It’s double the Immunity Challenges and double the Tribal Councils in part one of the two-part season forty-seven finale.  Castaways must do damage control after Operation: Italy’s success.  Then, one castaway tries spying to get some key information to further their game.

Unless something big, never-before-seen, and legendary is going down, I don't understand why they are splitting the finale between 2 weeks.

I'm not sure if Andy really dug in, but he is still here.  So I partially agree with Probst on that.

I will say that this has been a fun season with a fairly likeable cast (for me anyway).  Outside of Sue I'm not sure I'd entirely hate anyone else winning.

I couldn't remember but I knew they said a two-parter, but thought the second part would be tomorrow. So the actual Finale is next week?

Yeah that I didn't get - strategic and cutthroat, yes. But social? Girl literally had a whole spiel about how she shut everyone out and didn't connect with anyone.

Yes, the second part of the finale will be next week.

Considering Teeny, Sue and Rachel were all about getting the women together (along with Caroline) it's kind of rich they are mad at Andy for daring to flip on them.

There’s still 6 people left. I wouldn’t want all that in 1 3h episode. I like that tonight is 6 to 4.

I liked that O. Italy was a success mainly because Sue is pissed.

Now Sam is trying to convince Teeny that them all voting for Caroline and Genevieve not playing her (fake) idol, was just a happy coincidence.  I have to think Teeny isn't this stupid.

I like how calm and unassuming Rachel has remained about the blindside vote. Also, good luck trying to get her out with her idol and block a vote. And she'll probably win immunity anyway.

Rachel is an idiot.  Sue is actually playing smarter about her idol.

Sue had two chances to save her allies.  I don't think she was stupid for saving her idol for herself, but she could have saved Gabe or Caroline.  

And now she's out looking for another idol/advantage.  She believes there's a miracle Survivor still has for her.

Rachel shows up and tells her she has the idol, she's sorry for Sue digging all around everywhere, but there's nothing else.

I don't really understand why she did.  She said she needs Sue but why tell her?  Wait until she finds out Sue has an idol and didn't tell her.

So if we are going down to 4 tonight, does that mean we get a longer reunion show next week?  Or will it just be like old-school Survivor when we had the final 4 in the finale-challenges, camp life, fire making (maybe that will be a throwback to Cook Islands and take a good chunk of the episode), and FTC.  Difference with old school Survivor is there was a final 2 up until S13.  

I love when Probst throws some subtle shade into his ramblings.
