  1. Omg it was clearly an offshoot of an offshoot of a Grey’s Anatomy spinoff, not a spinoff of an offshoot of an offshoot of Grey’s Anatomy. I’ll bet you support the People’s Front of Judea. (splitters!)
  2. Same! One with a really really bad cold.
  3. Has anyone sussed out the premise? He’s a cop, working with a girl?
  4. So on the penthouse floor, the elevator doors are open, with just yellow tape to keep you from plummeting down the shaft?
  5. Can we do a version of this sequence every week? 😍
  6. I’m thinking Paul Rudd 😆
  7. - 235 years from now, will they even know the term “gas station”? - If only the Enterprise had security personnel who could go after a rogue officer before they blow a hole in the ship. And Uhura hesitates because… her phaser doesn’t have a Stun setting? - Sickbay has more than one nurse! - Pike destroys the refinery based on the word of a hallucinogenic communications officer. At the least, Kirk could have presented him the brain scans on the iPad supporting that…but gee, that would have slowed the plot down wouldn’t it? Season 2 has been simply great, but this episode was not.
  8. Anyone else think the Awareness Ritual was just the Airing of Grievances? 😊
  9. I kept thinking that the first victim having steak in his stomach (even though the tuna dish for dinner was mentioned several times) would be some kind of clue, but no. So why was it even in the script?
  10. Wow: (click this only if you’ve seen all of episode 4) https://spartacus-educational.com/JFKhuntD.htm
  11. So have we definitely deviated from BBT canon? (again?) Wasn’t it his own house that was demolished by the tornado, not Meemaw’s? There’s always the chicken coop 🤢
  12. Ruh-roh. Well, she certainly seems to have the temperament… but she just got into town. It has to be someone who knows about the laundromat casino..
  13. I’m really enjoying this show! Surprised it’s not getting more attention here. As near as I can determine, they really were that buffoonish. https://www.historyvshollywood.com/reelfaces/white-house-plumbers/#:~:text=While White House Plumbers may,not uncommon for political dramas.
  14. Who leaves the cashbox in a locked filing cabinet overnight? Petty cash maybe, but not a day’s or week’s worth of revenue.
  15. Same! It’s not like the congregation finds Sheldon as annoying as the faculty do. Plus, why would they reward an avowed atheist with donations? Plus, I can’t see any parent allowing their 13-year-old to go to Europe unchaperoned. He’s hyper intelligent, but he’s not exactly mature. And he’s definitely under-savvy.
  16. One thing I’ve been wondering about: where was Hal ambassador, and why did that end? Was it because Kate had been named ambassador to Afghanistan?
  17. So the ambassador’s plane is equipped with a time-travel device? Because if you leave DC for London at 9 or 10 in the morning (when it’s 2 or 3 in the afternoon London time), and it takes 7 hours to fly, there’s no way it’s afternoon when you get to London.
  18. I had to look it up: Anyway, the local cuisine was a little more sausage-based than I’m used to, and the result was an internal blitzkrieg with my lower intestine playing the part of Czechoslovakia.
  19. Interesting! I just re-watched the scene, and her face is artfully hidden by her hair the whole time. Then they cut to a closer shot not showing her rear, and it’s Keri. So I too am voting for body double. A bit surprising, because she had at least two bare butt scenes in The Americans. Then again, she is an executive producer on this show.
  20. Is it BBT canon that Sheldon went to Heidelberg?
  21. We’re very lucky there was no car tire-jack involved. That story about Hal stealing a plane in Kabul seemed a bit contrived. Why would he steal a 230-passenger plane, instead of something smaller?
  22. We’re supposed to believe that her bathroom phone call lasted 35 minutes? Getting a little tired of female Sheldon Cooper with the bowtie. Way too obvious comic relief.
  23. Hospital: Here’s your final bill. Meemaw: And here’s my suitcase full of cash.
  24. I kept waiting for a line about that when Sheldon was first staring at the screen! Disappointing.
  25. So many shows do this, but it bugs me when someone flies to England/Europe during the day, and then it’s morning when they get there. The show compounds that error by having them talk to someone in Washington where it’s like 5 AM but it’s bright daylight out. At least they showed that it was nighttime in Washington when the ship was bombed in daylight, but it’s a bit of a stretch to think that this couple would still be awake at midnight or 1 AM.
