Apparently, The Merger is finally set for the end of January. As of today, the Fox network, Fox News, Fox Sports, and the network-owned stations exist under a new corporate entity just called Fox. Curious now to see if New Mutants ever sees the light of day. At least they can start on a Fantastic Four movie that will actually be, y'know, good. Ironically, Disney will now own the rights to the Adam West Batman.

Ooof. I was not quite ready for the card at the end of the finale, dedicating the season to Stan Lee. I mean, I knew those were coming, but I thought I'd have time to work through it before either Captain Marvel or Infinity War.

I still haven't quite finished the season, but I have been consistently impressed by some of the music choices they've made. I was not surprised to see they share a music supervisor with How to Get Away with Murder, another show who always gives me cool ambient and electronic music I've never heard before and nearly always like.

I'm treading lightly on this thread because I've only seen half the season, but of the half I have seen, Janet has just kicked all kinds of ass. I think she may have pushed out Dale and Stacey from the top spot in my heart.

Also, the contestants were kind of annoying. Like, there's usually one in all the episodes that is, but I don't think I liked a single of those guys.

I mean, this is a good number, but I was kind of expecting it to be closer to Wonder Woman. I know it's done boffo overseas, but unless the word of mouth is so good that it pulls off the same trick WW did, I'm assuming Mary Poppins will have a stronger run.

Was this filmed before the allegations against Kip Pardue came out? I was kind of surprised they didn't fire him.

I’m just glad they accepted she was going to steal and leaned into it. The one I have to take points off for is the crafting episode. That was incredibly boring.

I liked both TFA and TLJ, but Rogue One and Star Wars Rebels are the most interesting thing they've done with the franchise in a long, long time.
