It’s one thing to bring your girl home and the place is decorated like a haunted house, Nathan. It’s quite another to empty a full dumpster all over the floors and furniture.

Did the grandmother die or did she just move to assisted living or the Sunbelt?  That house was odd even if she was born in the 30s she would have been young in the 50s and 60s and wouldn’t have decorated like it was 1912.

I really didn’t get gold digger vibes from Skylar… She asked for garbage bags because, well, there was garbage everywhere.

Nathan is… problematic.  His whole mood turned OJ after she wasn’t blown away by his spray painted boardwalk shirt.  I’m gonna need him to receive an ass kicking by season’s end.

She should keep her eyes open - that house has potential. It's a mess now but I'm pretty sure I saw some beautiful hardwood floors sticking out from under the rugs. At least one upstairs bedroom has a fireplace and I'm guessing there is at least one downstairs fireplace too. The lack of central air conditioning is a hard stop for me but with some elbow grease and a decent decorater (and a lot of trash bags) that house could be really nice.

So Monique, where there no Red Lobsters you could have taken shorty too? 500 on dinner? Although it did look amazing, but dang. Gabbit is such a bitch, I really hope never to see her again.

She said that though, that the house has potential. A few times.  (Bet you anything Nathan won’t let her touch a single plastic covered cushion.)  Skylar wanted a cow picture and instead she got 100 pictures of an old bat.

Monique didn’t seem too impressed by that restaurant.  Red Lobster is consistently great and you’d need to rent the place out for five hundy.  If Derek needs a reason to stay out of prison, Cheddar biscuits are that reason.

$600 for dinner.  All that designer shit.  Derek is definitely taking Monique for a ride.  But, did she Catfish him?  Making herself out to be something she wasn't?   She's dumb for spending all that money on him. Desperate.

Monique definitely catfished with the photos.  She told him she had put on a lot of weight, but she never shared a recent, not highly altered photo.  At the same time it's obvious Derek is one of those guys who thinks he deserves all of the most expensive things even if he has no way to pay for it.  I think they listed Monique as working at an animal hospital in reception, so she has steady pay but does not have a high-paying job.  She cannot afford $600 dinners and designer everything.   She is dressing from Marshalls and spending big money on him.

And for good reason!  He seems to get all the most expensive things and doesn't pay for them. 

Monique's photos were so filtered that honestly he had to have known he wasn't getting a real preview.  The only things missing were the Snapchat cat ears and whiskers.

Yes, Monique is insecure about her weight gain, catfished Derek to high heaven and now is paying the price, literally, to keep him interested.  What I don't understand is her reluctance to go out with him for a bit longer; it wouldn't have to be a casino, but she could have made a few suggestions that may have piqued his interest.

Going to a casino involves walking and standing and she seems pretty sedentary.  I think she assumes that they will spend every night in bed watching tv and him servicing her.

I also think that Monique doesn't want Derek around scantily clad wait staff (which I think are at pretty much every casino ever) and scantily clad female patrons (also, I think, at pretty much every casino ever). She is insecure about how she looks next to other women so I think she is doing her best to keep him away from them.

I could not believe they spent over $500 on that meal! Did they even have a fridge in their hotel room? I hope so because they had a stack of takeout boxes when they left. It doesn't seem like the type of food that would taste very good as leftovers. 

Are we surprised about the girl who decided  not to pick her man up at the train station in Jersey? Is it Gabrielle? I am bad with names on these shows.

There is a theme that when these guys get out of prison, the women expect them to be completely at their beck and call and almost like a puppet that they control completely.
