Jimmy, if a woman tells you "my husband leaving me was worse than your wife dying," you should run screaming - especially if she knows that you have a teenage daughter who lost her mother.

They really don't have anything for Sean to do, do they?

Liz is back to yelling abusive things to her husband, and we're supposed to be happy about that, apparently.

The best part was Derek as the morally good negotiator.

I was enjoying the episode until the end. So Jimmy buys a car for Alice and the thanks last a few hours before she is mad at him because he doesn't want to have anything to do with the guy that killed his wife and Alice's mother.

Seems they go out of their way on this show to throw garbage at Jimmy and I really can't stand Alice after all of this. They really turned her into one of those horrible teenagers I can't stand.

Liz cuts in front of a long line of people waiting at Sean's food truck.

When a black woman complains, Liz trash-talks her.

If that were men, there would be punches thrown.

I guess the show runner wants to give his wife some funny lines and a lot of scenes.

But are viewers suppose to identify with an entitled Karen verbally abusing anyone within her sight?

Liz continuing to be an entitled bitch is not funny at all. Enough already. And I can’t believe everyone misses her being a jerk to Derek.

Alice definitely needs to continue therapy. I don’t blame her for going off on her dad but not the right thing to say. Jimmy should have told her that he met Not Roy since it seems he’s a big part in her healing journey.

Exact same character she played in Cougar Town. Her character was horrible on Cougar Town as well. Not sure why Lawrence figures people enjoy watching her treat everyone like garbage all the time.

The show should be called "Everyone Shits on Jimmy." I'm getting really sick of it. It's impossible to imagine what would happen if the characters treated Liz anything like they treat him.

Let me channel Paul for a sec. (It’s that or actively dislike Alice.)

Alice can make the point that she resents Jimmy telling Not Roy Kent to stay away without throwing the guilt grenade labeled You Ruined Another Birthday like the one last year when my mother died. That’s 18 going on 8.

I think it's been three years since her mother died. Her last birthday was ruined by Jimmy being intoxicated.

If one is surprised that a teenager would say something unreasonable and selfish to a parent who just gifted them a car then you clearly never had a normal teenager.

It was great seeing "Robin" and "Marshall" back together. I know people are bothered by the "my husband leaving is worse than your wife dying" line but at least she tried to explain why she felt that way. People shouldn't compare pain and loss but they do. She is clearly still hurting and will for a while. It would be fun if she had a recurring role with Jimmy.
