  1. I spent most of the ep trying not to go to sleep or playing on my phone.
  2. Joan: And you've turned all the pictures upside down. Sherlock: I thought we needed a new perspective. Joan: Because bats have solved so many homicides Me: Yes, they have. Ever heard of Batman?
  3. Here are my thoughts as the last scene plays out. *Nacho and Arturo go to meet Gus's men* Me: Oh something very bad is going to happen. *Gus's men give them the rest of the drugs* Arturo: Yeah that's what I thought. Me: Dude watch your back. *Nacho and Arturo are walking away* Arturo: Told you it'd be a piece of cake. Me: Hey dumbass watch your back. *Gus's men attack them* Me: SEE I TOLD YOU TO WATCH YOUR BACK YOU DUMBASS *Arturo dies* Me: Well that's what you get for being an arrogant dumbass.
  4. Funny there is talks of a spin off. https://deadline.com/2018/07/nashville-series-finale-recap-qa-creator-callie-khouri-rayna-return-spinoff-ending-characters-future-1202430843/
  5. Hayden is selling her Nashville home. https://people.com/home/hayden-panettiere-lists-super-secure-nashville-home-for-1-65m-amid-rumored-split-from-fiance/amp/
  6. Yeah, ok. I got my locations mixed up. I know one state had the real one.
  7. There's also a real life Cottonwood Mall in Omaha and it's where Gene works. Besides, there are malls in different states with the same name.
  8. https://www.teenvogue.com/story/lennon-stella-nashville-like-everybody-else/amp
  9. Wrong. He moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, changed his name Lenny Kosnowski and got a job driving trucks for Shotz Brewery while rooming with a guy called Squiggy.
  10. Who only see the Gene scenes in the season openers.
  11. In the 4th season opener isnt't this the 1st time we find out what Gene's last name? Which is something I can't spell and I'm not bothering to look it up. Also, Cinnabon just opened in our mall a few weeks ago and I really have to go try it now. :)
  12. And when he asked that question I let out a loud hell yes. Bruce Lee was known to carry a .45.
  13. Bravo is showing the early seasons right now.
  14. Unpopular opinion but, I thought the "series finale" on ABC was way better except Juliette would have met with her family instead of that plane crash crap. In fact if the show had ended then it would have been remembered better then now. Also, well the last 10 minutes was fun it also made me mad . Hey there's Glenn, why the hell wasn't he in the episode proper? Hey there's Luke, Tandy, and Teddy and all I could think of is the stories they could have done with them instead of the crap we got.
  15. Ok, what would you want to happen in the series finale? Ok, Juliette has screwed up yet again. And this time it's major and there's no coming back, Avery gets married to purple hair girl and they take Cadence and move far away from Nashville. And on top of it Cadence now calls purple hair Mom. Emily and Glenn want nothing more to do with her and abandon her and her career goes down in flames. Years later we see Juliette broke, alone in some cheap motel drinking her life away and watching TV that shows Avery and purple hair are THE power couple of country music and Cadence is starting her own music career. Well, that's it, Juliette pulls out a gun, points it at her head and pulls trigger. Things go black, then we see Juliette wake up screaming. Then we hear a knock on the door and she tells them to come in. The door opens and in pops her dad, Noah Bennet. "Everything alright Clairebear?" " Yeah I just had the weirdest dream. I was a country music diva and I kept making the stupidest decisions and no matter what happened I would never learn from my mistakes and just keep doing stupid things. Nothing good ever happened to me." "That sounds like the plot to a bad soap opera Claire." "Yeah tell me about it." "Well time to get ready for school." "Ok dad." Yes Nashville was all a dream of Claire Bennet.
  16. So today they've been showing eps from Gretchen's first season. One of the ones I saw was when the girls went to Vegas and Gretch ordered Vicki's drink which pissed her off to no end. Now they have on the one where Brianna tells her mom she's going to join the army and Vicki points out, rightfully, that she's doing this cause Coby just broke up with her.
  17. http://comicbook.com/dc/amp/2018/07/03/legends-of-tomorrow-jes-macallan-dinah-drake-arrow/ Thank god she didn't get it. But, I don't much care for Ava.
  18. And Tamra takes her clients out to dinner and gets drunk and acts a fool to the point that one asks for Jenna's number.
  19. Now the Angels have gotten pulled over and ticked in their Hummer because it didn't have plates. Christen says she did't put them on cause they don't match the Hummer. Then when passing out drinks they get a ticket for not having a permit to pass out stuff.
  20. Ok, right now they're showing the ep when the OC Angels are trying on bikinis in front of creepy old man. Ashley and Lindsey had problems trying on the small bikinis in front of them. Especially Lindsey as they are friends of her dad. But, Christen, the Head OC Angel had no problem with it. And I have a feeling why she was the "Head" OC Angel.
  21. https://uproxx.com/tv/bob-odenkirk-better-call-saul-reddit-theories/amp/ Meanwhile, Saul Goodman himself, Bob Odenkirk, is also out promoting Incredibles 2, and on last night’s The Late Late Show with James Corden, Odenkirk took a minute backstage to react to a few Reddit theories about Better Call Saul. The first and third theories were silly, and Odenkirk didn’t give much thought to them. However, Odenkirk didn’t outright dismiss the second theory, which speculates that Jesse Pinkman meets up with Jimmy McGill’s other alter-ego, Gene, in Omaha after the events of Breaking Bad and convinces Gene to pull off one last heist together.
  22. Speaking of Emily....when is the last time we saw her? And Bucky and Glenn for that matter.
  23. I'll say it before and I'll say it again, the later seasons are crap. Instead of teenagers and their drama we have ladies in their 40s and 50s acting and trying to look like teenagers. I think some of the best or worst moments of the early seasons involved the teens.

  25. Noir let go unchallenged Maher’s perpetuation of the gun show loophole myth. Every law that applies outside of a gun, still applies inside of a gun show. Federal firearms licensees must conduct a background check regardless whether they’re selling at a gun show or in their own gun store. What is really meant by gun show loophole is the fact that federal law does not subject all firearms sales, whether private or from a licensed dealer, to background checks. So what? Nine states composing a quarter of the nation’s population impose universal background checks per state law. So there is that. Aside from that, background check or not, it is still all kinds of illegal to sell or buy a gun if the would-be buyer is prohibited by law from buying or possessing a firearm. That is, if they couldn’t pass a background check, it’s illegal to sell to them, anyway, regardless whether there’s a background check conducted. So what’s a background check going to do? Nothing. You’re either going to sell that gunillegally, or you’re not. A background check requirement is just another law to break while they’re already breaking several others. Moreover, criminals don’t get their guns through legitimate sources, anyway. They steal them. They buy them on the black market. They get them from friends and family. All if this is illegal if the person is a probited possessor. They get someone to buy them from a legitimate source on their behalf, which is also a crime. So what gooed does a background check do? Law abiding people adhere to them. Criminals don’t. Noir failed to address this and allowed Maher’s deception that there’s some loophole out to persist. What universal background checks really means is banning private sales of guns, since only FFLs may access the background check system. That’s the real goal, because then the government can choke off licensed sales and all of gun sales because they control who gets and keeps their federal firearms license. Noir missed this opportunity and instead allowed Maher to make it look like the NRA was for background checks before they were against them. Thatmakes them look foolish, because the issue is more complicated than that.
