Ilana Angel's a hoot. I've only read the RHNJ stuff, but everybody besides Teresa is a lying, hateful, no good, unlikable fraud (guessing she never cared to read the BK filing, indictment or subsequent docs). She apparently drinks while watching (casting no stones) and IMO she can be witty, but a little too vicious (hard to do) for my taste (see unless Teresa). What I don't get (applies to many of the hard core Teresa fans) is the vociferous hatred for anybody on the show not Teresa. I pretty much hold all of them in the same contempt (easy way to make me feel better about myself). Teresa's just easier and more fulfilling cause of that whole very soon to be convicted felon thing. Edited to say I would never consider Ilana Angel a journalist.

I'd also like to speculate that the Weasel may very well have a small penis. -

Rhetorica - I want to change my Teresa jail sentence pool. I'm upping it from 9 months to 12. I've decided to go with my original gut feeling before I actually read the indictment. Never put in for Juicy, but I'm in for 36 months (assuming the DMV fraud will run concurrent). I'm also in for no deportation, but wouldn't that not be decided until after he serves his time? Hopefully at that point we'll have lost interest. Remember the winner (loser) gets Fabellini and Milania hair care products! Just let me know where to send the check for my share. -

Don't know about Sonja (apparently smarter than Teresa). I really think Teresa bought that Valentino bag and not Bravo. Why would Bravo lend her something like that when she has more/at least expensive bags in her closet? Smart (dumb) enough to try to keep any Hermes/like hidden? Then I remember Juicy being so understanding about her not being able to wear the same outfit twice on the show. It was only my second sighting of the Valentino. -
He's something alright. I'm not a lawyer (again) but know enough to think his nomenclature's a little off. The 1/4 page of a confi agreement (with a bizarre signature page) that indicates Jim has something to sell that Bobby wants to buy? From his Twitter, I think he's saying it's some sort of agent agreement (ie, casting director/consultant). I thought buying/selling in that type of instance could possibly be illegal.

I forgot to add (maybe on another thread) about Teresa's Valentino bag. I noticed it awhile back. That's from a pretty recent line. I saw it in Nordstrom's last Christmas. I've been looking for a "special" bag for awhile and gave it brief consideration. My husband hated it on sight (obviously has better taste). It was about $2K. So apparently now that it was noticed, according to Radar, Bravo lent it to her to keep up appearances? Doesn't Milania hide LV clutches in her closet that her mother didn't realize were missing? Loved the ridiculousness of the staged scene, but shouldn't Teresa know better? -

Mission to procure Fabellini isn't proceeding as well as planned. It appears to be sold in about 10 stores, but all in the NY/NJ area. Three offer it online. Found it as low for $10.99, but then they wanted $10 to ship. Fuck that. -
I'm still not convinced Weasel passed the NJ Bar. As proof he posted something similar to his confi agreement with Bobby (where he was the Seller and Bobby was the Buyer). It was a supposed e-mail where the NJ Board of Bar Examiners typed a few lines that they were pleased to "advise" him (WTF?) that he passed. I have numerous friends who passed the Bar. They all received letters with an embossed letterhead that included the relevant State seal. Would think he would keep that. Can any lawyers here tell if his little e-mail seems at all authentic? Faking e-mails ain't exactly hard.

portia7 - I wish I was that smart. Really no clue why Filomena/Philomena's? lovely house (interior decoration is one's taste) ended up in auction. I was speculating that Juicy's parents possibly refinanced the house to help them out and then couldn't keep up with the payments. I think Zoeysmom is right though that it's the house they put up for Juicy's bond. -

LotusFlower - that's what still kinda confuses me. Consensus is that Juicy's heading to jail, but Teresa with her one less guilty count ain't? I think it's Rhetorica? who wants to start the pool? Put me down for 9 months. My original range for Teresa was 6 to 12 mos before actually reading the indictment. -

happykitteh - I totally agree with you above. I feel bad for Gia. She's only 13? yrs old and maybe being somewhat paraded out in a last ditch effort to save her mother's crumbling empire (well that's probably Milania). Since she knows somewhat what's going on IMO she's done remarkably well. I don't personally know Teresa, but she does obviously love her children. Maybe she thinks faking her Fabulicious lifestyle to the very last minute helps her "brand" and therefore them. I think the cow left that barn already though. Her priorities continue to confuse me. -

Too funny with the hit and run comments. I'm only really good at it on VP Rules (at least I hope). Somehow missed the FUCK YOU winning lottery ticket before and then there was the likely stolen wood to knock on. Looks like the glass is still half full. I can see them letting Juicy have concurrent sentences (delays pay apparently) but at least take away his license for near eternity. -

Razzleberry - I agree with you about the underage children. I try to never post on that subject, but IMO can't blame Bravo - that decision is fully on the parents. I generally have no problem on this board (and TWoP) with others talking about them since they are part of the show and everybody's usually respectful. I've seen some real nasty stuff on other blogs though that is a little much (ie,Melissa Gorga's children have dead eyes). -

I'm 12 too apparently (or just plain sick). Joe "banging her like a screen door to get that one in the oven" is (and will for at least two days) makes me giggle like a catholic school girl. Speaking of which from me above. Anybody remember who we owe the honor to for Blinky Boobs and Chuckles the Drunk Driving Clown? I make a great effort not to overuse it. -

That's awful that Joe's mother is losing her house. It's not a tax sale either (meaning they could pay the outstanding and fines and stop it). Bank of America is forcing the auction because of mortgage default (about $650K). They've apparently owned it since 2000 too and looks like they refinanced it. I wonder if they did that to help out Blinky Boobs and Chuckles the Drunk Driving clown? Remember the $10K/month claimed from family members? And that was before the legal bills. It's a very nice house. Maybe instead of continuing to pay the $1.7M mortgage on the monstrosity (at least now it has the porte cochere!) they should have been more worried about this. At minimum they'd have a place to live. Also, as far as I know nobody's coming after Philomena's assets. -
WTF did Weasel post? I think it's the first 1/3 page of at least a two page confidentiality agreement (the one legal thing I sign a lot), the rest of the page is covered up by a signature page for Seller/Buyer? Am I seeing that right? Does he really think everybody except him has an IQ of 12? Awesome the signature blocks are totally fucked up. Somebody will have to point out to me where Bobby's name is.

LotusFlower - if the reunion is after sentencing, I'm thinking she won't show up. I don't know if she would even if it was before (legal issues thou shall not talk about!). But then she likes the attention, and maybe Andy will be distracted by making fun of Amber and the Weasel. -

Unfortunately I may be the sorry one who spent way too much timing reading this crap (hater?). The BK Trustee did prioritize the creditors (is that still valid?). IRS and State of NJ were first. The amount was at least $500K (I think substantially more, but not totally sure). The lenders were next, Juicy's ex-partner was surprisingly high on the list. I have no clue how it works now in terms of garnishment and the creditors and how they'll ever see any money. The Giudice's spent it all before they could get it. -

There was supposed to be an auction of her home furnishings by the BK court before they filed to dismiss on fraud. For some unknown reason they let Teresa pay only $15K to call it off and keep her furniture. -

ZM - most I think Stoopid Housewives and/or Reality Tea have most of the filings somewhere. Believe it or not Radar has published most of them at some point too. Bigger operation, I have an inkling they have somebody who specializes on where to find them pretty quickly after DoJ/Courts are required to file them. Whoever they are, they don't seem to interpret them correctly all the time. Teresa and Joe Settle their BK for only $15K! Creditors Screwed (probably are)! -

Yes Zooeysmom - that's what drives me cuckoo. Nobody forced Teresa to keep making those ridiculous mortgage payments of $15K/month. They could rent a perfectly lovely house for $5K/month and maybe the rest could have gone into a "college fund". There's definitely equity in the house. But at least since they withdrew the BK, they had to know they weren't going to see a penny of the profit. But I guess in their mind, it's $350K+ ($15K X 24 mos or about) that would have just ended up going the creditors anyway.
