  1. Maybe Cameo still loves him, but doesn't want to marry him, for some reason. She knows him well, and maybe she thinks she's better off without him as a constant in their lives. Just a thought.
  2. Hopefully she'll just be the carrier, and it won't affect her at all.
  3. Aww..I wanted to believe one would swim up Paul's pecker. Maybe something else can happen to him since you took that away from me. ;-)
  4. I have to admit here that I don't even still own an iron. Just call me a Duggar. 0_o But I don't make the big bucks for a show, and I'm not in the public eye.
  5. I also thought that at least they're probably living within their means. I know a lot of very fashionable people who just put everything on credit, and will never, ever pay those cards off. But, they do sell dress clothes at resale shops.
  6. Me,me,me meeeeeee...it's all about me (sung opera style.) I just love that it must eating JB alive that he's not the 'star' of the show anymore, and never will be. Heh heh (I'm cutting Meechelle some slack, because she still has to have sex with el creepo)
  7. That's not the only issue with a bottle after a certain age. I was a (clueless) 17 year old first time mother, and let my daughter go to bed with a bottle of milk. She had multiple cavities when she was only about 2 years old. The pediatric dentist said it was common in bottle fed babies because of the sugar in milk sitting on their teeth all night long. I felt like the WORST mother, especially because she was so young they had to put her under to fix those cavities :( So, fast forward to my next daughter, 2 years later (when I was a clueless 19 year old.) I exclusively breast fed her,not wanting to go through that again, and she still had some problems with her teeth. I would nurse her until she fell asleep , and as I later found out, breast milk has the same cavity inducing properties when left to fester all night long. Kids, 3, 4, and 5 (all 2 years apart) had no cavities at all, because I never nursed them to sleep, and if I did let them have a bottle in bed, it was only plain water. (The end) sorry so long ;-)
  8. One of my friend's daughter was extremely tall for her age. I had to keep reminding myself how young she really was. Sometimes I'd be expecting her to be acting ''more like her age", when in reality she was. That's why I asked his age, because he looks like a 3 year old to me, and I thought the bottle was inappropriate. But I can cut the poor kid some slack if he's only 2 :) IMO they need to stop it soon though, for his teeth's sake.
  9. I thought the sparklers at the end was (were?) a nice touch, but I'm also a dreadful worrywart and was hoping no sparks fell on anyone.
  10. My daughter and her family are now in a cabin in the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains in Georgia. Yay! <<<<- (I'll never be able to type that word again without thinking about this forum) ;-) Thanks for all of your well wishes. :) p.s. The drive was supposed to take about 8½ hours..it took twenty
  11. I thought I read that also! But when they got to their hotel, they said no pets. But nothing deters my SIL, who just said "she's a service dog." I usually can't abide people who fake that, but desperate times call for desperate measures. But when they get to Georgia tomorrow, it will be in a very dog friendly place, with fields for her to run in (she's not going to want to return to the boat, if it survives Irma.)
  12. I'm feeling very relieved. They made it to Ocala, Florida and are in a hotel room. A drive that usually takes 3½ hours took almost 8. 0_o
  13. Thanks to this post, I just went and on got on the online waitlist from my library for my Kindle for it. (must be good, I'm 9th in line for it.)
  14. Thought I'd share a pic from a few months ago. Oh, please let Irma go out to sea, and leave everyone and everything alone! (And Hurricane José can stay away too.) Their dog Nala is just a year old..but she's a seasoned sea-dog already :)
  15. All of my husband's family in Puerto Rico are all ok, but none of them have any water and electricity right now.
  16. My daughter, husband, their 3 kids and their German Shepherd just this morning left the 45' sailing catamaran they live on in West Palm Beach, to evacuate for hurricane Irma. It took them days and days to secure the sails and pack up as much as they could into their mini van. They're headed to Ocala and then to inland Georgia to ride out the storm. I hope they have a home(boat) to come back to. :/ PS they have plenty of gas and reservations in both places (both will take a big dog.)
  17. And cutting your long hair is a big change, and hard to get back quickly if you find you regret cutting it.
  18. Ok, I've been watching this off and on, but who is Lulu? TYIA
  19. The therapist looked and sounded like she was depressed herself. Either way, her voice just irritated the heck out of me and I had to mute the TV. It was like chalk on a blackboard to me.
  20. Ok, I thought "what's so bad about the word 'minge'?" Then I googled it. OMGoodness I swear I learn something new every day on these forums...
  21. Haven't we all known men who are intellectually very smart..until they start thinking with their smaller head? Sorry to the few guys on here, but you know it's generally true.
  22. I'm guessing because unlike Catholics who just get sprinkled, they get DUNKED. Anyone who wears white to a beach knows it becomes transparent once it's wet. (NIKE)
  23. I didn't even notice his backside (that doesn't impress me), but now I have to go watch it again to see what was impressive about his rear ;-) PS why do people go on reality shows when they KNOW there are snarkers like us?!
  24. But..think of the future snarkability of that family!
