Snapdragon Thursday at 05:27 PM Share Thursday at 05:27 PM I think y'all are missing a key point with this Sunny/Jeopardy topic. Sunny didn't lose at Jeopardy. She lost at Celebrity Jeopardy...which is way more shameful as it's 1000x easier! 2 10 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151919-the-view-week-of-2172025/page/2/#findComment-8586502

She has always struck me as the type to always raise her hand first in class. There's nothing wrong with being smart or a quick thinker. Maybe it aggravated the others in class, so what? There was a super smart girl (Rita) all through my elementary school years. We accepted her for her. My maga brother is critical (jealous) of my degrees, and like so many of them put down science research and other highly educated people. I will not put down anyone for their hardwork to achieve in school, sacrifice of time to do that work, plus high debt to pay back. 5 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151919-the-view-week-of-2172025/page/2/#findComment-8586799

From everything I’ve heard he’s dropping like a rock. Just an FYI, Rachel showed all the recent polls, all the big ones, and trump is underwater on every one, even outside the margin of error. Even with people who identify as R the approval % is dropping. And when questions were asked about specific issues it was surprising how bad his polling is. People are waking up. 7 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151919-the-view-week-of-2172025/page/2/#findComment-8587382
TheGreenKnight Friday at 04:40 PM Share Friday at 04:40 PM (edited) Alyssa: I don't want anyone to ever look at me and say, 'You were a DEI hire.' I think that's been said quite a few times about her here already actually, that they only auditioned conservatives when they hired her...🫢 I know from Sunny's face she wanted to say, "You WERE!" JAYJAY1979 Friday at 08:42 PM Share Friday at 08:42 PM (edited) In my experience, I've often found the most educated people to be some of the most illogical people I've ever met. Congrats on getting the degrees, but being educated does not make one intelligent. I don't mind the kids that always raise their hands, though I often find they do so because they constantly need validation. If anything, I feel sorry for them more then anything. Now when the topic of toxic female friendships came up, I was drinking some coffee. When Ana said she didn't have toxic female friendships, I burst out laughing because she screams toxicity. Plus, one would need to possess self awareness to fully grasp if they're in a toxic friendship. I would probably be friends with Sara and no one else on the panel. I think anyone hired for the conservative seat would be a DEI hire, but I also think most of the women on the panel are DEI hires as well...at least any hired over the last decade or so. I'm not sure I'd agree that anyone on the current panel (or from the past for that matter) other than Alyssa would really work under that label. Sunny and Ana tried out with a whole host of people before being picked because of positive audience feedback. And when they tried out, it wasn't like with Alyssa, for example, where only those of one particular identity (race, political view, whatever, etc.) were considered. There were a lot of very different people who tried out at the same time as them. Bevy Smith, Sherri, Stacey London, Padma Lakshmi, Cristela, Kelly Osborne (ugh), and more whose names I don't remember. Mollywolly555 12 hours ago Share 12 hours ago Alyssa is very happy that Trump and Repubs are in charge. Being true to her party, NOW, she can show her true colors, not like before the election when she had to play nice. I want the other hosts to take the gloves off and counter her misstatements....i.e., landslide win, popularity poll percentages, etc., more forcibly with examples of his policy failings, hurting children, parents, families, elderly, environment, SSecurity, military, and clips of the disillusioned people who voted for him as he/party goes against those promises to them. I want the other hosts to smile back as they present responses to show their faith in civil decency to prevail eventually. And I want less clips of his insanity and more clips of counter arguments and actions. Promote the protests. I want the other hosts to do their homework and read or watch more news. How do I, who tries purposely not to expose myself to much of the toxicity of his deflecting actions on tv, know more than the hosts? And no more blaming of previous administrations. He said he wd fix everything asap, so fricking do it. The buck, or ball, is in his court now. As if he wd ever take responsibility , I know. Keep on. 4 1 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151919-the-view-week-of-2172025/page/2/#findComment-8588026

He is the best, highest, most, etc. (according to him) and takes responsibility for nothing. I have to give it to him - he has a certain talent for getting people sucked in. 3 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/151919-the-view-week-of-2172025/page/2/#findComment-8588044
