  1. Me too! I've actually now looked for Gucci china dinner service on the Internet every way I can think of and have come up with basically nothing. I used to have a pretty stupid china dinnerware obsession (don't judge - though you probably should). Five complete sets that I hardly ever use - but at least they were parental hand-me-downs or bought on Ebay when it was still a good bargain. I'm also with the above poster (not quoted) Joe Giudice is still one of my favorite character's on "reality" TV. BTW - Glad to see the fabulous snark back on the board! I may need to watch the last episode.
  2. The bank doesn't own it yet, it still has to work through the foreclosure process. Right now it's likely with a Special Servicer who was assigned to handle "problem" properties. They get a fee and cut of any resolutions. My question has been if they pay all the back payments, late/legal fees and interest and still keep the house or if they have to settle all those outstanding liens as well. Not my particular area of RE expertise and I'm too embarrassed to ask any of my company's high priced RE attorneys. One they'd think it was a personal issue and two they might start their little legal timer and we'd get billed (see embarrassing). I do know that the lender now has the right to call the entire $1.7M (now plus) principal. They generally don't do that though. I also know they can't refinance - then they would definitely have to settle the liens and not only do they not have acceptable credit, they can't legally get any new debt anyway (part of plea agreement and sentence). Any RE lawyers on the board?
  3. I actually don't think it did that well. In addition to a tual viewers their share of the most valuable viewers was at the way bottom of the pack. The original series premiere of Manzo'd with Children got 1.75M viewers and Teresa fans are always telling us how nobody likes the Manzo's. I wouldn't be surprised if by the last episode of this they're down to under 1M.
  4. I bet Sirens/Bravo loved the "juror" spelling bee too. Was it as dull as the first look? Between that and the possibly just sad, I didn't tape. I'm oficially RHNJ free! For now.
  5. Didn't watch show, but I have a question. Why did they put a memorial for Joe's Dad in the back of a house that's probably going to auction?
  6. I think the combined debtor's can in total garnish up to a certain percentage? I'm not a court ordered garnishing expert though. I'm almost sure though that the BK judge in his final filing did prioritize the creditor's for payment (good luck except for IRS). Juicy's ex-partner was fairly high up. Maybe since he was already awarded a judgement in the civil case? Not a lawyer either - but read way too many legal docs related to my job. Friday was about 250 pages of various and I honestly thought about maybe becoming a dog walker (good $ in DC).
  7. That's assuming she's wise. These two make a 20-watt light bulb seem bright. I think her creditor's can start applying to garnish her wages since the BK was finally officially dismissed. IRS and State of NJ will certainly be looking for about the $1M in back taxes they owe.
  8. Well that was dreadful. That first look maybe the most boring 15 min of my life I'll never get back.
  9. First time poster on this thread. I guess I'm in the minority thinking Kate's kinda a bitch. IMO - she went mean girl on perfectly nice Amy last season (her new ally - really Amy?) and Leon maybe her new target. The QE II - God forbid. Everybody does seem to like his food (see also God forbid beef cheeks never served twice to the same guests). I also think I remember in previous seasons some of the charter guests waiting hours for Ben to serve them dinner....
  10. OK - I'm back in too. Can't post future comments if I don't. And it's been so long Caveat - I'm only back in if bosawks agrees to a good one-liner or two.
  11. I've officially deleted RHNJ from my DVR. I feel so much better - maybe there's hope for me yet!
  12. Sorry - this is the one thing that always makes me giggle - re no "scenario" foreclosure. I'm pretty sure the poor excuse for Saul Goodman knows about the existing liens - beyond mentioning you need credit to refinance anything.
  13. Is Snooki still denying her husband was on Ashley Madison? Just curious.
  14. That's always been my favorite too. Who files fake (sorry "unfiled") tax returns to the federal BK court? Oh wait - the Guidice's...
  15. Sorry this post was from awhile ago. But yes the BK courts (in this case the law firm repping the creditors) are smart enough - big reason why Signature is being sued.
  16. I agree if the "Juicy Show" is actually happening (and enough out there from reliable sources so I tend to think it's probably true), it's a trial balloon to see if bringing back Teresa to RHNJ would be worth it. I also don't think Jaq was "setting" Teresa up with the deck conversation either, though probably instigated at the producer's request. Teresa was publicly up to her eyeballs in financial shenanigans at that point, but was still prancing around (and spending) like she hadn't a care in the world. Refused to say anything on camera (or privately to her supposed "best friend"), but was willing to do paid tabloid bullshit articles about it.
  17. Can we keep the discussion going if everybody leaves out the Duggar/Honey Boo Boo comparison? It's interesting to speculate whether Teresa/Joe gets back on TV and who would watch and who wouldn't. I'm totally watching at least the first episode. If it's as boring as last season, I'll take the moral high ground (see hypocrite) and stop watching. It's also fun to see activity back on this board again. Despite our differences, we're actually pretty polite to each other (compared to other forums - TWoP rules that thankfully stuck).
  18. I want to start a poll on Teresa keeping the monstrosity. I'm betting no big. Thanks, I think to Zoeysmom for finding the intent to foreclose doc. $2-3M in third party liens? I'll bet $1,250. It's probably about the great deal I could get one of Teresa's more high-priced bags at auction (I'm thinking she has at least one Hermes). BTW - I own only one very fancy bag that I legally saved and searched several years for (see excited about possible bargain - and no guilt re profiting on Teresa's "misfortune"). I think what MissMel is saying the old adage that there's no bad publicity. I agree with that. If they're ever on TV again (likely) - I fully admit it'll be hard not to watch. I'll try though. We'll see.
  19. Hah! Couldn't have said it better myself. Too funny reference re the Jefferson's. I'm nominating this comment to the Hall of Reality TV Board's Fame. I fully admit to at least DVR'ing the first episode.
  20. BTW - hate to beat a dead horse (esp since I used to own one), but don't get either Jaq's culpability in all this. Despite what's been said I never saw her listed as an officer/employee of Signature. They wanted a deposition from her on where some of the money went. But apparently it was Chris's brother and his wife who were the big spenders (relatively). The main issue is the improper transfer of certain valuable license agreements (not SBK), that should have been assets when they filed the BK (that sounds familiar).
  21. Hey Lotus Flower! Long time no see - our board has gotten pretty slow. Am I wrong thinking Andy is still an executive producer of RH (it was his kinda creation?) even though he's trying to move on? I'm only thinking this cause my husband is a huge (original) Howard Stern fan (love his wife and the cat rescue - see her Instagram). Howard apparently has Andy on ocaasionally, and from what SO tells me Andy talks mostly about his desire to be a talk show host ala Howard.
  22. Saw something about this pre-holiday and forgot to post. But apparently Andy Cohen was asked a bunch of questions re RH and Juicy's "reality" TV special with Bravo was one he answered. Basically, couldn't confirm as he said if it was true it had nothing to do with him. OK. Are the Giudice's taping something (even with Siren) hoping it will get picked up? I did chuckle over the reports Teresa will get $2M from Bravo for taping the next RHNJ season. IMO - it's her wonderfully cheesy lawyer trying to drum up interest. You go girl - you need the money. This is my question I've wondered for awhile - who pays the RHNJ cast Bravo or Siren?
  23. Happy 4th of July everybody! I live about 1/2 mile from the US Capitol and it's always been one of my favorite holidays (local fireworks still going on). But posting cause I want to encourage Black Mambo to post more (despite my SBK annoyance). We definitely need some more Teresa fans on this board.
  24. BTW - thanks for the FameWhorgas link! Good times! She (?) was great on the getting the docs. Didn't always interpret it quite right (particularly real estate - my unfortunate profession). Got better though (re Guidice's) as in see no longer posts.
