Even the 'freak of the week' Tyler was pretty sympathetic. He's rejecting that weirdo Justin's Ken Doll fixation, and is actually planning to go to school to become a nurse.

Maybe ( fingers crossed 🤞) they will rethink their approach to the “freak” segment in each episode. Start showing people who now realize how foolish they’ve been and want to reverse the work previously done. That would be a lot more interesting and educational.

I think last night's episode 'You're so Vein' was new, right? I missed the first half of it, which apparently had something to do with a big boob addict being afraid her implants were impinging on a vein, or something (they weren't, so of course now she's planning on getting even more gigantic ones).

Guy who got a costly new nose which he then ruined by smoking, what can you say? Nassif was pissed.

The arms of the nurse with the skin removal scars turned out great. Could her original surgeon have been Dr. Now? His skin removals always look so crude and ugly.

When he was first examined, the doctors smelled smoke on him and knew he smoked. He took blood tests for weeks before the surgery to check for nicotine. If they found it, they weren't going to do surgery. He passed so he must not have smoked during that time. I think it was six weeks. It's a shame he couldn't hold out after surgery.

I heard that the smoking messed up the procedure that cost possible $150,000.  Are these people getting the procedures for free?  I would have done everything I could to not smoke anymore if I were paying for the procedure myself.  Even going to an addiction place if necessary.

I just looked it up, and a couple of sites say that the patients receive a show appearance fee that they can use toward the surgery costs.

I don't know who was creepier—the airhead chick (who gets "paid to exist"🙄) with the big breasts who wanted even bigger boobs or her much older "boyfriend".

I have nothing nice to say about nose job guy. What a dolt.

I got misty-eyed for the young woman who had the arm scars revision. She was so happy. I love when the docs transform someone's life in a surgery.

Well, at least there was one success story-arm lady came out pretty well. Those scars were huge! Glad they were able to help her. Boob/tattoo/claw/ lady was about as smart as a box of rocks-she wants bigger boobs and to be made shorter??!  Sweet baby Jesus where do they find these people? I do not blame Dr. Nassif for being pissed with nose guy. If he could stay off the smokes for 6 weeks then there is NO excuse to smoke after all that work to fix what a dentist??? did to his nose. I'm sure it will fall off and nobody will be able to help him because of his own stupidity.

So was I! (pissed).  He deserves to live with (or without) that nose for the rest of his life.

I knew immediately that guy would smoke again. The blank look on his face indicated he wasn't getting it. Paul should charge him for the surgery and pursue him in court if he doesn't pay up.

The scars on Morgan were horrific but when have you ever seen your nurse's arms at work? Nurses' uniforms are not sleeveless! How on earth could a patient identify her/his caregiver by the scars on her arms unless Morgan stripped her top off? Also, I wouldn't care if I had really bad scars that were on the back side of my arms, because I can't see them. There are very few occasions when you *must* be sleeveless. If you are ashamed of your scars, wear a long sleeved shirt. Rant over, the results were good and I am glad it was a success and she was happy.

Did anyone watch last night's episode? It featured a Liberian woman whose mouth was permanently scarred at the age of 11 months after some older children fed her a corrosive substance used to make soap. The doctors were able to somewhat restore the appearance of her bottom lip through cosmetic surgery, but she will never have a fully functioning lower lip. Just such a heart breaking story!

She said the accident happened 66 years ago. She doesn't look a day over 45 at most! What an incredible spirit she has. Her kids are GORGEOUS. I got teary for her at the end of the show. She got her family pictures.🥹

I have nothing good to say about that clown-lip person. I wish E! would stop giving these fame-seekers air time.

I'm happy for the woman who got her breasts fixed, but good god, lady, there is so much more to life than finding a boyfriend. You'd think a divorce after 25 years of marriage would make her think twice about dating, but apparently not.

Totally agree. I’m fed up with the idiots who just want attention and will go to such extreme lengths to get it.

Watching the lady from Liberia's troubles made me extra frustrated with all the many, many people who have shown up on this show wanting more ridiculous lips.

Oh my, a Dr Pimple Popper potential cross-over. Was not expecting to see Paul deal with rhinophyma! And he had a deviated septum to correct, so that's more in his wheelhouse!

Well, tumor face lady is maybe the most dramatic transformation yet!  I could tell when I first saw her that if they could remove that tumor her beautiful face would shine through, and I was not disappointed!

We were spared the plastic-fantastic freakoftheweek but instead had to put up with the pickleball, I'm not sure which is worse.

Yes, bless them for marshalling the specialists and hospital to give her that really amazing result.

Re. pickleball contest: the cringe-est part was Nassif's hunched, stubby little self groping his grand daughter wife's behind. At least Dubrow looks age and fitness-appropriate with Heather.

Yeah, I don't know which is better, fast forwarding through some camera-whore- freak or fast-forwarding through some stupid DuBrow competition. And the major facial surgery *started* at the 40-minute mark, followed by the scar revision so they really stretched out the stupid rivalry plotline.

I  was very happy for both patients this time. Tumor lady come out great! So happy for her. And the young man with the scar recovered quite nicely too! Could have done without the pickleball, tho.
