Josh & Anna Smuggar: A Series of Unfortunate Events
lookeyloo replied to maraleia's topic in Counting On
If they are staying with the Duggars (they are there for the ring ceremony) with Joy holding the baby, maybe Anna is surrounded by various potentially helpful Duggars. Or those same various potentially helpful Duggars could go to her house. Maybe she is tired of him hanging around and needed a break from him. -
Y'all are hilarious. Michelle could really be a beautiful woman if she fixed her hair, dressed appropriately and got sober.

Maybe it is a staged picture with the "real" meal on the counter. Photo op and such -

And there's always the chance she will deliver this one at home too. -
http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/184003.Only_Begotten_Daughter I read this science fiction book a long time ago. I had my first honeymoon in Atlantic city so made it more fun. She meets her "brother" Jesus. Anyone else ever read this?

Or maybe he is growing it long enough for a pony tail.

Cosby has five grown daughters. None of them seem to be married. Granted they are very private and that information could just not be available. I am just curious about that.
-
What kind of hold does he have on her. Is he calling the shots?

Of course you are scared and of course this is all discombobulating. Compounded with tired from a new baby and all things new and some unplanned. There may be social services associated with your treatment. There was with mine. They are not surprised by anything you have voiced. You are not alone in your feelings and you and Wanderman are not alone in your current situation. We are here for you to say whatever you need to whenever you need to, no holds barred. Sending ffcyberhugs and several boxes of tissues.

Wanderwoman so sorry to hear about what's happening. You have both been through so much lately. No wonder there are high stress issues. We have helped Seashell Lover with a GoFundMe - Group? Are we in?

Who are the two dark haired girls in the lower right?

Michaella and Brandon: He Writes Fairy Tales
lookeyloo replied to Meredith Quill's topic in Bringing Up Bates
Good questions all. I do believe in "love at first sight" - it's how was with me and my first husband. It was the same kind of thing. Took years of on and off before he got with my program and then he seemed all in. Of course 11 years later he was gone, but, I have two great kids, now grown and a fabulous second husband. BUT, I think if I didn't end up marrying #1 I would have always thought of him as my one true love who got away. I'm hoping Michaela and Brandon will settle into some kind of satisfying life for both of them. Maybe she will lose a little of that moonstruck thing over time and he will fall more in love with her and they can meet in a happy middle. -
We are moving to another state in a few months. Making preliminary de-stashing trip end of month. My house would be one fabulous garage/yard sale right now! Come on down!!!

HFC - so sorry to read about what you and your family are enduring. Me lookeyloos's mother has lost most of her memory. It is very sad. Two things - I have a "velvet Elvis" my brother got me years ago - apparently they are now hard to come by. Unconfirmed rumor has it that the "estate" run by Pricsilla put the kibosh on them although I don't know how they can monitor every street corner. Second - I am a quilter so I am making two virtual baby quilts for Maisie and Caroline and one for Jellybeans and HFC. Anyone else want one let me know. The virtual ones are the best. Always perfect.

I have been saying that all along. She looks love sick, looks at him with such longing. He doesn't look at her like that or act in love. Maybe just the way he is in front of the cameras. I hope it turns out the way she wants and isn't a marriage where she is all over him and he says "not tonight, dear, I have a headache". -
Jenniferbug - echoing all the good support you have already gotten from your cyberfriends here. You were at the right place at the right time and made the right decisions. Keep us posted.

didn't RO move back to her Nyack house? The one she loved? I am no Whoopi fan, but maybe she means by her "I don't care", is that she cares, but doesn't want to be confronted with even more facts that confirm Cosby's (or anyone else's) misdeeds. She does annoy me and I wish she would take her toys and go home.
-
I was thinking she was confused and was adding in the other grandkids into the mix.
-
When Michelle said "Grandbabies" could it mean Jill is pregnant?
-
Our son and his husband got married in DC two years ago. It wasn't legal in their state. Happy for them and for you, MindyMcIndy and your beloved.
-
Did Michelle ever go near that baby? Not on camera. Me, I would have been clutching the grandchild for dear life in the last moments before they left! And I did when mine flew back home after a visit this summer. And we are going to visit them next week! I guess her not having a heart for children extends to the grandchildren too.
-
CofCinci - they need you! I hope the day passes without incident and you get your break. Too much to hope for?
-
Gosh HFC, that is not good news. So sorry. FFcyberhugs on way.

I'm with you, ChocolateAddict. I can never put enough clothes on to get warm, since I feel cold from the inside. I am thinking of trying "hot yoga". Once I was up in the attic here in the deep south on a very hot summer day. I started to drip sweat and the more I did, the better I felt, like a buzz or high. Mr. Lookeyloo thought I was insane. Two years ago he had some health issues and I had high anxiety. I walked for an hour every day in the middle of the day when the temp and humidity were in the 90s and dripped sweat but that calmed my anxiety. Crazy I know, but, works for me.
