Shot in the dark here.

Looking for help finding a fic. I just remember one little scene, but can’t remember enough other context to find it on my own.

  1. Destiel, most likely explicit.
  2. Canon/Show-verse, mostly taking place in the bunker.
  3. Dean hides what’s going on with Cas from Sam.
  4. Sam is totally oblivious.
  5. The only scene I remember is Dean coming out to Sam. I think Sam is about to go out for a jog. While he’s lacing up he makes some teasing comment about Dean and Cas getting married (or he made the teasing comment some other day and he's just referencing it now). Dean kind of blanches, Sam laughs it off and says something like "I’m just kidding. Don’t worry, I know it’s not like that." As Sam walks out the room and heads up the stairs, Dean works up the nerve to say "Actually, it IS like that."

Basically if one creates a post as @takalotti did above with details of the fic that you’re looking for you usually get a response and a link to what you’re looking for no matter where it’s posted online, not just fics on livejournal. You’ll usually get a few recs for similar fics as well.

LOL, that's cute (and I lurve that scene in 13x02) but seriously, how many different ways are there to throw a blade that size? I do admire the tenacity of the Destielers though (at least the ones who understand the difference between fanon and canon :))

 

ETA: has anyone gif'd the scene of Dean wrapping those bow-legs around the demon he was fighting? Cuz that? *phew*

Well then, I’m glad I said something ?

And nope. Chapter 49 was just posted, and I’m subscribed to it. About halfway through the new chapter I thought, "Wait a second, is THIS the one?" and then confirmed it was.

It's weird, because it’s not like I forgot this story or anything. I could rattle off all kinds of details about it. But for some reason that one scene is disconnected from the rest of the story in my head and I just couldn’t place it.

What the heck is that person talking about? Lucifer didn't kill Crowley. Crowley killed himself. Like it literally was on screen during the narration LOL. What?

Balthazar? NOPE Death would be in my top 10 not Balthazar.

Bobby was in Hell for 150 years? I didn't know that.

Sam is the heart and conscious of the Winchester family? Ohhhh kay.

Dean isn't mature? Because he tries to have a sense of humor?

You hit on most of my problems with this list. I loved Balthazar, but how did he ( & Lucifer ) make the list while Jody only got an honorable mention? What happened to Ellen, Jo, John or Rufus? Also despite the fact that they made Dean number one their reasons for doing so are straight bullshit.

That sounds about right to me. As I understand it there are ten hell years for every month on earth. I got this from the fact Dean spent 40 years in hell, but only four Earth months there.

 

So we know there was a year between Bobby’s flask being being burned and the opener of season 8. So that means Bobby was there for at least 120 Years. However, was the period between 8x01 and Sam rescuing Bobby in 8x19 really only three months?

But we don't know when Crowley sent him to Hell? Or are you saying that's when Crowley diverted his path? Was that in Taxi Driver? I'm confused. LOL

As I understood it Crowley diverted his path right away. Bobby died via the flask burn, the rogue reaper appeared and he was taken straight to hell as opposed to heaven. I don’t think the show ever implied that Bobby was initially in heaven, but Crowley got a reaper to snatch him from there.

I think Jared is really more like 6'5 but I think if that goes on his bio he won't get cast as easily LOL. But yeah that's close. Misha might be 6'0 and Jensen 6'1 but they are very close in height.

I'm just assuming that in that colored gif where the snow is falling that Dean is standing on a little snow berm LOL
