I think a different makeup artist did Holly's and Jenna's for finals as well. They mentioned that on her insta live.

She's gorgeous. She looks like she has some flexibility/kicking issues. If she doesn't make it, Id guess that's the reason.

They're probably doing it for the endorsement and not paying a dime. Look at the hashtags.

I'd say the makeup looks completely appropriate for a stage performance, but for an interview, yes, I think it's way too much.

The written part of the audition process never gets much of a mention. I mean it wouldn't be interesting viewing, a load of girls sat at desks...... but...... it would be interesting to know Yukos score compared to the others (if only to stop some of the comments)

Well if she can barely speak and it's true that she was asked only one question during her interview, I doubt she would ace a huge written test.

It got mentioned one year.  Several of the vets failed the test and were called out on it at First Meeting but I can't recall exactly who  - I just remember "she failed it she can come get it" in  reference to handing back a test paper.

Season 3 Nicole Hamilton was called out for flunking the test along with the other girls who also flunked the test by Kelli.

Re Yuko: She might have had a strong solo. In the photo of her solo, you can see everyone else in the background smiling and laughing.

I honestly think she might be the worst we've seen make it. I think she's a lovely person, just not a DCC quality dancer.

This is a little hypocritical, she's not the worst or the best but we're talking about an organization that prides itself on being WORLD CLASS!? I mean hell, I'm a good dancer, I'm not the best but I'm not terrible either.....Judas freaking Priest

I was under the impression the organization was being referred to as hypocritical, which IMO they are about some things :)

Let's be honest, if someone with down syndrome auditioned, they'd have the same reaction.  I'm obviously not saying Yuko has down syndrome, but because of her language challenges, they do seem to talk down to her like she's an idiot and also applaud the least little thing she does as though it's the most amazing/cute thing ever.

Sign me up for Team Yuko. I think she's adorable, personable, bubbly (ALL things they love) and her dancing is not nearly as bad as some we've seen on this show. Not everyone needs to be an Erica/Holly.
