  1. "Birth Abroad to Two U.S. Citizen Parents in Wedlock A child born abroad to two U.S. citizen parents acquires U.S. citizenship at birth under section 301© of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) provided that one of the parents had a residence in the United States or one of its outlying possessions prior to the child’s birth. The child is considered to be born in wedlock for the purposes of citizenship acquisition when the genetic and/or gestational parents are legally married to each other at the time of the child’s birth and both parents are the legal parents of the child under local law at the time and place of birth." http://travel.state.gov/content/travel/english/legal-considerations/us-citizenship-laws-policies/citizenship-child-born-abroad.html
  2. I'm not convinced that Josie said she was happy to see her daddy but not her mother. I watched the repeat last night, and it sounded like she mumbled "mommy daddy" and not "my daddy". It seemed to be more than one syllable said right in front of the word daddy. Something to pay attention to, I guess, when watching repeats. Let's face it, Josie does not have particularly clear speech, so she very well could have slurred her words.
  3. We have that shuffle board game (my husband is Dutch). A smaller version of it, however, which I feel is probably a little easier to do, as the smaller pucks likely fit better in the hand and would be easier to control. We haven't played it in a few months, but it is fun to play.
  4. There were a couple different previews for next week's episode. In one you can see Jana's face as she holds Josie, in the other you can't. I agree, she looked like a distressed mother in that shot, and showed more emotion in a couple seconds than I've seen from Michelle ever.
  5. At the time, the renovations were not completed on their house and they were living in a hotel. Thus, they had no washer/dryer of their own at that point. Pretty sure they have a washer/dryer now.
  6. From the article: "When things didn't work out that way, she says her doctor told her that her birth plan – which included contingencies for Pitocin (a hormone to stimulate contractions, which she was given at the hospital before she gave birth) and a cesarean section (also in her birth plan) – was one of the most extensive he'd ever seen."
  7. Greg Abbott is the current governor of Texas. I thought Marjorie was adorable and a breath of fresh air. Happy for Josiah.
  8. The article says she "initially" refused pain meds. I take that to mean that while in labor, she refused pain medication. I cannot imagine anyone performing a c-section without numbing the patient and providing pain relief.
  9. I don't think you can tell for certain whether that clock says 12:10 or 2:00. I certainly can't, so if you can, your eyesight is better than mine. Which wouldn't be out of the question... :)
  10. My husband changed into scrubs before I delivered my 9 pound 5 ounce daughter (no epidural), and I did not have a c-section. I also had an IV in well into the second day after she was born, so I don't think either Derick in scrubs or Jill's IV are signs she had a c-section, based on my own experience. My daughter also had a nice, rounded head at birth. Thank heavens Jill finally had the baby, regardless of how she had him. I was beginning to worry about their health.
  11. I thought Jill said the "second due date" of April 5th was because first-time mothers frequently have babies late, so she was expecting to have her own baby late, thus April 5th is about 10 days or so past her original due date.
  12. Per Instagram, Jill claims to still be pregnant. https://instagram.com/p/009EtaLs9-/
  13. Pickles says "Jessa is pregnant... Maybe." Pickles is basing it on the same picture that Free Jinger posted, which is the same posted here. There has been speculation based on various pictures that Jessa is pregnant. Is she possibly pregnant? Sure. But until the announcement is made, no one knows for sure.
  14. I did not see this episode and therefore did not see the aircraft in question. However, there are smaller regional jets that do have four seats across, 2 and 2. I have flown on that type of aircraft myself. An example seat map: http://www.seatguru.com/airlines/Delta_Airlines/Delta_Airlines_Canadair_CRJ700_C.php
  15. That article makes no mention of Jill Duggar at all. It's just an article about the Duchess of Cambridge wearing a reasonably priced maternity dress purchased from an online store during one of her outings.
  16. Did anyone else notice Maya's top change from the scene prior to the opening credits to the scene after? In the opening scene, her top has embroidery under her throat. In the next scene (still the same time and place), her top has now been turned around so that the embroidery is on the back instead of the front.
  17. Sure, Ivy, stand there in Rick's office and tell Steffy that you're all in with Liam's plan to takeover Forrester. It's not like Pam, the queen of eavesdropping, is right outside the office. What could go wrong?
  18. The article says Kelsey is going to France for two weeks, then returning for "the birth of her nephew." Then she will be returning to France later. If two weeks coincides with the WTA, then I would expect to see Kelsey there.
  19. "She practices yoga in the morning, shoots at the gun range in the afternoon, and during the time between, you'll hear the click of her four-inch heels down the halls of the school of life." Excuse me, I have to go track down my eyeballs, which have rolled completely out of my head.
  20. Kelsey is nuts. The whole "my story is amazing!" Big smile! routine made me sick. She's also catching flack on her Facebook page. https://www.facebook.com/kelseypoeofficial?ref=br_tf
  21. With that beard, Rick looks like he should be the captain of the Titanic.
  22. I think people have the name of Derick's grandmother slightly wrong. Per both Derick and Jill's Instagram accounts, she was called Grandma Vergie, not Verdie. I don't recall if we saw any glimpses of her in the wedding episodes; in the recent pictures they have posted, she was wheelchair bound, so perhaps she wasn't there.
  23. Having been to the Willis Tower last year, I really think they made an exception for the Duggars to have that RV there. Parking is at a premium in Chicago and especially at a big tourist attraction such as the Willis Tower. Parking on the streets is hard to come by, but there are plenty of parking garages. I would have to look again when watching this episode, but it looks like the RV was not parked at a parking spot, exactly, but more like an area to pull in, drop off people, and leave again. It also looked to me like the elevator going up to the top was not full, the Duggars and their camera people were the only passengers. (Believe me, the Willis Tower is busy and they cram you into that elevator.) So either they made an exception for the Duggars to park there in the first place, or they had someone move the RV there for the photo op. There's just no way the Duggars dropped into the Willis Tower without arrangements being made in advance to film them, IMO.
  24. http://www.enjoygram.com/m/855351978991636395_191143666 Another sighting of Ben and Jessa in Paris.
