But if S5 debuts with low ratings, it will inevitably be attributed to Laurel's exit from the show (in some corners) and not to lack of Olicity or Olicity promotion. I'm determined to stay positive for as long as possible - so I'm going to say that I'm excited about S5 and finding out about all of the new characters, how Diggle and Thea rejoin the team, how Oliver & Felicity interact, and how Oliver becomes a Bratva captain.

The publisher of an online poll should be the one to set (legitimate) eligibility criteria for each of its voting categories. I'm always undecided as to whether or not to vote in GATV polls. On the one hand, it's a clearly biased site that I don't want to promote. On the other hand, it is (I believe) still a site that Arrow knows about, so I don't want its poll results to be incorrectly skewed.

Didn't they already do block shooting last season? It certainly looked like all of the repetitive Team Arrow fighting Ghosts scenes were shot on the same location and at the same time, and then edited into various episodes. (Yes, I'm being snarky.)

I'm still waiting for Oliver to take some action (and not just spout words) to show that he won't shut her out again.

Diggle has a funko pop - unfortunately, it's of him wearing the Arrow suit. Hope they do one of him as Spartan... There was a custom-made funko pop of Malcolm in his LoA outfit...

Maybe we're all right? Oliver being meaner could refer to getting more one-on-one fights, being willing to kill if necessary, and evolving in flashbacks toward the S1 Oliver.

I think it refers to Oliver discarding both his S1 "kill everybody" attitude and his S2-S4 "kill nobody" attitude, and embracing the necessity of sometimes killing the bad guys now. So he'll be meaner than last season, but not as indiscriminate in his killing as in S1. In contrast to the mellower Oliver of last season, he'll be more ruthless and willing to kill in S5. However, he can't revert back to his S1 self (hope not) or that would be a character regression. Remember SA's comments at HVFF in March?
