I’m sorry I do mean japril fans. I know a lot of fans like this season and that’s great. If you liked japril a lot, what’s happened, is insulting. And it’s not all Krista, but it’s ending with her.

I couldn’t imagine a more insulting thing to do to a fanbase But you never know with Krista

It does make me wonder...and I’m very biased so I’m not going to speak for others but am genuinely asking...is there anything that anyone is super excited about anymore on this show?

My theory is to announce she’s pregnant right after Amelia announces she’s pregnant and next season can be a Owen/Amelia/Teddy modern family.

I mean...pretty much this! I def believe it was a creative decision, it’s just a creative decision some people don’t like. I’ve been feeling for a while that this season was setting up for what Kristas vision of what grey’s is. And next season will be that in full force.

THIS! Catherine is not a hero to these women. I come back around to they should not have done this storyline if they weren’t going to focus on the women, and the whole thing feels way to wrapped up in a nice bow.

No ones blaming her, but whether she had no choice or not, what she did was hide his secrets while she compensated the women he hurt. Im saying I get it, but we’re going to now celebrate said women by naming the foundation after her...i am having a big problem with it.

I’m having a really hard time Stomaching the foundation being renamed for Catherine. I can sympathize with the position she was in in that time period. I can even sympathize with her keeping this quiet to protect Jackson. What I cant get over is celebrating her for this. She didn’t save the women he victimized, She didn’t advocate for them, She’s not even worried about those women now. Those women are watching a someone who helped continue to victimize them be celebrated. The show should never have touched on this. If they weren’t going to focus on the women they shouldn’t have done it at all.

Ellen was never going to please everybody but the way she chose to address this was a disaster to the point she had to go on The Ellen Show and publically address this, and even THEN the focus is how it’s not about her money. I personally don’t think it is about money, I do believe Krista when they say that, but everyone has to agree the optics don’t look good. and with Martin Henderson, he had a three year contract and is on record saying this was always short term. The difference with Sarah drew and Jessica capshaw is they didn’t want to leave. Yes it is a business but people can still be upset. Yes it’s a business and that’s what shodnaland is now, so people like Jason George can no longer appllaud shondaland for rewarding loyalty and being a good person.

But this article doesn’t talk about Ellen’s raise or even blame her. This article is not about Ellen. Like this flabbergasting to me, lol.

It’s amazing what’s being exasperated from that article...money is just a tiny blurb of it and it’s more off hand. There’s paragraphs about how some people feel what’s being lost with their departures but people still feel this intense need to defend Ellen...hmm

Yeppppp. I have such a huge problem with jaggie besides my usual gripes with them. They don’t seem exicted to be together. I don’t buy Jackson is sexually attracted to maggie even if the writing wants me to believe otherwise. That elevator scene should be smoking. It’s meh.

Maggie has a thing with 100% transparency from the people in her life and I get it to a point. This situation is different though cause april was going through something and he knew that and in that regard it’s none of her business. Honestly if he explains it as such she shouldn’t have a big fit about it.

The only thing is if there was something shady she would have been called out on it, especially with all the crap shondaland has been taking on since everything went down.

I agree, I don’t know why April can’t just work at another hospital in the state. Problem solved. and yeah calzonas custody agreement was dumb as hell but abandonment it was not.

How is this abandoning his kid? Didn’t Arizona pretty much do the same thing last year for callie and Sofia? This isn’t that far fetched, and honestly I see April being more attracted to Harriet than Jackson anyway.

I still think Jackson can look like a hero by allowing April to take Harriet where she needs to go to be happy. It would be a sacrifice. It would be one last crumb to japril fans. April would actually live which I want, and it can totally be believed that off screen jackson Is using his immense billions to visit his daughter whenever he wants and she’s with him in Seattle on occasion. Krista does not want to deal with attachments while pushing jaggie to the forefront.

I wonder if instead of a shallow “endgame” scenario, he offers april some forgiveness. He doesn’t owe it to her per se but hearing it from him might go a long way for her.
