And it was a retcon like twenty years after we already knew the character. I think the one time I remember a Jewish character on a soap was Nora on OLTL. It was part of her character from her arrival. I am sure there are others but that one stood out to me as being well done.

What I thought was hilarious about this is that MeAgain was asking the Senator a question and in that question she stated that the VP was a moron. But the Senator herself talked about how people can have differing views but it doesn't mean people have to be uncivil towards each other. 👀

I don't know what it is but this Tara chick is very irritating. She's clearly up to something. Lauren offers her work and she turns her down? And then when she finds out Ashland flew to NYC with Victoria, she looks visibly upset? And Show is quite mean. We never got to see Vic and Ashland in NYC. It's the next day so if they had a boinkfest the night before, we missed it.

Brook Lynn's plan makes no sense to me. Once Valentin finds out the truth, he will simply sue her and the Quartermaines because she actually committed fraud. And Nina's plan is really ridiculous. She longs to be in Wiley's life so instead of being the hero who discovered Wiley's grandpa is alive, she keeps that secret and then the first chance she gets to be with Wiley she blabs everything to him. This is the kid who went to Willow after Nina told him Willow was not his real mommy. She doesn't think he's going to blab about his dead grandpa really being alive?

Oh, so now Ashland is willing to share custody, but still cut off Tara financially. And Victoria is flying to New York with Ashland 👀

I haven't been watching too much so I missed what happened to Peter's body. Is it still in the stairwell or did Finn move it?

MeAgain: "If there is one thing we all have learned over the past year and a half and you know in our entire lifetime living in this country and especially since the murder of George is that it's important to listen she is a black woman talking about her experience...." Which is it MeAgain: the last year and a half or your entire lifetime? It's as if she realizes she is making a stupid or potentially offensive comment and then tries to back her way out of it. This is not the first time that she has stated this year and a half thing.

When MeAgain was talking about Bachelor host guy's potential to make a comeback (what a weird topic, who cares?) she cited Nick Cannon having made anti-semitic statements, and that he "did the work" and now has a new show he is hosting. But instead of just saying that, she listed in rapid fire run on sentence mode the specific anti-semitic things he said, which were pretty awful. I don't know why she does that. I don't think what he said bears repeating, but also the way she cites these things, it's a garbled mess anyways.

They absolutely should force her to rehearse, but it is clear that she doesn't. It appears as if she is reading it for the first time. So in that case the writers should make simple short sentences. Less chance to muck it up that way. I used to write for people who had never spoken in public before and this is what I did for them. I also rehearsed them, and changed words and phrasing that they had difficulty with. But this is just an internationally viewed TV show where the hosts are paid millions of dollars, so why bother trying to be professional and polished?

Okay, we knew someone was going to overhear Quinn who is constantly talking about that which should never be mentioned. But today, Show had Quinn and Shauna literally spell it out with as many words and descriptions as possible. Is this because they think Paris is too thick to figure it out from the first snippet she heard? The last time Quinn got caught was when she had dozens of conversations with Shauna on her phone, telling Shauna in great detail what no one must ever find out about. Surely the writers could come up with something a little bit less obvious. The actors must kill themselves laughing after doing these scenes.

Oh! Sally just outright confronted Tara of the Blank Stare and revealed that she knows she is after Kyle, and that she can help her!

The eyes darting to her left was OTT today. It was while NDT was speaking, and she had the next question. So presumably her producer is coaching her or giving her time signals. Sometimes after she looks to the left and then quickly looks into the camera again, she does this weird little smile, which is not at all connected to what is being said by the guest. That happened today a few times. She looked like she was watching a ping pong game today.

So, I have suspected from the beginning that Tara has nefarious intentions. I assumed that Kyle is not Harrison's father and that she doctored the DNA tests (we saw her personally administering them with jokey weird antics). I believed that her plan was to leave Locke and find another wealthy family /husband to shore her up. She targetted Kyle and the Abbotts. If the pre-nup says she gets nothing if she divorces Locke, this makes sense in this scenario. She has found her cash cow and a new baby daddy. I am going to spoiler tag the rest because some of this may have been on the CDN episode. It's so difficult because the Tara actress is so bad, I cannot tell if she is being devious, insincere or is just in a walking coma.

As flawed and implausible as this entire scheme was, this is the thing that made absolutely no sense. Unless they intended for all the Marthas to escape, of course the ones that remained would be tortured and killed. So why would those Marthas cooperate and what was the plan for their survival?

In attempting to convey her thoughts on the Manchin topic, Whoopi did what MeAgain usually does--she fast-read and garbled a list stats and talking points so that no one could understand a word she said! Hmmm...MeAgain is told what not to say by Standards but Joy is not? 👀 MeAgain tells she has several thoughts on the Manchin topic, advises us that she could discuss the filibuster for the full hour (while waving her pen in the air) but won't discuss it now because they have no time left. So she wastes time to tell us those two important things. Then goes ahead and blathers on about the Squad and a bunch of other not relevant stuff! I really had no idea what she was talking about.

Why on earth did they do that topic on Trump's pants? They weren't on backwards, they had a zipper, but I don't know if he pooped in them. After seeing the topic trending on Twitter yesterday it didn't take me long to find a photo that hadn't been altered but which clearly showed his pants are just ill-fitting. The photo everyone was having with fun had been altered to blur out the zipper and in the process made it look he might be wearing a diaper. And that is all good fun on Twitter. But the producers surely could do at least as good a job as me and realize this was a total fake-out. Oh, wait, they did know, they said at the end of the segment that Snopes had debunked it and that there are hours of video on CSPAN that prove it. So the producers and the hosts still thought this was a good hot topic?

Liam did mention in his initial confession that there was no way he was trying to kill Vinny, because he could not have known that Vinny would be there. Yes, it is weird that the cops haven't tried to establish Vinny's movements on that day. But even if someone hit Vinny first or beat him up and threw him into the road, it's still hit and run in the end.

MeAgain went off on Fauci, but had no facts. Just her usual word salad. But she was way toned down from what I expected.
