My main problem with shows like this is that the longer they're on, the more people I find to hate.  lol  first CK, then Phillip being a dick, then Lete.  It's not so much she had to play, but like everyone I hate, it was okay when she thew David in, but when he returns the favor it's all "HoW DaRe YoU?!?!?"  Just play and quit acting like a child about it. And quit dancing around.

And just be clear, my problem with shows like this isn't going to stop me from watching shows like this.  Be hard to stay on my high horse if I quit.  ;-)

This is why I like watching the veterans play, even when I get tired of seeing the same veterans. They don’t take things personally, they don’t pout when things don’t go their way, and they are quick to congratulate people who best them because they appreciate good strategy and they understand it’s just a game.

I’m rooting for either David or Parvati for just this reason. I have liked Lete, but she’s starting to feel a little morally superior and there’s nothing worse than that. I am tired of hearing Philip whine about how nobody likes him when all he does is push people away. CK is not even devious enough to be interesting.

I like Lete but don't like the "I've played an honest game" thing. I watch these shows to see people not play an honest game... and let's be serious, no one really plays an honest game in these things.

And act like them getting a high case / beating the banker is anything more than a combination of luck and / or playing the odds.

My annoyance is same as last season, they should model it so people are begging to play the banker, not see it as a punishment.  They should get like 5% of the winners whenever they play, not just build it up for some random person at the end to play for it, and maybe even not win it.

I am SO over Philip.  I'm going to throw this out there.  Telling David and Pavarti about his bullying was not done in "confidence."  I suspect he has told everyone he's ever met that he's been mistreated.  And guess what?  It worked last night as David apparently felt so guilty about Philip "not being chosen" that he announced ahead of time that Philip was more or less not in any peril.   I really wish Philip had played the banker and was sent home.

As for "not being chosen" -- EVERYONE got to play.   He wasn't put on the sidelines with a hat that read "Least Popular."   Furthermore, since David went second, everyone else learned how to handle quicksand and they all made it through.  Well, after David went and then shouted instructions to Pavarti.  Maybe whisper the swim technique before you're separated before a pit of quicksand to keep it on the downlow? 

As for Dickson, or as David likes to say MY SON!!!  -- if the finale execursion is anything like last year's, he just is not athletic enough to win anyhow.  I guess you get more money the closer you make it to winner, but he was going to lose eventually. 

It will be interesting to see if someone gets a chance to eliminate Pavarti next week.  I can't remember if there will still be immunity chances next week, but I don't think there should be at F4, maybe F5.

I think the challenge was one that you’d rather be picked last or at least have some people go before you. That kind of challenge was a “trial and error” kind of challenge, and you just had to different things to figure out how to get through the mud.

Phil had an advantage in going last. He got to learn what to do and what not to do, and what works best and what doesn’t… and that’s not how he saw it.

Any guesses on how they eliminate 2 players next week?  I heard a podcast on DONDI and they were wondering if it was going to be a take someone with you.  They were guessing that maybe the person eliminated gets to take someone else with them.  That has been done on some shows.  If they follow the usual format they don't have time in one episode to do 2 temples with the suitcases.

This. It was the same on last season of the traitors. The Housewives were all salty and dramatic and all of the gamers just shrugged and said "no hard feelings - it's just a game". 

I absolutely loved Rob's breakdown of what Dickson did wrong. He was so correct that Dickson was third at best in the Family and his best-case scenario was to turn on David and Parvati and align with Lete. I do think either way, he is an idiot - he is delusional if he thinks he is stronger than Parvati. I am glad to see him go. Also, duuuude, telling David multiple times you wish he was your dad is so pathetic. I am sorry his life has been so bad that he feels like that, but woah - too much - you've known him for a week.......

Parvati better hope she continues to get immunity because she is toast the minute she is in the bottom unless it's David playing the banker......

Well, if David and Pavrati end up as final two (or even two of the final three), the other players have nobody to blame but themselves.  They let 'the family' flaunt their alliance from the very beginning and really didn't put up much of a resistance.  Dr. Will is the only one who went after them a bit by taking out MG (?).
