She should keep her eyes open - that house has potential. It's a mess now but I'm pretty sure I saw some beautiful hardwood floors sticking out from under the rugs. At least one upstairs bedroom has a fireplace and I'm guessing there is at least one downstairs fireplace too. Skylar wanted a cow picture and instead she got 100 pictures of an old bat. Monique didn’t seem too impressed by that restaurant. Red Lobster is consistently great and you’d need to rent the place out for five hundy. She told him she had put on a lot of weight, but she never shared a recent, not highly altered photo. At the same time it's obvious Derek is one of those guys who thinks he deserves all of the most expensive things even if he has no way to pay for it. I think they listed Monique as working at an animal hospital in reception, so she has steady pay but does not have a high-paying job. She cannot afford $600 dinners and designer everything. I hope so because they had a stack of takeout boxes when they left. It doesn't seem like the type of food that would taste very good as leftovers. Are we surprised about the girl who decided not to pick her man up at the train station in Jersey? Is it Gabrielle? I am bad with names on these shows.
