Hi All!  Late to the party - today the weather waffled more than a poundticipant trying to stick to the 1200-calorie diet, switching from sun to rain to sun a zillion times, so I got a headache and had to take a nap.  Just woke up.  

Eating habit will be baked salmon (teriyaki-glazed) with rice.  Lunch was lefover squash ravioli and a snack of some chips & guacamole in late afternoon.

Oh God I hate the shows that feature multiples. My  kids are grown. Why would I want to watch a large hoard scream on my TV? Unless they are some religious weirdos like the 19 kids people who i can snark on.

I'm listening to some YT while doing a computer jigsaw puzzle. These people don't seem happy, have nothing interesting going on, just not worth the effort (which is probably a terrible thing to say about another human). They were pains in the first shows and they're pains here.

I took a fall on April 6 and broke shoulder, ankle, and knee! It’s hard to type as use of arms is limited but somehow I’ve been able to join several live chats!

My sister bought herself a tiara. I looked them up on amazon and they're inexpensive. She said she always wanted one and was at the age where she can do what she wants, so she got a tiara.

Wow.  She supposedly lost 250 pounds and she still looks like a walking tent??    Maybe she will get some motivation out people cheering her on...

But I have never seen anyone say 'I am happy' in a deader tone.

Now that I see the original - I can see that they are a bit smaller.  But I really hope they will lose weight going forward and not just think that they've arrived!

Her voice is just as dead as her facial expression.  I don't think the problem is physiological...

I am not even tempted to make a guess about Roshonda's weight, but I will say she is stable at wherever she was, in mid 500-s.
