I like the line in the linked article that says, "it will focus on the search for truth about the lives of Witnesses." Um, shouldn't that be "life of Witness" since we're down to one? Either way, I'm done with this show.

Aw, man! I hope Kaberi can make a great comeback tomorrow night. Jason's rocking and gesticulating is distracting, and I really noticed Jill's "commentary" tonight. I could not for the life of me come up with the actual name of Strunk & White's book. I've mostly called it just Strunk & White! But I did get threatened and precycling. I also blanked on FJ. Boo hiss.

As much as I loved the show, I'm not overly bothered that it was cancelled. So many good shows outlive their goodness (Heroes, I'm looking at you!) -- I'm glad Galavant won't be one of them. It ended on a high note.

Yay!

I got arc and squall and probably a couple of other TS, but I was driven to distraction by Lauren's starting at the bottoms of the categories, and don't remember any others. I'm glad she lost. I was kind of rooting for Cory, though. Too bad he couldn't come up with his DD. FJ took me a second, but I got it in time to have written it down.

I had blocked that memory, otto! That was ridiculously simple, and far too long.
-
Another easy FJ, but it was great that Jill Biden came out to read the clue. I got Jackie Kennedy before they showed the photo of her -- when all we saw was the dress. They could have left off the picture of Jackie. So, was that an Italian-type accent Alex attempted when he said "Fiorello LaGuardia"? He really needs to stop with the accents already.
-
I could see that, but (and I don't remember what it was) there was something in the clue that indicated Antarctica, which generally means penguins, especially in Jeopardy! world.
-
I think the Hippies survived two non-eliminations, too, didn't they? I know they survived one.
-
Son of a bitch. Burnie and Ashley just had a terrible leg, and they were the least objectionable team left. I really don't care who of three final teams wins -- I don't particularly like any of them. However, those scooter things look really cool!
-
Decent game. FJ was another instaget for me. I also got the DD of Grand Canyon.
-
FJ was an instaget for me, but then I totally second-guessed myself because I wasn't sure of the dates. I think I still would have written it down, since I really couldn't come up with anything else. I couldn't believe the guy missed penguin! What else could it have been? I did find the Vice President category nearly impossible, though.

Not a horrible game, although there were some surprising TS. I'm glad Chris won -- I liked him best. Are there really educational conferences at Disney World? TS I got were Gucci, radon, Azkaban (Hogwarts? Really?), dark matter, Stay With Me (although I'm a little sad that I knew that one) and Serengeti. I should have gotten William Pitt the Younger since he was just in a game recently. FJ was an instaget for me.

I just saw this this afternoon, and I really liked it. The CGI was amazing. Bagheera was absolutely gorgeous! So much better than the travesty of the Narnia animals years ago. But I think the best part for me (CGI-wise) was Kaa's mesmerizing eyes. I remember them from the animated version and was glad to see that they were able to not only recreate that effect, but make it so so much better. I was a little mesmerized myself. I loved loved loved Christopher Walken as King Louie, and Bill Murray as Baloo was great, too. I would certainly see this one again if I get the chance.

I can't say that I like Buzzy, but he has been less objectionable than most of his opponents.
-
Major props to Cole for jumping off the cliff.
-
I love watching them chase and carry chickens. I've worked with poultry for years, so I'd be all over that -- I know I could carry four at a time -- two in each hand. The suspension bridge would be my problem. I don't like bouncy bridges! And if I made it back and forth across the bridge, the cliff jump? Not happening.
-
As with last night, Buzzy was the least objectionable player to me -- he was the only one who consistently started at the tops of the categories. That said, he really had some boneheaded responses, most notably all the dancing around Walden. Still, I'm glad he won over the other two. For FJ, I was torn among characters, but ended up with Paddington Bear, which I suspected was incorrect.
-
Of the three tonight, Buzzy was least objectionable, so I'm glad he won again. However, I made the same mistake the woman did and came up with Windward instead of Leeward. Boo hiss. I did get a few TS though -- Bryce Dallas Howard, Sydney Pollack and Pont Neuf. I knew JPL because of the book and movie The Martian, and I was surprised Ben didn't get Nevada for the first DD. It seemed obvious to me.
-
I didn't get to see last night's game, but I remembered the TS I got from Tuesday night -- it was Revere, MA. What was yesterday's FJ?
-
I am glad Jerry lost. I'd rather have Andrew, but I'll take Buzzy over Jerry any day. I got Nebraska, the Pribilofs and one other one that I can't remember now, but it seemed obvious to me. And I got FJ -- even without Alex attempting his Dracula accent.
-
That was a really good game! I'll miss Andrew, but I'm okay with Buzzy. And yes, another fairly easy FJ.
-
Lena and Kristy in Season 6 also flirted with Phil.
-
The kites are gorgeous! I'm actually impressed by Cole this leg (and again by Sheri).

Snakes wouldn't bother me in the slightest, but the rat temple from a few seasons ago? Absolutely not.
