Everyone prepares for London amid another flare up between Tammy and Amanda; Chris and Tammy visit Dr. Turner hoping to get approved for skin removal surgery; the family participates in a 5K and Amanda makes her move to Florida.

Does anyone know what Tammy and Amanda fought over?

Amanda, Tammy, and Amy all have a righteous stick up their asses about "speaking their truth". 

They need some anger management therapy and less ego.

Tammy had gotten better but she's backsliding into old ways. 

Amanda is going for a geographic cure, blaming her siblings fur her problems,  but her issues are with her sitting in that driver's seat in the uhaul.  Emotional baggage is heavy.  

Dang, I wd hate to go on a dream trip wth 2 people fighting in my group. Chris needs to grow a pair and say "We will act civilly in London. " Period. No fighting.  No cussing. No criticism."

But then,  this is made for tv drama. Sad to see families acting stupid. I wish TLC  wd put in constructive talk  and therapeutic practices to educate the public.

Amanda is a bully. She's smart and can wear someone down by talking forever, as Chris said. Rationalizing her own heroic generosity to reach out to Tammy. Yeah, right.  

I think she manipulated Amy into fighting by not leaving her alone when they were in Florida. And then Amanda acted like the injured party. 

Amanda was doing the same with Tammy on the 5k training....offering an olive branch? BS. She wanted to grt Tammy going to argue. If it's  producer driven, then that's messed up too. 

If Amanda wd have started out with Tammy by saying, I'm sorry. You're my sister and I don't want us to fight anymore, "  then  Tammy may have been more open to making up. 

For her part, Tammy wasn't ready and could have said,  "I'm not ready to talk about it yet", and walked off, as I'm sure Amanda wd have persisted which is tiresome.

I guess they have a history of squabbling as their mother said,  so that's just the way they are.... just two family members who don't get along.  Keep them separate or have a deal that they don't talk to one another at family get-togethers. Or keep it going for reality TV. 

Amanda came on late to this show and In think she's jealous. I bet the whole famdamily was very surprised that Tammy and Amy... the 2 most dysfunctional members..   started making money and getting attention online and then tv.

I don't know if Amanda is a bully. All I know is that Tammy is a malignant presence. She makes my flesh crawl. Why the family puts up with her histrionics is beyond me. They cater to her every tantrum and whim, and she has absolutely nothing of value to offer in return. She's spoiled, lazy, jealous, and just a hateful, spiteful person. 

No, Chris, you don't have to leave your workout because the psycho is demanding a ride home. You enable her sick behavior. And in what universe is anyone "lucky she showed up" although she wouldn't even leave the van to say goodbye to Amanda? She's just vile. Always has been, always will be.

Tammy was becoming very level headed and likeable as the weight came off. However, after she was told at her last doctor visit that she wasn't ready for skin surgery, she reverted back to miserable and stubborn.  This visit, he didnt say No. He just wisely said it was beyond his office's capabilities. She Knows TLC will get her the proper team of surgeons. Skin surgery is the money shot of weight loss shows. No way they'd let those ratings go. But because she didn't get immediate satisfaction, she's sour again.  If she doesn't learn how to deal with her anger, she'll end up gaining the weight back. Tammy wants what she wants, when she wants it. And when she doesn't get it, she pitches a fit and pouts and ruins everyone else's time. She needs to grow up.

I can see that Amanda goes on and on, but in her scene with Tammy, I thought she was trying To make peace. But Tammy said she didn't want a relationship and didn't care. That would hurt any siblings feelings. Amanda didn't go off on her, she was trying to talk it out. I can't believe Tammy didn't even get out of the van to say goodbye.  Again, grow up.   I didn't think their fight was This bad. Tammy's just stubborn as a mule and won't be satisfied until everyone's catering to her. They have her whole life, so she expects it. 

Ill never get to London. So, it'll be nice to live vicariously, but I'm already cringing over the inevitable fart, shut and dick jokes. I fear this will be so exploitive-lets all laugh at the crude American hillbillies in London! I hope not.

Happy for Chris! He's worked so hard. Can't wait to see the skin come off. I felt bad for his wife, she was finally about to speak a full sentence, and Tammy cut her off at the knees. Guess we won't hear from her until next season now! Lol  I wonder why the notion of weight loss was never raised to her? She's not huge, of course, and I'm not trying to be bitchy, but she's gotten bigger as Chris has gotten smaller.  But I dont think she's ever mentioned trying to lose weight.

I'm holding out hope that either Amanda or Amy will "accidentally" knock Tammy off her scooter into the Thames. A girl can dream, right?

Chris wanted to make sure they had "bars of soap" packed? I'm not a huge traveler, but every hotel/vrbo I've stayed at has had toiletries.

Tammy is wearisome.

Anytime the answer is not what she wants to hear, she shuts down. 

I am sure a lot of this drama is producer driven. But Tammy just sitting in the van and not even saying good bye to Amanda was pretty ridiculous. Well maybe she did and they didn't show it. 

I wondered if she really put the window up when she was asked to come out and say a prayer with her family, or if that was some creative editing. 

Because if she really wants to be that nasty, then she  should not have bothered to come. She would get no points from me from showing up, not when she is showing up just to be rude. 

No Chris, you do not have to go, just because Tammy is mad and said so. I wish he would have told her that. I know Tammy  eventually said he didn't have to leave but just that he even considered it, bothered me. He does a lot for her and all his family and he is allowed to put himself first. 

Oh Amy, wearing slides to a 5K  walk. Come on now. I guess she finished but she would do herself a favor by wearing some decent footwear, appropriate for what she is doing.

Amanda doesn't pull punches, but I feel that she has always been that way, and the family knows it. 

She wants some sort of relationship with Tammy, and Tammy doesn't. Amanda, let her have her way- she's a life sucker. 

And Tammy demanding Chris take her home? I know she changed her mind, but Chris should have said "I'll take you home when Brittany and I are ready to leave."

Tammy has definitely reverted back to being a spoiled and petulant pain in the ass. The rest of the family needs to ignore her like you would a toddler having a temper tantrum.
It is boring to watch her behave like this again.

Right before the original fight, Tammy was ticked off that Amanda's sons broke her window and messed up her house, and Amanda was ticked off that the siblings have done so much for Tammy and she doesn't appreciate it.    

The fight itself started when Amanda suggested a workout competition between the siblings and Amy didn't want to participate.  Amanda was recuperating from an injured knee and was in a foul mood.  They started arguing and Amy stormed out.  Tammy started to say that she could see Amy's point of view, and Amanda lashed out at her.  Tammy stormed out.  And they've been cold towards one another since. 

I thought when Amanda reached out and told Tammy she loved her, that would melt Tammy's heart a bit and lead to a reconciliation, but nope.  And so, the feud continues.

On a side note, please, please, please don't let Amy actually fart on the palace guard.

Tammy is a hateful, nasty person. Whatever good will she engendered by finally undergoing LIFE SAVING! surgery is quickly dissipating. Amanda is no saint but I think she - and the entire family - have put up with Tammy and Amy long enough. They’re both so incredibly toxic and exhausting.

That's what made me question the fight. When Chris mentioned "how stubborn" Tammy can be, I thought "Seriously? Forget it!"

Tammy and her grudge holding can take a seat. It's thanks to her siblings she even has a bedroom, and a roof over her head. She doesn't have the right to keep biting each hand that feeds her, yet she feels entitled to ruin everyone's experience, including all the siblings saying goodbye to Amanda (all except for Miss Misery).

The best episode to come will be when every sibling refuses to cosign Tammy's childish tantrums.

I'd love to see Amy and Tammy's coping skills after their siblings begin to ignore their demands. Uber costs alone will save the older siblings lots of $$$.

Tammy and Amy have triggered my "sisterly" emotions. There's 6 siblings in my family, and that would be the day, one of them stays in the van, saying the person's 'lucky' she showed up. Tammy's sense of "self importance " is highly out of whack.

As a fan, Tammy's actions since the Amanda fight are a complete turn off. I have no sympathy for her, as well as her refusal to set goals so she can have skin removal. Chris is the only one taking this seriously. 

As a sister, I would have dragged Tammy out of the car, by her hair. And I would have barked at Chris for even thinking of accomodating her.

Now, because my siblings know me, if one was nasty to another, like Tammy...she wouldn't have come if the issue wasn't resolved. She'd KNOW if she came to put on a game face.

Chris isn't going to challenge Tammy as hard as he could. She's still living with him, Brittany, his daughter, and two grandkids.   I bet Tammy is a total pain to live with, and she's been there for three months.

Your post reminded me that viewers in general appreciate chaos followed by 'come to Jesus' moments, and/ or chaos followed by acceptable revenge moments.

They need a therapist like Jo from the Nanny shows (supernanny?) Her show was a hit because we could snark about how horrid family dynamics were, then watch them follow the rules successfully. And the ones who wouldn't or couldn't had Jo telling them what to expect with no filter. 

This family needs more episodes to end with "Awww", moments, or have a 'respected' character sit them down and call each one of them out to explain the intention behind each toxic exchange.

Psychology for relationships.....kind of like Cesar, the dog whisperer, but for people.

On behalf of the United States I would like to apologize to London and all who had to put up with Amy and Tammy on their trip!
