Who has anecdotes? Read any good books? What are you watching when you're not watching trash TV? Cooked anything nice?

I just ordered this--I think I'm going to like it a lot!

My guess is he went to practice, and all of the other activities with football, and never set his foot in a classroom, even a football scholarship student has to at least show up for the basketweaving 101 classes.

He says he had a "couple of concussions". I feel like he was a big guy, who played balls to the wall but not intelligently, did dumb shit and got injured because he wasn't paying attention or was careless.

Ooh, that looks good. I love that kind of cooking! Not fancy, good flavorful comfort food is my jam.

I just finished Anne Cleeves first Vera book, The Crow Trap. I loved it because it tells the same story from three different women's POV. Vera has two very brief appearances (we don't even know her name at this point). She doesn't actually show up until the middle of the book! I loved it.

Omg, her boobies are down to her waist!

I won my first mah jongg game in a while. Played badly the rest of the time. But that's okay, there's a learning curve.

My house is filthy and I know that cleaning it won't take that long, but for some reason I am just not interested in doing it. My cleaning lady went into a different line of work and I miss her so much!

I've got a pile of stuff in the basement to bring to Goodwill, which will make the basement less crowded.

Finished my taxes yesterday but since I owe both the state and the feds a little money, I haven't filed yet.

Didn't she also write the books that inspired Shetland? I've never read any of her books but I might start!

Thanks…football scholarships aren’t really a thing up here.

The junior college circuit for football players often is the player playing for school after school too, sometimes community college, but never graduating.

Chrystal getting approved for surgery is mind-blowing.  I question whether a surgery on someone who has to be propped up like that during anesthesia is ready for surgery (I'm not a doctor, but watched early years of Grey's Anatomy, and ER, so that's the same isn't it?)

You've been busy!

I have a perma-pile of "stuff for Savers" in my living room. It never seems to be gone. Houseguest and I have been putting the brakes on thrifting these days, she just bought a new car and has to watch her pennies. And another pile of stuff that I've bought for my son, mostly clothes I find thrifting, which he never gets around to bringing home with him, sigh.

I wish I had a cleaning lady. Wednesday is my housework day, so things are under control. But don't look too close.

I did my taxes on March 8th, and got my federal refund check in just under two weeks. With everything going on in the government these days, I was honestly surprised it came that quickly. (Still waiting on New Jersey....)

We declutterred the whole apt, bought paint and are painting all weekend and rearranging the whole place. It will be a lot of work but well worth it!

I renewed my passport a few weeks ago and got my new one last weekend, I was shocked that it came so quickly. I didn't know what to expect. Houseguest got hers within two weeks!

Is this your redecorating project you were talking about a while back? Good luck with it! I have a few painting projects that need doing, now that its getting brighter and warmer I think I can finally get motivated to begin!

He thinks he's done enough. He'd better watch out or he'll gain it all back

It is thanks! Life is still very stressful but I think this may help me feel a bit better.

Oh, and I haven't seen my one neighbor or his noisy vehicles (an ugly orange muscle car and a motorcycle (sport bike), plus a van which is huge and ugly, but at least doesn't make a ton of noise) in almost three weeks. I was trying not to get my hopes up, but I think maybe he actually moved out....

The bike was shrink-wrapped and just parked across the top of their parking spot all winter, but then one weekend they unwrapped it and I heard the engine revving, and I looked out and saw they also had the van doors open with a bunch of stuff on the ground, but I couldn't tell what they were doing. A little while later both the van and bike left (I hadn't seen the muscle car for a few days before that) and I haven't seen them since! (I made a note of the date after not seeing them for a few days; it was the 16th that I last saw them.)

I want to strip and paint my bedside tables and remove the hideous hardware. Not sure how I even picked this furniture in the first place, I hate it. But that has to wait for warmer weather.

I have to paint my coffee table. I was going to do it this past  weekend but I felt spectacularly lazy. I have all the stuff, paint, brushes, rollers and all. So no excuse for not doing it! And I still have to touch up the paint in my hallway from when the contractors were here in October. Still need to get the paint for that one. I also want to get a bunch of cuttings from my plants so I can make some new ones. AND we need to get out to the garden center for our summertime plants for the porch. Now, if I could tear myself off the sofa....

Why doesn’t he take them to do an activity they all enjoy? His daughter sat there looking bored. I am guessing because he didn’t work for years he didn’t pay one cent of child support. Now he is all Mr. Dad? Ok

It's all performative, for the cameras. He's full of shit. I bet his ex wife is fuming at his Superdad act.

Her kids look like they haven’t lost any weight. Are they just eating junk without her?

1000 pound sisters are coming back. One gets bit by a camel. Bet she tasted bad.

My opinion and of a lot of other people is not a camel bite.  Looks like a knife cut.  Camels have huge canine teeth, a bite from one of them would have ripped chunks of her arm out.

That lunch he fixed for the kids looked disgusting.

I bet he announced every ounce he loses at work, and having a camera crew follow you around is probably going to attract attention.

I saw the ad earlier and was shocked at how they looked. Last time I saw them Tammy was in a wheelchair with an oxygen tube or something (by "saw" I mean an ad; I'm not sure I even watched the whole first season).

Why are the sister wives still on my TV? "I want to shut you down right now." GFY, Kody. I want to shave that mop off your head.

I wouldn't be surprised. She got arrested with drugs around her kids so she's not the most credible person.

These guys working with Mike are terrible actors! They say their lines with such conviction (snerk). Now he should be able to buy a scale and keep track of his weight himself, no? Or does he want Dr. Now to cover his skin removal surgery? I don't like Mike.

Good for Chrystal. She looks like a normal fat person now, but yikes, those breasts! She's going to need breast reduction surgery if she ever gets a job with good health insurance. Hahahaha, as if that would ever happen.
