Someone said they saw a video of Phil and the band eating the pizzas. Perhaps they skipped Josiah/Amy's though lol.

I won’t delve too far into the whole autism debate, other than to say it’s impossible to judge the whole of a person’s character based on the limited (and heavily edited) clips from a TV show. I have seen Jonathan be sweet and supportive, demonstrating why Ana may have fallen for him in the first place. I have also seen Jonathan be controlling and mean, demonstrating why she probably left his sorry ass.

How much of Jonathan’s personality can be attributed to neurodiversity and how much of it is a matter of temper management (or lack thereof), no one can say. But I do know one thing: it is possible to be autistic AND also be a dick. Two things can be true at the same time.

That seems like it could have been dangerous. I would be worried if I was in that situation I would be just be packing away the probably delicious rejected pizzas and then all of the sudden have to run really fast through Naples.

i felt bad for han and holden, it seems like the language issue was really sabotaging them. and i enjoy their commentary too.

I was wondering about that as well, considering the partners got to eat the rejected pizzas! I would have been upset if I couldn't eat the pizza I made!

Good for Han and Holden, but I feel that they are on borrowed time.

People on the spectrum CAN learn to control how they react to situations.  So yes, Jonathan can control his behavior towards his wife.  We've seen him do it.

Yeah, at least one of Carson's pizzas was only rejected due to its size, so that one definitely was fine to eat.

I know the non elimination round is basically the same as continuing the leg but I hope TAR doesn't bring back the NER for future seasons

 

.  I was happy that Han and Holden were not eliminated but disappointed that the NER reared its ugly head.

 

.  I don't think I can dislike a team more than Jonathan and Ana.  Has there been  anything this couple hasn't done before?  I don't care what it is, stroking a crocodile's belly or climbing Mt. Everest naked, they've done it before!  Ugh!

Good episode. It would have sucked for Carson & Jack to have gone out due to Carson's lack of pizza-making skills. But then Phil pulled the non-elimination on Han & Holden, so the drama was pretty much moot.

Please . . . someone tell me that they saw the groceries/bucket task and also thought of the Senfeld episode ending on George using a fishing pole to bring a marble rye to him. Lie to me if you have to. That was an odd task, though.
