Together on Graham's sofa are Great British Bake-Off star Paul Hollywood, actor and writer Dame Joan Collins and Cinderella co-stars Lily James and Richard Madden, together again in Kenneth Branagh's new production of Romeo and Juliet. Plus music from DNCE, performing Cake By the Ocean.

I was watching DNCE and thinking, wow, they got a Jonas-brother-looking lead singer, didn't they?  O, what a laff I had when he was introduced as a Jonas Brother! On the one hand, I am very old. On the other hand, at least I have a vague notion of what the various Jonas brothers look like enough to make a comparison!

I think it's delightful how much Graham likes his baking shows.

Joan Collins is the best and the most and the awesomest. And she def dodged a bullet by being blown off by Sinatra.

Yeah, she wasn't missing out on anything there. I'm glad to see she's still enjoying success and has a mischievous attitude. Also loved her and Richard Madden's interactions.

This show lit a fire under me to see if I can convert my Blu-ray player to all regions and buy a copy of Sirens.

What a great show. I could have listened to Dame Joan talk forever about her time in California. She wouldn't be afraid to dish the dirt.

Poor Paul Hollywood with his wrist injury. He was a very good sport with all the teasing.

Richard Madden was a LOT of fun.

I've heard "Cake by the Ocean" before this, amazingly. Usually I haven't the faintest idea who the musical guests are, especially when Graham is in Eurovision mode. The DNCE guitarist certainly worked hard to draw attention from Joe Jonas. Hee.

That was a good show. I skipped over the song. Should I go ahead and watch it?

I think my favorite part was listening to Paul Hollywood. He's a lot of fun. His new show looks good.

And for crying out loud, why did BBC America blur the testicles on the squirrel? How ridiculous.

Yeah, I went into this show with pretty low expectations but really enjoyed it. Genial guests who all seemed interested in each other, and of course Graham keeping it all fun and light and letting everyone have their moment in the spotlight. He really is such a great host.

The song was annoying catchy. Something you'd hear in 1978, in a good way.

Sadly, because we went through a period of prudity in the last fifteen years or so when people, including Congress, lost their collective shit about a Super Bowl show and a rock star accidentally saying the F word.  I think we've gotten a little better since the nadir of the mid-2000s, but that said the damage has been done and the networks are terrified that they'll get fined by the FCC because some small but fanatical group of prudes bombards the agency with complaints and threats.  Apparently Brits can handle squirrel genitalia, but Americans can't.

Cable stations get more latitude, but it's up to each to decide its own standards. I loved Dame Joan's reaction to the squirrel testicles. If you knew she wasn't going to cut you for saying or doing the wrong thing, she'd be a fantastic dinner partner.

It's funny: I thought it was boring.  I may need to rewatch to see if it was just the mood I was in at the time...

I think it was a touch more subdued than some of Graham's other shows. I did laugh and everyone liked each other, but it was less rowdy than some of the other episodes. While Joan was funny and they all had their moments, I think it would have been crazier if they had another straight up comedian or comic actor in the mix too.

I know the Cinderella role was more recent and relevant with Lily James also present as a guest, but I wish Graham had been able to show a clip of some of Richard's previous work to get a blush out of him (tastefully NSFW):
