. -
So wait a minute, anti-Catholic Jeremy seems to have named Felicity after a Catholic saint. It was hinted at in the US Weekly article. Interesting.

Lauren Si Duggar had a different wedding dress venue. It would be nice if they got married in OK. -
Diggle's his last name on Arrow. His first name is John.

@MyPeopleAreNordic I also lost a dog. It's sad. He's been gone a while, but I still miss him.

When I need to look something up in the bible, I use biblegateway on the internet mostly. The physical book is being replaced with its' digital counterpart. Topic: Jeremy prefers paper books to ebooks.

It's worth pointing out Grandma Mary wore the tinman dress in white to somebody's wedding. -
I actually didn't find her that bad. I understood the gist of what she was saying. Find Jesus so you'll go to heaven, and bring your kids up the same way. Your time on the earth is limited so love God. I will agree her speech was breathy and disjointed, and at times I wasn't sure she knew where she was going with whatever point she was making. Some people think better when they're talking out loud. It wasn't that great and her message was familiar enough, but based on the comments, I was expecting much worse.

I know a lot of people who didn't have help with a first baby, but have more help with the second, third, etc. to help deal with the older children.

I think the Duggars had a vow renewal, because TLC wanted to film it and was playing the bills. This coincided with the Duggars trip to Kleinfeld (Say Yes to the Dress) (which has it's own thread on the 19 K&C forum at PTV.) Vow renewels is TLC staple-plot; JB and Michelle, Jon and Cate, Larry and Theresa, etc.

I've eaten plenty of baby carrots in my lifetime and so have many other people. Why aren't they healthy, and if there's really a problem why are the grocery stores allowed to sell them?

I know that's Jason's house. Joy and Austin's house looks like just Jason's house to me and Austin probably designed his/their house and he's in his twenties. -

Austin, I think, designed their house and it has the same finishes. He isn't a teenager (I think he's 24?) -
I wouldn't be surprised if they had more than 3 kids and a big family, but I think it's unlikely they get into double digits.

Joy is still a TLC star. There's a good chance TLC will warn her about giving birth at home if she thinks about giving birth at home. Jill and Anna are the only two Duggar women who seem to really the idea of a home birth and Jill may realise that she needs a hospital.
-
I hope so too, but I wouldn't be surprised if Anna, Jessa and Lauren have their babies at home. I wonder if Kendra would have had a home birth if she hadn't had the previous history of passing out from pain. I hope these women (and all women) get the safest possible births they can have.

If they had different initials, then they wouldn't have had initials on the jacket. Of course my bestie and her younger sister wore gym clothes with big sis's name on them. (It was confusing for the teachers!)

This is why I swear some of my fundie-lite friends are Duggars. One of my friends had a baby and her mother made the post all about how she had another grand-baby. The parents were briefly mentioned as care-givers. Nothing about this was their first child or how the other grandchildren were all siblings. It was my grandchild and laced with Duggar-speak.

Well, I didn't guess the name. It doesn't sound particularly religious. Felicity is a great name (a favorite of mine). It's 347 in popularity so maybe more popular than people think. I don't know any little Felicitys, but it's nice. It will probably be even more popular in the coming years.
