Just a heads up Canadian friends - looks like there will be two episodes on Wednesday (first starting 1 hour ahead of the normal time). I think this is to make up for the two repeat episodes last week which aired assuming there would be March Madness basketball. We will then be back to one day ahead from the US. Warning: wine consumption mid afternoon is generally not recommended, but necessary to get through the episodes . . . and given everything that is going on who cares? Stay safe and healthy everyone.

I had an interesting experience with Canada Post today. Was due to receive a parcel which required signature (prescription meds for my kidney cat). They just put the parcel through my mail slot. Tracking info - Parcel Delivered. Recipient refused to sign. LOL - they didn't even try. But happy to have the cat meds. Also I am thinking they have delivered them enough times they know sig is maybe not necessary? To be honest I was dreading opening the door and touching the filthy pen to sign 😉

Coming out of lurkdom to say . . . . I am so sorry and big hugs to both @Cupid Stunt and @pearlite There is never a good time to lose a loved one, but I think you are both strong women and will find a way to "soldier on" and remember the memories of them this Christmas. @Cupid Stunt - I missed your daily updates and could tell you were going through hard times when they stopped, since even when you were on vacation you posted links. May the blessing and peace of the season be with you and your family and give you comfort. @pearlite - My Roncey neighbour. I stopped delivery of the fat raccoon when you posted about your sister. You went silent also. So, while I was hoping for the best, I feared the worst. I totally understand. But please know I kept thinking about you and smiled during a snowstorm a couple of weeks ago when I saw a guy at a convenience store buying a bag of salt as he put his Wine Rack purchase on the counter.

Technically, it was an opossum https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/what-is-the-difference-between-a-possum-and-an-opossum.html but thank you - I had one in my backyard this summer and couldn't figure out what it was (thought maybe deformed rat). Seems it is making the rounds of the neighbourhood. Could I also send you the very fat (probably pregnant) racoon? I am tired of it peeing and pooping on my car in the garage 😼

I think due to the pre-emptions last week the shows are not as scheduled. I read on another site that apparently there will be new shows on Thurs and Fri this week instead of Thanksgiving repeats - DG was too busy tipping cows back in Aussie to notice this.

Thankfully, Adam has a new couch in the tacky house.

I thought it was nicely done with the silence and lip reading at the end. That being said, I couldn't figure out why Neil would leave his clothes and take a nap at Devon's when the penthouse he owns is right across the hall! BUT, shame on you GLOBALTV for the insensitivity of running an ad for their show Mary Kills People (which centres on a doctor assisting people with suicide) right after Devon leaves the apartment having found Neil.

Same thing happened here. Although PTV posters have basically filled in what we missed, I was able to find the episode On Demand (Rogers). W network does not post full episodes on their website. Like you, I missed the opening song . . . if you can, catch it on demand.

I have been waiting for CNN to re-air this episode. Glad they finally did. It is such as fun episode. Totally ignored how they were joking about killing each other, and just went with the humour. Ironic what happened a few months later.

The Casey/strip club fall out was confusing and rushed. But that is fine. I don't like Severide's "replacement", either. He ouzzes the swarm. It probably does not help that he has had recent roles in both ABC's Scandal and Mistresses. i do not understand Gabby requesting a new jacket, when clearly her fire fighting duties are over for the next year, at least.

Came here to post the same thought. It's the only way to explain how he goes so fast from Hilary to other GC scenes. As I recall, he bought a house on a lake because that is where Hilary said her dream house would be.

The Monday pre-emption is for golf. But I agree, I don't remember that ever happening before. Double episodes, and a golf tournament ending on a Monday (unless there was severe weather that delayed the tournament) I hope the interesting stuff with Ian and Neil story lines continues during the double episodes. I also hope Herb loses the sapling. Will be nice to be two days ahead. I am a little confused - where does Neil have Hillary stashed? Did he bring her back to GC?

The only thing I find mesmerizing right now is watching Sage's belly go from flat during the baby shower to a slight bump. A bigger bump for the wedding, to one that grew larger during the course of the wedding party at The Dive the next day. Maybe Sharon needs whatever Sage is on to continue a fake pregnancy?

Colour me surprised - not one comment on Summer's now red like Phyllis hair?
