S9.E10: Flirting With Disaster

Recommended Posts

I get being pissed that your roommate’s sex life is fucking with your REM sleep but I don’t get being so shamey about it.

Have the conversation about respecting your collective space without judging their sex life.  It’s not that hard.

Kyle falling asleep in a chair with his undone fly is way more embarrassing than anything Imrul and his various liaisons have done.

I feel like Paige complaining about Craig & sharing doubts about their future ON CAMERA while not clueing him in was strategic as hell. Her anxiety stemmed from knowing the footage was a  ticking time bomb & she'd have to break up with him before it eventually aired.

Ciara's turned into such a hater. Let Imrul bang who he wants, how does it even affect her?

I totally felt like all the Paige angst was performative and setting the stage for breaking up — on camera. 🙄

Every  time I hear Paige, I feel  sorry  for Craig, not the other  way around.

Ciara and Paiges  room is always so cluttered/ messy.

When Imrul covered  up the camera, I remembered  Carl on WWHL saying they can move that camera around until the covering falls off, lol. I guess it happened  to him and Lindsay.

When Lindsay  is talking to Turner, I always  get the feeling,  he's not on the other end, and she's  talking  to herself.

Lexi still looks like a little  girl playing  dress up.

I am so over Paige and her angst over work/Craig!  Every time she and Ciara started talking I found myself on my phone watching Reels.  I'm so sick of hearing about it with her droning voice.

Not to mention her use of "like" after every other freaking word!  Dear Lord, I never knew I'd wish for the return of "um" or "uh" as filler words, LOL!

Paige managed to break up with Craig before the episode aired, but he probably watched it, or I'm sure people who did told him about it. He seemed to be clueless last summer. He didn't seem too supportive of Paige's business ventures, especially her extensive traveling, but he did the same. Is his business success more important than hers?

The best part of this episode was them serving the meal for the American Cancer Society.

If Imrul walked his post one night stand self into my kitchen and started touching me and the food with his hands the first thing I'd ask him is if he'd washed them.  Loved Paige telling him he should get an STD test.  I can't fathom that he'll be asked back for another season.

I'm enjoying this season.

I thought it was cute Amanda did that brunch for Lindsey.

I kind of felt bad for Imrul the way Ciara was talking to him. She could've said it in a different nicer way. Imrul's bs about being undocumented & that's why he's fucking everyone now is lame. Just be honest you like sex. Let's not try to put this spin on it.

I started rewatching this show & in the very first episode Kyle is talking about how he wants to grow up & not party all night anymore. Lol almost 10 years later & he's still the same. That guy is never changing.

RE CRAIG:   Of course it is, he's the man.  In Craig's case, he seems to think whatever he believes, has, needs, or wants is most important.  It took his "friends" quite awhile to come to this conclusion. He drove off most them*, one by one, because he is always right (never lies)--and he has argued his "plan" with each of them. In the case of a woman, I've said this too often--he wants the 1950s version of mommy-at-home taking care of all her children's needs and running a perfect home in the area he chooses. Craig will be the neediest child in the bunch, but also must be sure he appears to be the breadwinner.  He might believe he is...even if presented with alternate facts.

*Supposedly they've forgiven his "addictions" and love him again.

Many consider Paige's focus and savvy business sense forced Craig into a more success-oriented mindset. Craig can't possibly be the brains behind the success of his "little sewing business."  It would be interesting to meet his business partners and have them explain how the work is divided and what intere$t each owns.

Yikes, ZettaK...I came here to write only that first sentence and then take a nap.  Sorry! Wouldn't it be fun for some website to let us know how much each earned (without the Bravo Bucks) in 2025.  Not the business...but the individuals.  Didn't Paige say, "I'm the breadwinner."?

Amanda really is such a caring and sweet person. Why is she with that man child Kyle????? It just pains me to seeing a good person taken for granted like that.

It's sad and typical.  I think Amanda is finally getting tired of being his mommy.  Her girlfriends are helping her see the light--they'll need to stay supportive.  Unless he can stop drinking, he'll never grow up.

I suspect that Amanda and Paige, either together or independently, came to the conclusion that not being nice to Lindsay this season would result in a not-nice edit for them. To her credit, Paige at least acknowledged her shift in attitude. Amanda has always been a stealth shit stirrer, disguising it as "concern" while smiling gently. Kyle dumped her before the start of the first season, and when he couldn't get any action anywhere else, she happily became his 2:00 AM booty call. Amanda knows who she married.

Amanda knows who she married. Kyle returned at 5:30am when all the single guys returned a lot earlier. She said that he knows what he did (I assume that it was wrong), but she still tolerates his behavior (and him).
