Also she is 38 weeks pregnant, so while she is having the baby early, it's not dangerously so and well within the normal period for birth number 5 or 500 or whatever she's on.

Her mom has taken care of her and her kids throughout the years. Rather than stepping up and taking responsibility for her own life, Justine keeps adding more kids and more reasons they need help from her mom. It says everything that she said how much she would have loved to be in the hospital for months being taken care of. Justine has a warped sense of how people should show her love. That is, they should give up their lives and fully sacrifice for her. She has asked it of her mom. She asked it of her oldest daughter.  I am too familiar with this behavior among members of my family.
