I don't think there's any meaning to be drawn from the lyrics. We know the Genesis plan involves wiping out the city - that's why DD built the Corn Palace and did whatever they did with the corn and/or mold from the bay to make the air down there breathable. I guess the plan to enact that involves a flood - and they chose the song for the title and nothing else.

The title for 4x22 is interesting. Maybe DD/HIVE have more plans for the bay? Maybe there's an ark (LOL)? WHATEVER WILL BECOME OF THE CORN PALACE?! ETA: Per MG's tweet, it's "Lost In the Flood." I can't post the script page at the moment.

I think it'll be interesting to see whatever excuse they use for Sara not going back in time to prevent Laurel's death. I'm guessing we'll have Oliver tell her about the time traveling from the crossover, with a reiteration of, "when you mess with time, time messes back," which will be an interesting argument to make to Sara since that's pretty much what she and her cohorts are doing over on LoT.

Ah, I thought it was a worry that her taking up the BC mantle would lead to more time for her on Arrow, which would lead to the Lance-family focus/drama once again. I agree with you that it doesn't make any sense for her to never show up again. I also don't think that the worry that she will show up more is completely unfounded.

Did I miss someone posting about how Sara should never appear on the show again? The discussion seems to be more about the possibility of her hanging around more if she takes up the BC name in Laurel's honor again (not as frequently as her spot in S2).

Right, but we're talking about being tired of Lance family drama. If that's something that you don't care to see more of, it doesn't matter who the players are as long as they're Lances. And if Sara comes back, even without Laurel, there *will* be more Lance family drama.

Nah, if there's more than one Lance family member on the show, there will be Lance family drama. Quentin and Sara would butt heads about something at some point.

Thank you for posting that - I'm not donating, so I'm not really following any of the updates. Although the fact that they were planning on different versions of the script depending on how much money they made doesn't really make me feel better about it, haha.

I don't mind crowdfunding projects necessarily. I just wish there was a little more transparency with this one. They're asking for money without a finished script, and are budgeting in percentages, not dollar amounts. The write-up on the indiegogo page indicates that Stephen and Robbie are investing their own money, but they don't say how much. $200k is a pretty low goal considering that the film seems to need a lot of FX work, and now that the goal is met, they're still wanting people to donate. Is this extra money going toward the overall budget of the film for a better project, or is it just lessening the amount of money that Stephen and Robbie were going to pitch in? WE MAY NEVER KNOW

I don't think he has 3 - there was an article that one of them was put on the market. Seems like he has the new one that he bought in LA, and the one in Palm Springs. I don't get the point of having two that close together, either. I'm guessing the Palm Springs house is a weekend place, and that his wife and daughter stay in the LA place while he's in Vancouver.

I don't read the comics, so like many of you guys, I don't care. I get them not wanting to bring Felicity into it at all, because for people who might buy the comics because of that, I think it sets up unrealistic expectations in terms of their personal relationship. O/F aren't ever going to be together in the comics, and I'm guessing they want to allay the fears of comics fans who like the GA/BC dynamic - especially since they'll be meeting in this run. So, I agree. I hope they won't demand it or be upset about it.

I think the worry was about him doing acrobatic type stuff in front of her, and her wanting to copy that, not her just jumping in the pool, which he's filmed and posted several times, like you pointed out. But hey, no judgement here - as long as he doesn't start doing dumb stuff like holding her while he jumps off the roof, haha.

I'm going to go with no. He's posted about her taking swimming lessons and stuff, so it seems like they've made the effort to teach her water safety. And given that someone was filming that, I'm guessing he was planning on her jumping in, too. At least I hope he was. Hopefully they're careful about the mimicking, if that's what it was.

I think the only way it might possibly be brought up again is once Oliver has done his grand gesture of sharing something with Felicity that he might've kept from her, Donna will use that to help convince her to give him another chance. And that would definitely make me feel better about the whole thing, since then it'd have a purpose.
