Just came to say that I'm lovin' the new, improved (non-buffoon) Sheryl Underwood.  When it was her turn to talk today, she was reasonable, informed & contributed in a sane, rational way.  Knowing that she is well-read & college-educated, it really bothered me when she played the fool & spoke with that stupid accent.  I hope she doesn't change!!!

I think the reason Sheryl has dumped her ghetto-buffoon act is because John Stamos will be on this Friday. We will see how long that will last after he has come and gone. Gawd, I sure hope the guy has enough sense to wear an iron chastity belt, because she will pretend to go in for a gentle hug greeting then pick him up, throw him down as she writhes all over the top of him...........MEDIC MEDIC.....IS THERE A DOCTOR IN THE HOUSE?

 

 That guy has to be really strange (or badly in need of publicity) to expose himself to the horrible possibilities that could result from this appearance.

Yes, Stamos has a movie coming out this weekend. Why would anyone come on the show without something to promote, as that is the point of a talk show of this type (as opposed to the old school, Phil Donohue type)?

Her eating/bacon jokes are getting very old. I liked her when she first started but now, between her and fast taking, Aisha, I can't stand to watch the show.

I have enjoyed her takes on the Mama June situation and Dr. Cosby situation.  I enjoyed that she was the one to remind us that Mrs. O's opinons are not necessarily those of CBS. *g*

 

She can be thoughtful on a subject, when the subject demands it.  She can also cut through the depressing mood of a subject with humor, which is appreciated, at least, by me.

 

I would be glad to meet her and her Aunt Gladys at the swap meet. Apparently, you hear some good stuff and can find a bargain! *g*

I like Sheryl but agree that her bacon rap can get old.  She adds to the group and I see her as part of a whole.  She tosses in some humor often when needed. Forcing the ghetto talk is part of her schtick that I don't care for but I roll with it.

My bet is that a planned guest didn't make it so they had to fill the time with something. Whatever, the mea culpas went on for way too long, IMO. What Sheryl says on that show is not that important.
