"Reckoning" - Both sides of McCall's life converge when her daughter Delilah and her school friends are threatened by a European crime syndicate for being eyewitnesses to the outfit's execution of a drug cartel boss. First season finale.

It will be the 10th episode, I believe. Hope the second season is longer!

There is certainly nothing to report on that Equalizer-meets-Equalizer front, though we sure do have a perfect role for him: Before the hit CBS sophomore wraps its season, viewers will be introduced to Robyn’s never-before-seen ex-husband (and father to Delilah).

 

I'm really curious who they cast, and whether he'll just make cameo appearances, or be recurring.

We finally meet Delilah's father/Robyn's ex in 2.15 (April 17), and I'm a little disappointed it's not someone more famous:

Agreed, she does, which is a rarity for TV show kids.  However, since the actress who plays Delilah is half-Filipino, I had been hoping they could cast someone that was Filipino or at least part-Filipino for her dad.

There was the question of whether they would go that route or stunt cast. As it is in my experience darker black and Filipino couples tend to produce children  that look Black while lighter skin toned blacks tend to look more Filipino. In any case Google Fu list the actor Bishop as multi racial but no obvious race is listed for his parents, except mom looks Black. And his wife is Eurasian.

Between casting a father for Delilah, NCIS: Hawai'i and The Cleaning Lady this must be a happy time for actors with Filipino ancestry looking for roles.

I guess it was just a matter of time before either of those two plots happened. I wonder if Robyn is actually going to introduce Delilah to her team, or she finds out another way?

How I REALLY wish this show would go back to the original formula: Helping the "little man or woman" who has no one else to help them and cannot go to the police (for whatever reason).

The whole CIA games and such just makes my eyes glaze over.
