HA HA

I DVR it just so I have something new to watch when there isn't anything good on TV. A person can pick apart all the flaws but what the heck. Right now the viewing selections are rather slim. I did see a promo that The Blacklist will be back this month. Another show with terrible writing .

Okay, I'll throw in here.  Who is going to pay for the nitrogen that they used to chase the bad guys out?  Not that it would have been successful anyway.  Those Fire Department Connections are capped on both ends, you know.

So the Bone Connector Collector has a source on the inside now.  That's going to be very interesting when he is finally caught.  Lincoln is certainly in shock at the moment.

It's a plot device, but, why send Amelia on a one hour road trip when, presumably, there are police in the vicinity that could do the same job?

Because she's got her trusty "Ronco Two Way Body Cam, only $19.95" that allows the all knowing Lincoln to view and listen, with ultra clarity, from hundreds of mile away.

Wasn't she renowned for driving extremely fast? If ever there was an opportunity to show this, it just slipped by right there.

Let's vent liquid nitrogen through this here bendy-hose, wrapped with a jacket.  It won't freeze completely solid and crack like an egg-shell, because it's special nitrogen - it only affects designated members of the cast, not the cops nor the one baddie scripted to get shot.

Why is it always painfully obvious who the bad apple is the moment they show up on screen?

Right? Or at the very least, don’t send her alone (I know Lincoln’s all up in her business but he’s not there to pull a gun out if need be.)

And the politician’s daughter-I don’t know, if my finger were cut off, I think I’d be in a shit ton of pain. But that’s just me...

Did the police guy even try using using a wrench before declaring the cap would never ever come off?

Wondering the same thing!  Uh, guys...? You normally open those things with a wrench!

I guess the question is answered now as to whether Danielle is paralyzed or dead.  She’s not merely nearly dead, she’s really most sincerely dead!  Although I did keep waiting for her eyes to snap open when he laid her out on the table!

Interesting  as it might be for Danielle to be a female counterpart to Lincoln, keeping her alive would be a lot of work for Peter!  When would he have time to pursue his “hobby”?  Paralyzed people don’t just sit on the shelf till you’re ready to take them down & play with them — she would need to be fed & hydrated, maybe respiratory support if her breathing muscles & nerves were damaged — not to mention catheters or diapers!  Of course Peter seems to have all kinds of time, space, privacy, & money to pursue his Bone Collecting; what’s a little taking care of a paralyzed wife on top of all that?!

Wild Boar thought she might be alive in the preview.  I disagree, I think he just propped her up in the bed.

I’m watching this show because…it’s ok…I don’t have to pay close attention to the story, and that’s fine with me.

Didn’t they rush to the warehouse because the kidnappers’ deadline was due in 10 minutes?  The cops aren’t going to carry around a wench normally, and the warehouse was shuttered, out of business.  I know, a weak excuse, still an excuse.  Sellitto was the bad x of the episode, normally Amelia takes the glory in an episode.

On another note, Amelia really should have brought along someone on her drive.  The team saw how the Collector moved his first kill before they found it and they guessed the Collector has a person on the inside.  Why wouldn’t the Collector know that now the team may race back on the victim he left alive decades ago?

RIP Danielle.  Don’t think about how your body will be  …, like Jane and the others were done.

Wonder what kind of job does Peter have?  He’s not hurting for money, seems to have a large house with many rooms in big expensive NYC, and I don’t see him only living on Danielle’s income.

The cops borrowed an entire truck full of liquid nitrogen from the gas station across the street, I think borrowing a wrench would have been a more believable scenario.

Police vehicles carry tools!  Including wrenches (some even carry a hydrant wrench.)

I actually meant to comment weeks ago but I've been so caught up in the poorly-written medical shows (New Amsterdam, Chicago Med and even The Resident is beginning to slip) that I completely forgot about it😂

I actually like the show.  Since I read the book and saw the first film iteration with Denzel Washington, I wanted to see how well (or not) the writing would be.  At this juncture, writing isn't horrible but I think some of the acting leaves a lot to be desired.  The cases were a bit reminiscent of the book but not exactly the same which is good.

Peter (BC) - he snapped his wife's neck so she's dead, so I thought, until I read some of the comments she may be alive - Say What??!!  And BTW, liked the poster's comment with a nod to The Princess Bride.😉

The 2-hour finale should be interesting and answer any lingering questions!
