I misunderstood your initial post - I though you were somehow implying that 50-100 people total were buying Felicity and Diggle merch.

What are you talking about? You're joking about there being a small market for Felicity and Diggle merch, when 3 of Felicity's items are bestsellers on the WB Store. I wrote right below that that I thought it was ridiculous to imply that any one move would "kill" the show. Just addressing your comment, nothing more.

I think it might be a misunderstanding - he wasn't in 4x10, and in 4x09, we only got to see him at the Queen Campaign holiday party. Before that I think the last time we saw him was when he helped rescue Ray, but I don't recall any of his tech coming up then.

He's definitely working on something - he went through some of his inventions with Felicity - there was the T sphere, an HD contact lens, some other stuff. That was in ep 3, I think. I don't think there's been more than an offhand reference since then.

Forever is Composed of Nows updates, I crumple up and cry on the floor. Moira, knowing she's offed. Oliver knowing she's offed. Quiet heartbreak for them, not-so-quiet heartbreak for me. And yet another reminder of why I don't write time travel fics, because the rules are confusing, but I'm glad I know for sure Oliver and Felicity aren't going to overthink and decide their way out of Ellie's existence.

Yeah. I mean, my mind went to tech miracle cure as soon as this spoiler came out. It *could* still go that way, but I'm way, way less sure than I was at one point. Hopefully the PT company saving tech is something to make paralyzed people's lives better/easier or something along those lines, if the storyline goes toward a natural kind of healing.

And my whole point is that I think she'd stay. So...not sure what to tell you.

But why would her figuring her life out and taking care of herself involve walking away from something that she loves? The believable reason for her to stay part of the team is that - it's what she wants to do, and wanted to do so badly when she was away that she snuck away to help them out. To me, taking care of yourself when your personal life gets rocky means doing things that make you happy. Being on Team Arrow makes her happy. Why on earth would she quit, even if Oliver's still around?

I'm not saying she should stay strong for the team, but she's the one who told Oliver SHE wanted to come back because SHE missed that part of her life - he wanted to stay in Ivy Town. No matter how badly he hurts her, I don't think she's going to abandon doing something that is rewarding to HER because of it.

I think Felicity is strong enough and committed enough to the mission to do whatever she did before the breakup, after the breakup.

Yeah, I'm betting that's a hallucination, too. Especially since WM said that this arc would lead to Felicity questioning some of her decisions.

I actually care about Oliver, and I avoid the flashbacks at all costs. It might not be such a good idea for KC to actually admit that though, haha. But I really don't blame her.

Oh, I'm sure it was. I just think it's funny that MG said they parsed words so that it wasn't ~technically a lie, but then SA says that it was important to the writers that Oliver lie to Felicity for our favorite reason: plot!
