Maybe it's a specific accent that Walkers can't hear. So they walk around holding conversations in Alpha-speak and the Walkers can't hear them. Lucky Walkers.

I get the feeling that the people who run this show aren't happy when their actors take time off to work on bigger and better projects. That's why Connie has been disappeared. So Magna (I've been calling her 'Magma' too) is greeted as if she's the Queen of Alexandria and even Connie's family hasn't even been bothered enough to try and find her corpse. She could be a walker, stumbling around with a pen and paper for all they know. Or care. I remember those days.

Most of the characters left didn't even know Glen and Abraham and weren't there to see what Negan did to them. It's all well and good for Queen Carol to negotiate Negan's forgiveness because she has no skin in this fight. But she was willing to burn BOTH communities down and sacrifice any number of people to get revenge for her sniveling brat Henry. Ask Connie how she feels. It made me sick to see Daryl willingly breathe the same air as Negan. I guess it's supposed to be okay with the audience now that Negan has the Daryl and Carol Seal of Approval. But I say FUCK HIM and FUCK THEM TOO. Negan needs to die. He can die saving somebody; that can be his redemption. But he can't live among decent people. He's lost that right.

Samantha Morton is such a talented actor and she seems like a lovely woman. But I hated every single choice she made with Alpha and am ecstatic that the character is dead and (hopefully) gone. Interestingly enough, I think Melissa McBride would have made a better Alpha.

Won't Beta be surprised when he finally gets to Alexandria and discovers that everyone's on a double date with Eugene.

Negan's still alive so it's made of bullshit, as far as I'm concerned. Negan killed Glenn because Daryl had no fucking self-control but he has enough patience to sit and listen to Negan's life story.

Is Daryl REALLY having a heart to heart with NEGAN? What kind of bullshit is THIS????

It looks like a lot people said last week's episode was the worst ever. And this episode said, 'hold my beer!'

Now there are TWO people with weapons on Negan. Could somebody just fucking KILL HIM!!!!!!!

He's a nice man too. I'm happy to see that he's got another gig. I'm begging this show to kill Negan.

I'm glad Carol is being tormented. The bitch has tormented me with her presence for YEARS.

They should pass some of it out to the audience.

The old 'I've got something in my pocket' gag. Sure Negan.

But we only get two minutes of them. Their relationship is one of the best on the show but we have to waste time on Magna and Yumiko(?).

These people are surrounded by their wounded comrades and they're supposed to give the tiniest fucks about Eugene's pen-pal? Do any of these idiots remember when the WHOLE DAMN COMMUNITY thought it was a good idea to accompany Maggie to go see the doctor? Fuckery.

So Carol double-crossed Nagen just so she could get what SHE wanted. What a surprise!

Who the fuck is Carol to be making deals for the community? She's NEVER cared about anybody but herself.

Are there people on this earth that think that fucked up wig is a good look for Carol?

Maybe Connie will appear right at that time and she and Daryl will have a 'reunion'. And Carol can get with Negan, who probably hasn't washed the Alpha off yet.

This made me cry. I wish they had given me something that meaningful in Michonne's last episode. The character, the actor and the fans deserved it.

I think Danai was just FED UP. To her back teeth. She's an award winning writer (unlike anyone involved with TWD). I'm sure she saw and smelled the bullshit the second she was handed the script. But Danai was probably so tired of fighting and so glad to be filming her LAST EPISODE that she just went with the flow, acid trips and all. She looked like she was going through the motions on Talking Dead, enduring YNB and her gushing. Danai was probably relieved that she could film the episode from so she pour herself a stiff drink and crawl into bed the second it was over. I have a feeling that 'scheduling issues' will keep Danai's involvement in the 'Rick Grimes' movies to a minimum. She's got MUCH better things to do.

This episode wasn't just BAD; any regular viewer of TWD is used to bad episodes because we've watched enough of them. It was insulting both to the iconic character of Michonne and to the intelligence of the viewers. I actually liked some of the 'what if' scenes because it gave me a chance to walk down memory lane and remember a time when this show was actually GOOD. Remember those days? I actually arranged travel plans because I didn't have a DVR and I NEEDED to see TWD. Michonne was a big part of that. I liked seeing some of the old crew, characters I LOVED and still miss. I even liked Alternative Universe Michonne because girlfriend looked FIERCE. The downside of that was fucking Negan, stinking up every scene he's in. Are we supposed to believe that AU Michonne wouldn't have fragged his ass the first time he started blowharding? But those flashbacks made it harder to swallow Present Day Michonne, the woman willing to sail off with a man she just met without any backup at all. A prime example of how much Michonne has been weakened is that Virgil chose HER to con. Would he have dared to pull that shit with OriginalRecipe Michonne? I think not. The Whisperers were on the move with a huge horde of walkers but Michonne thought it was a good idea to follow a man SHE JUST MET, to an island, LEAVING HER CHILDREN BEHIND. I know Judith is annoying and I can understand the desire to get away from her know-it-all ass, but what about RJ? She's going to leave her beautiful baby boy, with people who barely know he's alive? Has NuMichonne forgotten what happened when she left her first little boy behind, because I haven't. I agree with @AngelaHunter and all the others who've said it. I am sick to death of people taking advice from a 10 year old. Somebody needs to tell Judith to sit her narrow ass down and let the GROWN FOLKS handle things. I refuse to believe that no matter how dickmatized Michonne is by St. Rick of Grimes, she would ever base the decision to leave her children on the advice of a CHILD. Rick fucked her, he didn't give her a lobotomy. And I am fed up to my eyeteeth that Michonne's purpose in life has become ALL ABOUT RICK. She has children to raise and a community to lead. OriginalMichonne would return to that community, tell the people that she's closest to, some of whom knew Rick longer than she did and arrange a search party. OriginalMichonne would arrange proper childcare for her two children. OriginalMichonne would ENSURE that the threat from the Whisperers was eliminated. She wouldn't take the word of a FUCKING CHILD. One last thing. I know that TWD has decided that Black is beautiful, when it comes to lighting. But did someone, ANYONE even consider that they might want to do something about the lighting when they have at least two dark-skinned Black people in most of the scenes? As a Black woman, I was pissed that I couldn't even SEE Michonne for most of the episode. Michonne deserved better. Danai deserved much better. But part of me is happy that both of them are out of this shitshow. Danai is moving on to bigger and better things. Her future is very bright. FUCK TWD.

I liked hearing the comments from fans of Michonne. I don't think a lot of people understand how important the character was. We're used to seeing dark-skinned Black women in major roles now, but back when Michonne arrived it wasn't common at all. I don't read the comics, so I had heard that this character was arriving but knew nothing about her. The first scene when she arrived with her 'pets' blew me away. Danai did such an amazing job of making Michonne a real woman, not a 'mammy' or a 'magical negro' even though Michonne has elements of both in her. Danai transcended a lot of stereotypes about Black women and it was so inspiring. I've met her twice (once at her play in NY) and she's as amazing as she appears to be. I'm really sad that such an important character was given such a dreadful send off but that's what you get when no-talent hacks think they're artistes.

I keep thinking how cool Danai's apartment must be, just from that wall. I find something else to do when Gimple or YNB speak.
