The thing is, this is a HWs show, and people exploring religion - whether heritage or something new - isn't always the most authentic thing this show or the HWs give us.

I don’t disagree-Tamrat and her new found Christianity, Alexis and her hypocritical Christianity are good examples.

That being said, my husband and his family are Jewish by ethnicity and may or may not go to synagogue. However, in the last year, the importance of being Jewish, what that means now and is the future, has really changed their perspective. I think this is what happened to Meredith.

Never one to defend her, but I totally agree with her on this one.

Bravo is really struggling with these franchises because there are no longer organic relationships driving them. "Friends" are brought on who are merely somebody who shares the same drop off line at school/went to the same college 10 years later. And the newbies all need to "earn" their place by being messy, the core cast is reminded that nobody is safe, and every get together is a screaming match.

This show has devolved down to a bunch of people who literally have no affection or use for one another forced to reconcile pretty unforgivable (in real life) conflicts for the sake of "the friend group", i.e. the show.

Pretty much the only reality shows that can work any more are families because there is genuine history AND genuine reason for not just walking away without a second glance the moment somebody throws a glass at the table. (Not that I wouldn't walk away from a family member that threw a glass at the table, but many wouldn't)

Watching people have rip roaring throw downs then plan a trip together to "heal" is tedious.

I think you meant watching people have rip roaring throw downs then plan a trip together to "hill" is tedious.

It's probably going to be superficial (too).

Poor Britani. She is so desperate. Thinking that an IG (or any other social media) post, video/reel, or story about "my best friend" is commitment. When they broke up many times, and the guy is not too much into her. How embarrassing to say it on tv.

It was not nice for Bronwyn to diss Whitney behind her back.

What made it a gazillion times worse was that Brittani was all, “I’d like to propose a toast!” Oh, honey, “My on-and-off situationship took me back for the 16th time in 8 months and posted me on social media” is not a toast to your “friends” at the table. Though, the schadenfreude was off the charts, so we got that! Everyone was as like, Oh, no, sweetie. He called you “his friend.” He brought you to Costco, which is only slightly more romantic than Walmart.

Who knew that “Palm Pilot” money was still rolling in 30 years later? Whelp, between Mary and now Bronwynn’s homes, I guess “Alice in Wonderland on Acid” is firmly established as the Utah aesthetic for flashing your wealth. This is now the second time Bronwynn name-dropped the Guggenheim—fist her “Costume” jacket and now this stacked chair and neon “sculpture.” Can one shop at the Guggenheim? Does she find out what new pieces they get in and then sends her husband off on a mission to acquire the same pieces, like she made him go find the scissors?

Hey now, at least Walmart has interesting fights. Grab a bag of $1 popcorn, the least disgusting soda brand knock-off they offer, and enjoy.

Topic? Yeah, that was a dumb idea for Britani to "toast" her being the preferred booty call for some guy friendship with some guy.

Probably has him checking out the dumpster section behind the Guggenheim to see what they have thrown out.

Dumb is right.

If you are arguing and breaking up every other week then why pursue a relationship? I mean the early dating period you can't get enough of the person, it should be easy and fun, if you are fighting that much you probably should not be dating each other.  Who wants that sort of relationship from the start?

Booty calls are not a relationship, being declared a friend on Facebook is not a proposal...Britani loves to be strung along.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and guess that his being an Osmond has a lot to do with their relationship status(es). She doesn't want to give up the (assumed) money and bragging rights, and he knows he can string her along because of his name. Just a hunch

I was a huge Donny Osmond fan back in my youth, HUGE!  My mother took me to the Osmond's at the Civic Center when I was 11 and then when I was 50 I saw Donny and Marie in Las Vegas, he may very well be my next husband, lol.

Does this nephew of the OG Osmonds have talent, can he Wake Up Little Susie or dance and play an instrument at the same time? Just because his last name is Osmond may not mean he has money. I want to know what this lesser Osmond does for his money.

You forgot to ask if he's a little bit country, or a little bit rock and roll.

Again, just a hunch, but if he didn't have at least a high credit level she probably wouldn't be dating him, considering how materialistic HWs tend to be

I hate to be THIS mean, but if he does have money, maybe he can pay to fix her jacked plastic surgery.

Something else. It seems Britani cares more about the relationship (because the guy belongs to a famous family) than her kids.

And why does Meredith think that Whitney owes her an apology? She didn't invent bath bombs.

Why is Bronwyn always so sweaty? Her nose at Wendy's looked greased.

I fast forwarded through all of Meredith's scenes. Why is she still on?

1) Menopause

2) Because she's the pot stirrer with no other story line for this franchise.

I maintain that Angie K. is the Gretchen Weiner of RHOSLC: desperate to belong, routinely rebuked by the more powerful, Greek is to Angie what Fetch was to Gretchen.

lol I still remember her saying "a Greek person can't be successful?"

We'll revisit Mary's own weight after menopause hits.

I say this about everyone and everything lately. Just you wait and see.

Not menopause, she's only 39. I think she overdoing the dewy look.

You can be in menopause at 39. It doesn't only start at 50.

I don’t know but it’s very possible, because in NYC at the Museum of Modern Art (MOMA) they have a MOMA store where you can buy some really cool items, including replicas of pieces found in the museum.  They are certainly not furniture sized though!

He's the son of the oldest (non-singing, deaf) Osmond brother.

The brothers' (and Marie's) father pooled all the Osmond money for the family, and lost most of it through bad advisors he then refused to let them sue.  So all the original money went up in smoke, and they've been working for decades since.  I don't imagine there's any kind of fortune there.

Both museums sell replicas of exhibits, but nothing that large.

It seems it's over for Britani and Jared. And she supposedly lied about breaking up more than 40 times.

I was wondering how The Osmond was feeling about being on this show!! 😄

This could have been used as a platform for the deaf, Britani could have advocated for learning sign language or really advocated for disabilities, something more worthy than the stupid dramatic announcements of their relationship status.

Maybe the deaf brother has a happy life and doesn't wish to be showcased on a RH show?

I don't think I particularly care for Bronwyn, but "You're on again, you're off again, you're in a Costco cart..." had me howling with laughter.

Chloe's voice and intonation resembles Meredith's voice. Brooks is not far behind.

They all have the SAME FUCKING VOICE!! Does the family keep quaaludes in the cookie jar? Is this, like, all an extended SNL skit and they're trolling everyone???

Agreed! It's funny because "I don't like her fashion, decor or style" seems to be driving force for the dislike. I mean it's not what I would choose but I'm hardly offended to the point of disliking her.

Attention getting and being a try hard in the fashion, home decor area is a whole lot better that being a try hard that wants to grab attention by throwing people under the bus or making accusations that have real world repercusions. Pretty much what these shows require of their cast.

I know its early and there's still time for Brownwyn to earn her keep with whatever but for now her over the top taste doesn't equate to dislike for me. However,  I do find that equation interesting.

I don't particularly care for Bronwyn's fashion, but at least it's interesting! It's not why I dislike her. I dislike her because she seems really two-faced (e.g. She absolutely was talking smack about Whitney to Heather and Lisa!), and she's been on the show for a minute and a half and has already called another woman stupid and inserted herself into unnecessary drama. I'm biased against newbies who come out of the gate so strongly like that. I also am admittedly biased against "I don't have many female friends because other women are so catty" type women.

But hey, at least she's not defrauding parishioners and she's not in jail, nor has she been unmasked as an internet troll, so by the standards of this show she's not doing terribly.

Don’t really care for her. But that conversation between her and her daughter was real, emotional and touching. It made me think I might grow to like her, for at least appreciate parts of her.
