ybrik December 10, 2021 Share December 10, 2021 I am really enjoying the show this season. Definitely think going with the Triad specifically Aurora as the villain is a great choice. Lots of callbacks to The Originals. Sad that the witch and the wolf were not bigger deals but I wonder if their spot in the Triad goes to someone else. I ask because the witch’s last name was St. Clair so could the next in line to be the witch of the Triad be Davina. Then if the wolf is somehow related to either Jed or Finch it could be interesting. Not sure about the end result of Josie’s therapy box session. It seems more like these last few episodes and this therapy box are trying to tell Josie that she seems to be in love with Hope. Seriously you leave a make out session so you can watch someone else perform surgery. So they are willing to go with a threesome/throuple in the therapy box I wonder if they will do that in real verse. Hope proves to be the anti-Wesley from The Princess Bride. She could match the skill of the witch, and the strength of the wolf but was no match for the mind of Aurora. If it wasn’t evident after Dark Josie last week, this makes it crystal clear that Hope is vulnerable to mental/psychological attacks. She hasn’t learned anything since the Necromancer played her in season 1. Now it has really serious consequences. Really don’t care about the limbo stuff but I swear two of those SOB’s need to stay dead. Don’t care which two but two need to remain dead. Would prefer all three but with this show all three will probably return so am just asking for two. 1 1 Link to comment

Lizzie kills Hope, only it's not really Hope, it's Aurora, & then either Hope comes back into her real body with her humanity turned back on, or she goes to wherever Landon is & they play "how do we get back?" for next (if there is a next) season. 2 Link to comment

That could be interesting, but it seems to me it was more Josie's way of subconsciously throwing shade on Lizzie for being unable to make a choice between the two. The only TV show I can think of that showed a throuple was what, the Politician? Quote Hope proves to be the anti-Wesley from The Princess Bride. It was really amazing how Aurora planned out this entire thing and expertly maneuvered everything to get Hope to make dumb choices. She hasn't been around for centuries for nothing. 2 Link to comment

But I agree with your reasoning for why it was shown here. I'm not expecting Lizzie, Ethan and MG to become a throuple for real. Link to comment

God I hope not. Maybe it's the old lady in me but I thought that was gross. These are high school kids and to suggest they had a threesome is disgusting, even if it was just in Josie's subconscious. Maybe I would've thought differently about it if we saw Lizzie come out of the closet with MG then the next time we see her come out with Ethan but I don't like seeing crap like that with kids. I did like this episode except for Hope. Aurora is a good villain, I hated her on The Originals because she was so good at making me hate her. The only problem is she's in Hope's body so now she's be wooden and expressionless :-( So now Alaric has the coin, let see if all of them can get back to the real world or if it only let one of the three get through. I can see Alaric letting Landon use it to save Hope. Does Lizzie really think she can get close enough to Hope to stake her? Link to comment

What? 🤣🤣 You're OK with high school kids having sex... as long as it's sex you approve of? 1 1 Link to comment

How are they (Hero Squad) still in High School? Hope was always older than the twins who were 16 in the first season. Time jump, please. 1 Link to comment

Likely 20 in present time if we can safely assume that season 3 took a year. 1 Link to comment

tennisgurl December 15, 2021 Share December 15, 2021 It always cracks me up when they bring things up from the previous shows with a "yeah we know its a lot of weird" and just shrug their shoulders. As evil as Aurora is I admit that I was rooting for her against Hope, not because I actually want her dead, but because Hope without her humanity is ridiculously smug and I was sick of her curb stomping every single person she came across. Pulling a body swap on Hope was pretty clever, playing off of Hope's arrogance and lack of preparedness, I am ready for this story to go in a different direction. I know that everyone is over Hope/Landon, and so am I, but I do hope that Landon can come back to life, as I really do like him as a character and it sucks that he has spent so much time stuck in alternate dimensions. I am still sad he and Josie didn't work, they were so much fun as a couple, while Landon and Hope are such drama that they hardly even have time to be a real couple. Josie's therapy box being a Greys Anatomy take off was funny, although I have no idea what lesson she was supposed to take. To make out more with her boring girlfriend? To leave the school? She already did that already when she went to normie school, she just came back from her normal girl walk about, are we seriously doing it again? 4 Link to comment
