  1. What custody agreement? When did Tara give up her parental rights? (Details, JG, we can't have everything happen off screen.) I appreciate the role of stepmom that Summer has and I think she should still be in the kid's life, but she is not his mom! And she shouldn't be using her relationship with Hairyson to interfere in the Audra/Kyle relationship. Or to get sympathy from anyone who will listen about the loss of her 'son'.
  2. And she didn't bring up the other accident that happened? Ya know, the one that killed her older sister. Because Lucy's daddy partied and was drinking? Hmmm. How do these companies survive with the stupidity of their executives? Do the underlings have a second set of books and another office complex that does the real work?
  3. and they are planning to stay in GC? That sucks, because this is going to be a whole summer of them sad sacking it about not being able to get jobs. And then teaming up with someone (Mamie? Phylth?) to take down CW. blerg. My first thought when she said she couldn't get a job was try working as a traffic cone. Of course, she may have just come from doing her 'community service' as a traffic cone. But the writer seems to be waving a Shick reunion, too. I don't think I can do another two cougars fighting over an over-the-hill lothario story. Spare me the sex scenes, please. And this leaves me retching as well.
  4. I expect either Nick or Viktor to give her a pat on the head and then push her out of the room to go tend to the poors. And Viktor is a real help when he justifies his ousting her at NM by fretting "what if she falls off the wagon?" Way to be supportive, you old coot. Maybe if you were a better person she wouldn't need to drink. Then he waddles over to Vicboria to shame his grandkids into accepting the psycho that got their home burned down. What a family!
  5. I just finished reading the book and there is a scene when Rovinni meets with Tom and doesn't recognize him as the 'Dickie Greenleaf' that he interviewed after Freddie's murder. It comes nearer the end when Herbert Greenleaf comes to Rome to find his son. Tom pulls off the masquerade by putting on glasses, tearing a button off his coat to look shabby and generally acting shy and unsophisticated with the police. He also dims the lights and has lost the weight he put on (to be more like Dickie),
  6. A valid point, Katie. Since Claire is an adult (dress code, notwithstanding) she could move out and live all by her self at the Raunch. Didn't she have a swell room up there with a walk-in closet and bath? I give the living arrangement three days before Katie runs away.
  7. Well, Surfs, (may I call you Surfs?), from what I have learned from close observation of the existing CEOs, the function of any CEO is to: swan/lounge around the various (all three) watering holes/eateries of GC* and tell everyone you meet you are a CEO, spend time (in any location) discussing the threat of your company being taken over and guessing who might be doing that, plan to take over someone else's company by whatever nefarious means you can talk someone else into doing, keep a suite at the GCAC for 'business' meetings, and if you are a female CEO, show a lot of cleavage and/or shoulder. *and only Genoa City, the known industrial/financial/business capital of the entire world (fuck Paris).
  8. ^^this Also, not that I expected any reality in this scene, but why was the doctor standing there listening to Audra spew when his patient is writhing on the bed? Does emergency treatment not mean the same thing in Paris? And I've always wondered what "House Doctor" meant. Do all hotels have one? Do they live on the premises, just waiting for someone to fall ill? On the Love Boat I can understand, since he couldn't leave, but in a hotel? Probably just minutes away from an emergency room? Or don't they have emergency rooms in Paris? They have ambulances because we heard one when Martin splatted. Oh, joy. I get to play my favorite game of Spot the Room Changes. I usually focus on lamps, door placques and potted plants. I also hate that every room, apartment and bar has the 'French' furniture and long drapes so we don't forget where we are. I'm pretty sure there's an hotel with Scandinavian accourtements in Paree somewhere.
  9. With Adam being ensconced at Newman Media (because he's a ruthless as Viktor...[?]) it sounds more as if Viktor wants to take everything away from Tucker, who may or may not still have his interests/company in media. And, no, I have no idea what Viktor has against Tucker, but none of this makes sense anyway.
  10. As well he should. Ashley told him that she talked to him after the fight and he told her he couldn't have since he was out of the country before they ever got to Paris. A light bulb should have gone on in his brainpan that she may have been telling the truth (as she saw it) and put together the Martin connection, especially since the Real Ashley was so insistent that she saw him.
  11. Same for Victoria who has been sporting a sweater all week and Viktor who has a zip-up sweater on. (I thought he had donned priest-wear because of the way the zipper pull hung in front.)
  12. killed me dead, there, Artsda.lol🤣 Can't wait for the judge to tell her she has no custody boundries.
  13. When he said just the two of them I was half expecting her to say "I don't think I can get a sitter on such short notice." Don't forget the bar set with the family size bottle of Wodka and his sippin' Tequila. Plus, saying how much you love your baby and how she is strong and will fight this thing is not a cure nor does it make up for ignoring her, although I would have loved to see Viktor attend a 'meeting' with her. I'm still in a quandry about why Cole and Michael are so concerned about staying in Grampire's good graces. I mean, that's the only leverage the old goat has? He hasn't threatened them with loss of body parts or bankruptcy? WTF? And Cole and Michael are actually discussing it! Instead of having a good laugh, tossing back a coupla scotches and going on with their own life, sans Viktor's vitriol.
  14. It puzzles me what Viktor is threatening them with. I already pointed out that if he reveals their part in the Jordan Debacle, then he's outed, too. Usually a king/master of the world/mafia don does something nasty to the family of whomever he's coercing, but in this case that would be his family. So what is he holding over them? And...in a time (it's the 21st century, ya know) when everyone has a cell phone with a camera, why, oh, why didn't Cole or Michael or both take pictures of the dungeon, Jordan and/or record her and the wall building? At least Michael should know enough about leverage to do that.
  15. I couldn't figure how Viktor was trying to blackmail/coerce them.* They could lead the police to the newly erected wall and spill the tea. They might get charged as accessories, but Viktor will be outed. How are these two that dumb and Viktor that assured that he rules everything? *(I know, Michael is worried about being disbarred and Cole will lose Viboria's trust and Claire will realize the apple don't fall far from the tree.) Also, what is Viktor's damage? He really has to get Jaggabbot? For what? Helping his wife whilst he was taunting Jordan with Wodka and brussel sprouts? Are we being set up for a PSA on dementia? Spare us, please.
  16. To be fair, she didn't know it was the Evil Twin. She had complete confidence that Alan knew what to do so I can see her sitting there waiting on them to return. This is the part of the character* that I dislike, that she sees everyone as a good person (or at least their good side, as in Tuck) and defends/agrees with them without actually finding out whether it's true. Also, her encouragement can be detrimental, as in telling Ash to work it out at home instead of a clinic. Repeatedly telling Ash that she is strong does not make it so. *(I do love the actress.) I would think Tucker had a complete dossier made up on Alan from the first time Assley mentioned him. Guess it didn't include the Evil Twin. Can't stand her acting or the character, either. What did she do to win the award? Because skirting her Community Service, staying out of jail for murder, fucking her kids over, and sliming all over a grandpa rock star is not my idea of Emmy winning akting.
  17. Thanks, hon, but I think it should go to everyone here and Stevie Wonder. Questions: So, is there a twin or not? Was the 'noise' in the other room just a ruse of psycho Alan or was Martin really there and clocked Alan and took over the session? How freaking big is Alan's apartment that Tracy didn't come bustling in at the sound of raised voices? How freaking long does it take to make coffee? (And wouldn't she have noticed Alan knocked out/tied up while she was back there?) I expected her back, waving her pom-poms, to oversee the hypnosis. Will Tucker manage to find the fair maiden in time to save her or don't they have Google maps in France? Inquiring minds really don't give a rat's potato chip. The Kardashians can read?! Is it too much to hope she's leaving the show?
  18. I think it was just a moment of opportunity because the time to ask her to sell the shares was when they were telling her what a pain in the ass she is. Now he was just calling her out on all her 'I do it for the Family' bullhockey. Could Jill be testing him? To see if he's worthy of her trust? Alteralan saw Tuck coming first. Alteralan acts as if he doesn't know Tucker and takes that opportunity to further the BadTwin story. (Lot of opportunities today). Before they went out to the bars he went home to freshen up, I think. Why he chose then to don the leather jacket of villany and wander around until he met up with Tuck, I don't know.
  19. Amen. I'm older than Alan and I wouldn't leave home without it. Something is fishy with Alan. The whole "I'm not practicing, I'm lecturing/retired" story seemed a little off and Assley refers to him as a friend more than a therapist. Does she (and we) actually know if he's a therapist or is that just what he told her? I'm in agreement with Surfgirl that there is no other brother and Alan is a raging ADP bent on destroying Assley.
  20. Holey HIPAA, Batman. You let someone you know is mentally unstable read the notes on private sessions? Assley, get a new friend/therapist asap. And Traci, stop gasping that you won't put her in an institution. It's what she needs and is probably a lot safer than what's happening now.
  21. Or The Tell-Tale Heart. Given Viktor has Colleen's heart, this could be interesting. Question: Was Cole doing all the heavy lifting on the wall while Grampire was out and about spreading gloom and doom?
  22. Wow! We haven't had an evil twin story since Gloria and whatshisname.
  23. Well, if they narrow it down to only one person living there, I'm ok with that. Saves having to change out the nighttable lamps and the door plaques all the time. Speaking of interior decoration: if by some remote chance the police get a search warrant for the Raunch and stumble upon the hidden panel, wouldn't they be just a wee bit suspicious of the fresh cement? And don't get me started on how Viktor and Cole are going to build a wall without getting cement all over the floor. First of all, their main water source is behind the bars and last time I checked, you need water to mix up that mud. And are they just going to leave the mixing tray and empty bags down there? Bad planning Viktor.
