Wow, this show is getting too weird..."Katie impersonating her son on social media to get him a girl"??? This show has nothing to do with being an "American housewife". I don't know any women who stay at home and behave as this woman does. Get back to basics here and please don't turn the characters into charicatures of themselves.

I actually prefer this to when she's just being mean and obnoxious all the time. I think the show is actually a lot NICER this season. Everyone is a little out of character, though, for sure.

Taylor's smarter.

Greg is more... crafty? I wouldn't say he's become mean, but he hides things, goes on capers willingly, and is not the butt of every prank, problem,  or joke.

Ana Kat is growing up and doesn't seem to have OCD or social problems anymore.

Oliver is vulnerable.

ETA: not defending the impersonation and meddling she did this week. Just saying if I have to have this vs her insulting everyone non-stop, I know which I consider even worse.

So much good stuff in this episode. I was impressed by the maturity of Taylor and Tripp's trial breakup, it's nice that they can discuss everything. It was great that they gave Taylor some time to explore herself, and the reunion was so sweet. I liked Tripp's liltte psych-out moment 😄 .

I like how they tweaked Lonnie's character, he was quite likeable in this episode and not annoying at all. It was pretty surprising when it turned out he was also there in the massage place and the disguises he gave to Greg were really cool.

And the classic lesson with the Anna-Kat Franklin story was touching as well, overall this was a great pre-finale. I can't wait to see what happens next week.

I watched a few episodes when this show started and then saw it in passing last night.  Talk about changing:  Ana-Kat is a completely different kid!  I watched a few minutes more than I would have just trying to figure out who that random kid was, then they said her name.

Best part was Greg and Lonnie in disguise at the day spa (or whatever it was). Greg was great but when the manicurist turned around and it turned out to be Lonnie I about died. Great gag.

Franklin is quickly becoming the show's MVP somehow. His rap was great and I cracked up at Ana-Kat saying "your flow is so fire it's going to be stuck in my head all day" even though she was mad about it.

I'm kind of surprised Taylor and Tripp got back together. It really feels like she's grown leaps and bounds beyond Tripp at this point, but I suppose the show doesn't want to lose such a great character. Also? I would like to try a hamburger taco.

The whole bit with Katie and her friends impersonating Oliver was typical lowbrow hijinks but I did get a kick out of Katie's excitement when the girl messaged her back the first time. "She likes me! Us. Oh, yeah - I forgot what we were doing for a minute."

I hate to say this bc it feels like I'm picking on a young actress but the girl playing Anna-Kat acts like she thinks that she and Franklin are weird. Whereas Julia AK is just being weird and was okay with it.

I didn't hate this episode but I'm used to things changing around on this show all the time.  I had my own odysssy in Westport this week.  That house they're living in would cost well over $1.5 Million at this point what with people leaving NYC and bumping up the prices.  If they were paying market prices for rent they could never afford to live there.  The pandemic has changed things for sure.  I feel like this show exists in the "before times" and thus looks somewhat quaint by comparison with reality.  And that's not necessarily a bad thing right now.

I believe it was explained in an earlier episode that they are renting and the landlord is giving them a good deal, The reason why I don’t remember.
