On the one hand, friendships on this show, especially girl/girl friendships, are sorely, sorely lacking. I’m literally trying to think of a non-related girl/girl friendship, & the closest I’m getting, is Quinn/Shauna, both of whom are gone from BelLA. However, while I’m enjoying the Brooke/Taylor friendship, far more than I ever would’ve expected, I worry that when Ridge comes back, sniffing around 1, or both, of them, this will all go away, so I’m not getting my hopes up too much. Sheila & Deacon, on the other hand, I’m in for that. SK plays lovesick, heartbroken puppy very well.

Yep, he made a lifelong smart financial investment, he knocked up a Kardashian, then gave her a 2nd for good measure. 😉

Anyone else feel a slight anvil at Liam mentioning how much deeply Caroline loved Douglas, & how she was his only stability until Hope came into the pic? Wouldn’t it be wild if Caroline came back (we never saw a body), & was the one to snap $Bill back into reality? No spoilers, I just found her random mention to be odd, & am wondering if it could mean something. It’s not slap-you-in-the-face, like what I’m assuming is the deal with $Bill’s sword necklace, having a closeup & mention multiple times every day, just odd placement, to me

There was another mention of the sword necklace today, & at least 1 close-up of it. I think that’s how Sheila is controlling Bill. Just a guess, I haven’t seen anything, but they keep calling attention to it. That means something, right? I feel like Flo & Sheila might enjoy high tea the afternoon they meet. They’re both awful criminals, who think nothing of stealing a baby, & both belong behind bars, surely they’ll bond them.

Such a catch-22. I love having DD on-screen, but the RoboBill nonsense has gone on long enough, bring back my beloved $Bill. I don’t care if she’s drugged him, hypnotized him, or is doing some kind of mind-control, or, if Bill is the one running a con, give us a hint, so the audience knows what’s up, & that there’s an end-in-sight to the madness. DD is playing the shit outta this, though. His charm leaps off the screen, typically, & he’s basically a hot-looking houseplant, at this point. HT gave a master class in soap opera acting today, & the end of yesterday. She hit every emotion & commanded the screen. Kudos to her, she’s most definitely still got it.

If we lose $Bill because of Sheila, & she survives, I’m out. I say that as someone who doesn’t mind Sheila/KB at all, but if DD/$Bill is sacrificed for her, I’m finished with this show, & I’ll have an extra 20 minutes a day.

This $Bill/Sheila thing was gross & ridiculous, but I’m glad it didn’t drag out. Everyone always says how strong Steffy is, but the second anyone finds out that she boned $Bill, of her own free will, s/he immediately blames Bill for taking advantage of Steffy. Even Finn, fisted-up like he was going to air punch Bill. Steffy said it was consensual, & Steffy is the one who was married to Bill’s son. Ridiculous.

On the one hand, I hate the $Bill/Sheila storyline. On the other hand, it gets $Bill/DD on my screen, so I love that. Calling it a draw. They are both super great actors, & I don’t recall ever seeing them interact before. It’s an interesting dynamic. If I was Sheila, & I had access to making out with Bill, or even just staring at him, I wouldn’t worry about Finn or anyone else, period. This is your pinnacle, Sheila, enjoy it while it lasts. It is flooring that she’s had the 2 hottest men in BelLA, $Bill & Deacon, in a matter of days. Watch out, Carter, you’re on deck. Yesterday's highlight was hearing Wyatt say “Scoob!” Honorable mention to Finn literally uttering a single sentence the entire episode. Steffy sure glossed over why Taylor was so angry at Bill.

At first I was floored at the $Bill/Sheila connection. But, the minute she ordered him to turn around & show his scar, where Taylor shot him, & he quickly & willingly did exactly what she told him, I knew that it wasn’t my beloved $Bill. I do think it’s actually him & his body, hence the scar, (although, she had a full face mask, she could probably easily dummy-up a prosthetic scar ,or have someone impersonating him) but she has to be controlling his mind, or drugging him. Possibly, the most interesting part, is that it appears Finn didn’t know about the Steffy & $Bill history, including, his potentially being Kelly’s bio dad, instead of her bio grandpa. He also looked perplexed as to Taylor shooting Bill, which would make sense, as that was a direct result of Steffy & Bill hooking up & her getting pregnant with Kelly. Methinks Finn is getting a Forrester history lesson, courtesy of his bioMom & $Bill.

Just when I think Douglas can’t get any more adorable, or perfect, he sits down & shows us that he’s a concert pianist, at 8 years old! Holy cow, that was impressive. Merry Christmas to each of you that celebrates it. This forum brings me a lot of joy, all year long, probably more than the show, if I’m being honest. Stay warm, & enjoy the special day.

I’m guessing Kim knows far more about Judaism than she did last year at this time, considering that she’s trying to distance herself from Kanye & his antisemitism. Not enough to not wear a cross necklace to a bar mitzvah, but, baby steps.

With this Lamar business coming out, what do you think the chances are that we see both Kylie’s & Khole’s sons, & hear their names? It’d take away Lamar’s thunder in their mind.

I mean, it’s 20+ years late, & Kelly Taylor chose herself first (& better, she had an actual tough choice), but I’m all in for this #GirlPower duo. Seriously, today was old school, good soap. By new years, he’ll be back in bed with 1, or both, of them, but today rocked! When KA turned to the side, she looked so much like HT it scared me. I never notice a resemblance, but today, it was like OG Taylor growing a backbone.

I mean, he can do a wedding with absolutely no prep work. He’s far busier as a justice of the peace than he’ll ever be as a lawyer/COO.

The only way that I can see Deacon coming out of this with minimal consequences, is to come quasi-clean just before Sheila is found. Like, go to the police & say that she’s threatening to kill/harm Brooke/Hope/Steffy, if he doesn’t help her hide, & that he couldn’t risk coming forward without making sure she’d be caught & put away. I’m not even sure that’d save him, but it’s the only way I see him coming out with minimal damage. Anyone needing a kidney that Sheila could help? That’s how they redeem the irredeemable on this show.

I completely agree that this Alex is Khole’s bio dad; the looks, the middle name, the timing, it all fits. Robert raised her, & is her “dad” in every single way that matters, plus, I’ve heard several times that the 2 of them had a special bond, but I don’t think they share genetics. I also think Khloe assumes that, too, & that’s why she’s (possibly subconsciously) gone so overboard on the surgeries/weight loss, to make herself look less Alex-like.

For some reason, I can’t react to any posts, but please know that I’m loving every post. 😉 Yesterday was just good soap, plain & simple. It was the climax of a few months of multiple storylines, in a fantastic way. Thomas is good, see, Hope? Thomas is bad, see, Steffy? Ridge loves Taylor, see, Brooke? Ridge left Brooke over a lie that you now know about, see, Taylor? Thomas hasn’t changed, see Ridge? Bobby Ewing is a better actor than most of the characters on the show, see Bell? Finn was darling, first with Kelly, then checking on Douglas. Poor Li, I know she loves her son, but, damn, did he marry into the drama?? I also think I’m a bit over-attached to Douglas, because when the adults were snipping, & Douglas calmly played the recording, I belted out “oh, my baby saves the day!” My husband is concerned for my sanity.

So happy to see Bobby Ewing outta Dallas & back in BelLA! I’ll trade all of the Fauxesters (save for maybe one, temporarily, see below) if he could stay. Can’t believe these words are about to come out of my iPhone, but: Go Steffy! I could get behind this version of her. I’m mighty pissed at $Bill for literally not letting Brooke reach the top step, before he steps back in with the “my Katie” BS. The difference, to me, between $ & Ridge, is DDs charm & charisma. I hate his actions, but I just adore him, no matter what. The opposite is how I feel about Ridge. He could cure cancer, & I’d likely still hate him. Plus, I’ll never understand the adoration piled on him, when $Bill is single more often than he’s involved. I have a hard time separating actor & character, if that wasn’t obvious. 😉 TK may be awesome, but Ridge sucks.

Honestly, I’m not really even a Brooke fan (I don’t dislike her, I just wish there was more to her than destiny), but I’ll be mighty pissed, if the whole truth doesn’t come out. I’m ready for the voice app nonsense to be out, but I’m over-ready for the fact that Thomas knew about Sheila’s NYE involvement, & never told anyone, until forced, to come out. That wound up getting Steffy shot, Finn believed to be dead, & Steffy’s depression. I know it’s going to wind up with destiny reunited, but I wish she’d grow a backbone & be done with him. I’d also like to go back in time a week, with the full knowledge of the $2 billion Powerball numbers. 😉

“This is Brooke Logan” should’ve been the first big clue to the Neanderthal. Brooke has been Brooke Forrester, for a few years now. She’d never mistake her name. Or, she’d at least say “Brooke Logan Forrester”. Thomas Freudian slipped up with referring to her as Logan. I fully expect next week’s spoilers to say: “Thomas grows a mustache to twirl.”

I’m shocked that Destiny has only made it to the altar 5 times. Honestly, I expected at least a dozen. Can’t believe I’m saying this, but it hardcore sucks that RM is gone from the show. When they show flashbacks, all with TK now, there’s nothing at all, chemistry-wise, between KKL & TK. RM was wooden, but he always sold Ridge’s love for Brooke. TK looks like he’d rather be watching hockey. If those flashbacks that they’ve been repeating are what entails “destiny”, it shouldn’t be that hard for either of them to move on. I feel nothing. Now, in the Brooke/Deacon flashbacks…hubba hubba!

Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I guarantee you that this is 100% better than what we’ll actually see. You should write the show. We deserve nice things. We’ve suffered through TOD I, TOD II, Captive Cabin, Misunderstanding Night, PhoeBeth, Dr. Giggles McShoulderblades, 95 rounds of Destiny, Whitewash Flo, Jellyfish Wyatt (Quinn’s son, the jellyfish, it’s madness!), Lawyer-Turned-Criminal-Turned-Lawyer Justin, & more honey than most of us will eat in a lifetime. We deserve nice things.

^^ Yay, no Dr. Giggles McShoulderblades, no Creepy Thomas, no progress on a Bam! hookup (I think that should be Brooke’s & Liam’s combo name: Bam!). I get tired of Sheila sometimes, but I’m also impressed. 30 years of anything is a long time, kudos to her. Even with all of the BS she has to do, I still pay attention when Sheila is on my screen. Doubly so, if she’s with Daddy Deacon.
