  1. So true, I don't think she has ever looked bad in anything.
  2. No, she was the one who was really excited about being the first one there at the stadium or something, but she was also blonde. Broadway Courtney doesn't really need to try out again, she won't make it to TC anyway. I liked Shannon, I'm not sure she would be someone K+J would feel comfortable sending out on appearances though. I love her attitude and how real she seems if that makes sense, but somehow I feel like she might not be DCC material. Agree about Amy, I'd like to see her back and better than before.
  3. I hope they don't. They we're annoying last season. I don't find them that pretty either, but that's just my taste. And how they seem to think the whole twin thing is something everyone should want to have on the squad is really annoying... I wonder if Emily will try out again or if she'll stay with the Mavs. I feel like she is a little too concerned with how good she looks, but other than that I think she could be a good DCC. I'm excited about Courtney Johnson trying out again, she made it to semis or finals last year and I really like her, we didn't really see her dancing, but she seems like a really sweet hard working girl and could be one of my favorites if she made in to TC. My guess is that we will see a lot of people reaudition this year, especially with so many vets gone.
  4. I don't really like her look right now that much, she does look great, but I just don't like that overtoned bodybuilder look in generell, so I hope she doesn't overdo it, but she still looks healthy. She posted somewhere last year that a morning workout should be a requirement for any job, so then everybody would be healthy, I did have to barf a little at that comment. But she just seems to really be in a workout mode right now, Kelli and Judy must be pleased.
  5. I don't expect them to anymore than the years before, they've always cut vets for weight at auditions and they've always taken some with weight gain into TC. They would be missing out on a lot of drama for the show if they didn't have the weight discussion in TC.
  6. Obviously! When I saw that guy I immediatly felt like he was connected to A!
  7. According to Marlene (so we know we can't trust this) we have seen Charles before. If I believed anything she said, I would have to say Charles is either not a twin of anyone or a twin of someone we haven't seen yet. Either way, now that the season is over, I have to say: I really don't care anymore. After how pretty much every shady interesting character just magically disappeared from Rosewood at some point, if one of them turns out to be in charge of the A team, fine, if it turns out to be someone we don't know yet that's just unimaginative. I don't mind red herrings, thinking someone is A who turns out to be the average Rosewood creep, I actually enjoy that to a certain degree. But I think I'm way past that point. I get that cliffhangers are great for keeping viewers interested, but enough is enough. After 5 seasons I'd like to be closer to an answer than I am now. Whoever big A is, I'm sure it won't be satisfying enough anyway, there will still be plenty of unanswered questions left.
  8. If college is skipped and the girls end up coming back to Rosewood, are we gonna start all over with a new A targeting them once they all get back together? What other story could they tell? I can't picture any of them graduating from college (what college would even take them?) and having real jobs. How could they keep a job chasing A? And I really really really hope and pray that a 4 year time jump doesn't end with Aria married to Ezra. This would be the perfect time to erase him from the show.
  9. In a weird way I like Aria's dress. I would not wear it, but it's kind of cool... I agree with everyone about Hanna's dress. Spencer's looked like something Aria might wear. Mona looked like a Barbie doll, I can't picture Alison wearing that dress. Emily is all about the boobs, but she is pretty.
  10. After all the 'we're totally not going in the same direction as the books' talk I'm going to be so pissed if they do go with the twin theory. Making Jason a twin instead of his sister is not a big difference. It's not really clever or anything. It's like they've run out of regular characters who can be suspected, so they decide to bring in someone new, someone they can explain as having always been there. BTW, I love how so many people here, on twitter and everywhere are really dissapointed. After all the excitement of the 'big A reveal' it really was a let down. Ian is dead, Melissa found his body and they all went to his funeral. He can't still be alive or am I missing something? Andrew listening in on the phone call reminded me of when Emily saw Jenna, Shana and Melisaa together before the fire at the lodge. Something probably totally unelated that might never be adressed again. Logically speaking (and I know you can't really do that with this show...) how could Andrew have been there, listening to the call, and watch the dollhouse at the same time? That would logically mean he can't really be A. Charles could be related to Bethany. Maybe he started out with trying to find out who killed her. I still want to know why Jessica had such interest in Bethany. If Charles was Bethanys brother or something he might have known about that and that she was in Rosewood the night she died. He might have known or suspected Bethany was the one burried there. Considering how everyone just ignored the Bethany story this season and we never actually saw a picture of her, she could be a twin. Everyone else in Rosewood seemed to believe at some point that the liars had something to do with Ali/Bethanys death, so why wouldn't Charles come to the same conclusion? If Andrew is Charles, it would at least not be so weird if he was Bethanys twin, who we've never seen. I don't really get why Mona was supposed to Play Alison, but that might have been some stupid mind game. I'm really happy Mona is alive, I do hate how they (and Janel) were all like 'yes, she's really dead', but I guess I should be used to that by now. Now I'd just like to know how A did it. Mona seemed to know who came into her room to 'kill' her, but she doesn't know who A is? It just seems like they're making everything up as they go along, never mind what we told people so far. Campbell Farm is probably going to be another red herring. The boys working together for the girls is so cute. I love them for it. Tanner is finally acting like an adult, good for her. And why did Charles have that little room filled with memories in the dollhouse and not in his lair if he is A? Did he want them to find it and why? And why didn't Spencer rip off the mask? That was the second time they just stared at him, so frustrating. At least Ali will get out of jail. I really do admire Sasha for her acting, I think she's great. It'll be interesting to see Ali and Mona working together.
  11. Are you really still expecting logic from this show?
  12. So the reveal was disappointing - as expected. But it was nice to get some of A/Charles' background. At least it was something... i do feel like: stop pushing the idea of twins on us. I'm going to have to let the episode sink in for a bit...
  13. I think she enjoys toying with us. I can't believe she gets misquoted that often. True, a lot of people may read things into her answers that they want to hear, but she is big on promising things and then taking them back.
  14. I used to stay up until 2 in the morning to watch the show live, even if I had to go to work the next morning, just because I HAD to know what happened. Now I just watch it on wednesdays. I watched the first two seasons probably like 6 times, but from season 3 onwards it became like a different story. Still a pretty great one, but it feels like every episode someone gets killed, something gets blown up or something else really unrealistic happens... If they spent less money on all those special effects they could have more regular characters on the show. I still wouldn't miss an episode, but it's not like I get all fidgety anymore if I have to wait a while to watch it. I have no idea how an archery tournament works, I just imagined Ali somehow convinced her bunk mate into cheating, but I don't really care how she did it. That one's pretty low on my list of things I'd like to know.
  15. That' so true. I think it was just something to end Ravenswood. A farewell of some sort. The whole thing was weird and while I thought Ravenswood was an okay show, I really didn't want the whole supernatural thing on this show. So I really hope they don't go back to it. And I don't think they will, they have enough material to work with.
  16. Even if they officially confirmed Paige and Emily were over for good, we all know that wouldn't really mean anything. Personally I hate the word Ezria even more than the others, it's so unnatural to pronounce. Spoby is almost as bad, the only one half way decent is Haleb, at least that sounds like a real name, a freaky one, but there are plenty of those... I don't mind the change in Hanna and Calebs relationship. Given everything that has been going on with them I wouldn't expect them to act any other way. I don't think the writers are delibratey drawing a parallel between those two and Jason and Alison. Jason and Ali have their own dynamics, their relationship has always been difficult. I also don't think the writers are that clever or expect the audience to be clever enough to pick up on those sort of things.
  17. Rachel was at swimsuit fittings, but she's not in any of the group pictures from today. Maybe some of them are leaving later or something...
  18. I'd love that! Just enough insight into the world of A to keep us interested and reward us for our patience, but still keeping us guessing.
  19. We're obviously not going to agree on that, which is fine. I was bullied by a girl in school when I was young - not as badly as Alison did though and it didn't go on for very long - and her friends weng along with it like Hanna and the others did. It doesn't feel any better to have people giggling about a mean comment someone made about you. The big difference between Alison and the girls is that they actually later on made an effort to get to know Mona better, they apologised and you could tell they meant it. They're not like Alison, that much is obvious, but Alison brought out the worst in them. There have been quite a few comments by people on the show about how they behaved when Alison was there and they have felt ashamed of it at times. And a 16 year old, even if she is super smart, is still a teenager and everything seems to be 10 times worse when you'e a teenager.
  20. Sure, Alison was the one doing the real bullying. The others just went along with it, laughed about it, it's not much better than what Alison did. I don't think the people who stand by and admire the bully are any better than the bully. I would hate Alisons possy if I had been the one they had laughed at. Are the other girls really innocent when it comes to the Jenna thing, just because they weren't the ones to actually blind Jenna? Going along with things that are wrong makes you responsible as well. It's a story. If it was a typical high school no one would watch it. Of course everyone looks at Ali like she's a celebrity. And in a way she is, everyone knows her, even if only because they are afraid of her. Nothing on this show is realistic, that's just something you have to accept - with pretty much every show on tv. Who knows, maybe Mona's goal wasn't to become the new Alison, maybe that was just part of her plan. But even if it wasn't, why shouldn't she want to be the new queen bee? From loser Mona to queen bee, that's a new life for her. Maybe she had fun playing that mean girl role.
  21. If I didn't know the show I'd be like wow looks like a great horror movie!
  22. That part is true, I never understood the 'they stole Hanna from me' thing. But Mona was bullied by Alison and also by the others. I can understand why she wanted to get revenge. She became a completely new person once Alison was gone and the group fell apart. But you can't just forget being bullied like that. She could never be her true self with Ali and her Minijobs around. I don't get why she befriended Hanna in the first place after Alison disappeared and then began torturing her anyway. But that's probably necessary for the story to work.
  23. I love this show, even when I really hate it for the inconcistencies, so I really have to watch it till the end and then be really sad it's over. I just don't like knowing more than the characters on screen. I didn't like knowing toby was working for A. I like the guessing, searching for clues (even if they're almost always nothing in the end). If I know who Big A is, it'll just be a show about when the girls will finally figure it out and how they stop A. The 'mystery' would be gone. Plus it would probably lead to more screentime for stupid boring love stories. I do want a reveal! But I don't want to see A at work and the girls doing their thing at the same time.
  24. A third option could be that A was always jealous of Ali and her group, their seemingly perfect lives, their 'fame', while A himself/herself never had that, was always unpopular, an outsider. Or A could just be a bored psychopath, who discovered Mona's game and carried on with it. (Not what I personally believe, but it's a possibility.) At this point I have absolutely no clue what any of them could have done that was so bad, A would want to torture them for years. Mona, yes, I got her reasons, but someone else willing to put in so much time torturing them? That's a full time job. You would really have to hate them or be really sick to do that without a really good reason.
  25. That's how I see it for myself as well. I stopped being frurstrated with the timeline a while ago and just pretty much make up my own and ignore the really obvious holes. Probably the easiest thing to do...
