T is for the tokens they'd have needed for the subway back then.  (Of course, Rose probably would have taken the wrong train and got lost, and Blanche would be too scared to ride them in the first place.)

How about keeping with the theme....what life would be like if the ladies lived in St. Olaf, Minnesota!

A is for the Adlai Stevenson statue with his face (twice!) that Dorothy wouldn't be able to appreciate much since it's all starting to make sense! And speaking of statues...

B is for Big Statue Country, St. Olaf's license plate motto. Maybe living there Blanche would see she could redeem her St. Olaf war bonds from the emergency statue fund without actually bankrupting the entire town and be up a pretty penny.

D is for the Donkey cart you can take from St. Gustav to St. Olaf.  It only takes 2-3 days!

E is for Eva Braun, the high school PE teacher.

F is for Fritz Stickelmeyer, aka Adolf Hitler, who taught history.

G is for St. Gustav, neighboring city to St. Olaf.

H is for Hay Day, which as we all know is the day St. Olafians celebrate hay. The Girls would enjoy the festivities. Blanche might even pick up a hayseed or two.

Although Blanche's long johns would be red and low cut. LOL

M is for Minneapolis.  They would occasionally make a trip to the Big City.  Dorothy would tour the museums, Blanche would find the bars, and Rose would be in awe of so many people.  Sophia would just tag along.

I is for all the Interesting men Blanche would meet lounging around the pool at the Beverly Hills Hotel. She might even bring home a cabana boy (or two).

J is for Jeopardy, where Dorothy could go on and redeem herself this time.

L is for LAUSD, the Los Angeles Unified School District in which Dorothy might work as a substitute teacher (which would provide an ample supply of things to come home and complain to the others about).
