This episode made me realize how much of the main show is currently being edited out of the aired episodes. Was tonight's clip the first time this season we saw Tom do a walk through during cooking?

It wasn't just a lawsuit. He was arrested because of her claims and they couldn't adopt while the charges were pending. Allegedly.

So I guess because this whole situation wasn't icky enough...Porsha is now saying that the explicit photos Kenya displayed were taken when Brit was underage?

I don't think this is entirely accurate. At the time the story broke about Kenya and the posters, there was also reporting about Brit threatening Kenya with a gun. Brit denied it at the time, which -- hi Brit, welcome to television, where people record the shit you say and play it back later. Now Kenya may very well be playing it up now as a strategy but it was always part of this really icky story. What I am unclear on is, after the "pistol" incident, did Kenya go to producers? Did they fail to act? That I can't remember. Because I look at what happened on Married to Medicine with Dr. G and King and wonder why they wouldn't have stepped in here.

I don't believe they would be allowed to testify about anything they said to each other during the marriage even after it ends.

It's possible but, when they first sat down, Whitney was complaining about being unable to see past Bronwyn's dress so it's likely that it's the dress causing her awkward body language.

Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Prison Break?

So that was really awful. On many (every?) levels. I have to say that I kind of liked last season. I thought the new cast showed some promise and, honestly, given how dark some of the other franchises have gotten -- conning the elderly, DUIs, assaults with cocktail glasses -- I really appreciated a multi episode storyline about cheese. Just give me some ridiculous fashions, real estate/travel porn with some shady talking heads and I'm good. But this season was not it and ended on a really disturbing note. I don't know where they go from here. ETA: I am not the first person to say this but I am starting to feel that we may be reaching the end of the road for this franchise. Housewives in general, not just NY. Though NY is probably the best (worst?) example of the "producing housewife" phenomenon that is killing these shows. The ladies are simultaneously making the show incredibly boring -- as mentioned above, nothing ever actually happens on camera anymore -- or really ugly. Like whatever the fuck Brynn was doing tonight.

I have no idea if what she said was actually true or not but the way she just took over from Brittani's attempt to grab the spotlight and put it on herself instead...I felt like at the end, she just needed to take a theatrical sip of her drink and say, "and that's how you do it."

Really? Because I think she might get a raise and a special Andy interview episode.

I feel like that happens quite a bit on this show. I still don't really understand how what's her face found him back in episode 4 or whatever. I don't understand how he escaped on the boat. Then this big crash near the end here. There are probably other examples but I haven't had coffee yet.
