How do people miss their appointments when they are literally doing nothing but working on their weight loss?

I don’t understand why some of them weigh the same or less ( and have 2 legs)  but can’t get out of bed, let alone ride a bike.

I couldn’t stand him in the beginning.

He has gotten a lot more likeable towards the end.

The therapy has done him well.

Your user name--ha ha ha. This is an episode where ow mah layg was appropriate,  but he really did turn around. I was happy for him.

I have not finished  watching yet, but no comments  about the fact that his nickname is literally the abbreviation for "pound"? Self-fulfilling prophecy, much?
