OnceSane August 11, 2017 Share August 11, 2017 Quote Part 1 of 2. The moms bring in world-renowned choreographer Laurieann Gibson, whose intensity and passion shakes things up at the ALDC. Meanwhile, ex-ALDC member Chloe returns to the competition world for the first time in two years to dance against her former teammates. Link to comment
missbonnie August 16, 2017 Share August 16, 2017 Checked this out tonight and I am officially out. I have hated Christie with the fire of a thousand suns for years and tonight's episode has proven that still applies. Maybe I should thank her for giving me 45 minutes a week of my life back. 6 Link to comment
KaveDweller August 16, 2017 Share August 16, 2017 I found it amusing how the new teacher had no idea who Chloe and Christi were. It's a shame how much I enjoyed seeing Chloe and hated seeing Christi. 2 Link to comment

tessat August 16, 2017 Share August 16, 2017 Well I loved it - but I wish Jill would shrivel up and blow away. I enjoyed the new choreographer and feel the girls looked a lot better with her - but Kendall still looks so out of place - she just doesn't seem to be able to flow - she's so stiff. And the BS with Macie - I do think Macie took a back seat since she's been there as has Cameron - I'm glad to see more of what they can do. I'm looking forward to the competition next week and can't for the life of me see how Chloe and Christie are going to go back to the ALDC while the witch Jill is there. Saw on social media that the girls are moving back home - so the season is over and it appears Dance Moms is too. 3 Link to comment

That woman is a messy troublemaker. As for her shriveling up, her face is already there. We just need the "blow away" part to take effect somehow. 10 Link to comment
tessat August 16, 2017 Share August 16, 2017 I posted earlier on another thread about how many project each of the girls are involved in - Brynn has more in the works than Kendall and I think it's her mom's reputation and Kendall's brattiness that has squashed a lot of opportunities that may have come her way as she is a pretty girl. There was a video on youtube of her 10 worse moments and watching them and how Jill tried to pacify her each and every time - reminded me of one of the reasons she's my least favorite. Jill is going to try to ride the coattails of Todd Short if the show takes off as Ryleigh is on the team. Kendall was supposedly Maddie's best friend and that really came about only because Jill thought being close to Maddie - Kendall will get more attention - that didn't work so now she's cozying up to Kalani who has things in the works. The only reason I'm happy Dance Moms is ending is so I don't have to see either of the Vertes again. 3 Link to comment

Jill and Kendall only got close to Maddie and Melissa was so Kendall could get more solos or duets with Maddie. I also noticed once the Zieglers left, Kendall and Jill quickly jumped over to Kira and Kalani as their new BFF's. Edited August 17, 2017 by MoonWalker 4 Link to comment

hellohoping August 17, 2017 Share August 17, 2017 I loved the episode. I like the new choreographer and it was good to see her shame Kendall for being lazy - it might be just what Kendall needs. I felt a little for Chloe, being so out of her depth with the MDP girls (glad they're back - love their dances). It's Christi who I just can't stand, although it's possible I love to hate her. 3 Link to comment
DaisyFields500 August 19, 2017 Share August 19, 2017 (edited) I remember watching Laurieann Gibson on the MTV Dainty Kane reality show, so I was happy to see her on this episode. I loved watching that show. LOL The dancing shown was OK for this episode. I think the soloists were already picked before the dance off for storyline. I liked how the dance instructor was teaching the kids how to convey the story and emotions through dance. Near the end of the show, I had to laugh when Laurieann was speed walking screaming Jill's name while following behind the moms after their big "dance moms fight". I was hoping to see the group dances, but Lifetime decided to drag it out. Edited August 19, 2017 by DaisyFields500 1 Link to comment

Believe it or not Jill's right up there with Christie on my "dislike" list! She's been so fake from the beginning! The self-entitlement saying things like "Kendall deserves 'this' & 'that'" was so annoying! Abby usually came back with "Kendall deserves nothing!" I still remember Jill dropping in on the Ziglers when a magazine interview was going on! Insinuating herself into the situation and asking of the reporter how Maddie was chosen would have gotten her arse kicked out! Melissa's too nice and accommodating allowing that b!tch to intrude like that, trying to stir up $#!t! She's a real piece of work! No wonder Kendall grew to be such a spoiled brat! ;-( 4 Link to comment
DaisyFields500 August 22, 2017 Share August 22, 2017 (edited) I have not heard the show was ending. Every time I think the show is ending it comes right back. I am nonchalant about the mothers and their children right now. There is nothing on the show that really moves me. Edited August 22, 2017 by DaisyFields500 2 Link to comment

The woman has brass balls but not in a good way and then would complain about any other mom who was trying to get Abby to pay attention to her daughter. Jill used to buy her presents all the time. I actually think most of the girls are grounded and accept this piece of celebrity fame pretty well. The problem I have with the show is the moms - each new girl and mom who comes in gets treated like crap - until another new girl and mom come in - then the first one is part of the click. There have been some god awful things said about the children and the moms and I may forgive - but I never forget and wouldn't want to be part of the "in crowd" and tear down another mom and her daughter like that. 2 Link to comment

Watching the final season near the end, the moms totally lost it; esp. Christie who assaulted Yolanda on the street! I remember the early days when she said in her TH that she didn't want to upset the girls with comparisons and promoting one over the other, but there she was bragging about Chloe's accomplishment, how many fans she has online, etc.! She harkened back to her high school "mean girl" days totally embarrassing herself! Holly really wasn't much better backing Christie's rants and being a total hypocrite invoking Abby's name when she criticized the Mini moms for being too concerned with what they were doing! They're all a bit "touched" in the head if you ask me; no act there! Edited March 29, 2018 by Fiero425 Link to comment
