  1. I don't think he will because of the ALS, which my sister has. I dread when they portray his physical decline as it has been so painful watching my sister's. I hope I will be able to continue to watch cuz I love the show but I don't know. Almost ran outta the room, when I heard his diagnosis
  2. I so agree with you Snarklepuss about Jen. I, too was once young and attractive. Working in male dominated fields. I would rather have cut off my boobs and worn a bag over my head than use feminine wiles. Hence my nickname back then, Ice Queen, lol. Jen looked like someone let an overgrown cheerleader with not many cooking skills into the competition. Oh hh, if I hang onto his arm and smile really prettily (debatable IMO-pretty, yes. As much as she thinks, no.) there's just no way I can be eliminated. YaaaaaaaY, team! Ugh.
  3. And , sorry, for referencing another show, but Vanessa Is trying to set back women in the way Shawn did on Celeb Apprentice by checking out on the task because of her "moon cycle", rmfe. JMHO Yeah, why the HELL did Anthony keep saying what a tough girl she is? Girl, yes-tough, no.
  4. I am bipolar and they are already portraying it correctly.
  5. (Small voice) I love Helix in spite of its flaws. We actually bought some episodes. I think it will all come together. Not in a Breaking Bad way but in a fairly reasonable way.
  6. They need to be close before they have babies in order to reach Jamie's lofty, lofty level of perfection, rme. She needs to know that it takes worse and personal growth on BOTH parts to have a genuine, healthy love. The kind she keeps blathering on about. Psssst Jamie-fairy godmothers aren't real and you ain't no Cinderella, humble beginnings or not.
  7. She does realize, I hope, that those BAY-BEES are also going to grow up and have minds of their own. I feel like that could be problematic for her cuz ya know, the way she first acted towards Doug. I've heard a FEW couples say "oh, we HATED each other at first!" It worked out for them and makes a good story cuz they knew each other LONG enough to either know the other more in depth or perhaps over time-with both parties maturing or changing.
  8. I think they need to show how Loo-shus raised the boys or give some clues. Did he try to make himself a hero and bash Cookie? Or did he tell his sons honestly of the sacrifice that she made? Of course, that storyline also has the mysterious agent telling Cookie she has to testify and Cookie worrying for her life. It seems to be very clandestine with her/agent. Is Loo-shus aware of that situation? It seemed to be a surprise to everyone that Cookie was out or at least as I remember. Did she roll over on someone to get out early? Perhaps because she saw Loo-shus all over media blowing up after he abandoned her.
  9. What the hell did Chris Mundy do to the writer of the Gary Sinise article? I mean, damn calling Erica better than him.... It's harsh and untrue.
  10. In regards to the ad, I think the comment quoted, "Are we supposed to care?" is quite applicable, lol.
  11. I wish they would move the report button location here on ptv. I have accidentally tapped it so many times and panicked at almost reporting ppl when that was never my intent, lol. Oh yeah, I hated this episode. I will be reading your posts, as another poster mentioned, to see which episodes are worth watching. I miss the "Criminal Minds" I fell in love with.
  12. I,m sorry but what are POC characters?
  13. Just chiming in cuz your post struck a chord. I grew up knowing that WHILE living with my mother. She constantly begged, chided, insulted, I say, for me to be somebody else. One of my classmates, my younger sis, a friend of her's child, more like her. Just anyone and less like my father, please. The issues die down with time but they NEVER go away. Yes, my father ran screaming from the house straight to another woman. That said, I don't have daddy issues. I have mommy ones. It stinks. She didn't want my sister to be like me. She is seven yrs younger and prevented our interacting with each other. Never got into much trouble. Just spoke my own mind and refused to confirm to my southern belle upbringing, lmao. My dad hated her so much , he gave up on his daughters. He also didn't want to pay child support but I digress. Now, my sis is dying of ALS and mom is her caregiver. I am there for my mom but oh, the pain. Sorry for venting. I understand Kenya somewhat. I don't go around attacking ppl and I don't really want attention though. Guess cause I know what an"acquired taste" I am, lol.
  14. You're one of my faves, Ghoulina. Always on point. I, too, suffer from anxiety and bipolar which make for some actual panic attacks. The only doubt I've ever had during them was whether or not I would survive this one. I, too, am developing some lurrve for Kenya. I don't consider anything Brandi says either. Lolol.
  15. If only someone would tell Sutter, lol.
  16. One example of a major false note: Jax showing such agony over Tara's death. He did not trust her and was angry with her. He pretty much wanted her dead if for no other reason than to control his children's lives. Last night he acted like life was no longer worth living since she's been gone. Baloney. I felt like it was authentic after the way he and Tara left things. After their meeting at park and motel rendezvous, he stuck the deal with CCH Pounders charcter. He did the "right thing". He was gonna turn himself in & Tara was getting off the charges in some fashion or other. Or did I get that wrong? I thought Tara was experiencing relief as she first returned home & SAMCRO was saying goodbye to Jax because of it. Apparently, I erased the quote marks. Sorry :)
  17. Yeah but remember their gun suppliers, the Irish, were NOT willing to deal with them cuz they hate blacks. I guess Jax is the king of race relations, and I laughed my ass off while typing this. I know an Irish dude and this racism is pretty common among the Irish whites. Ridiculous and so "common".;)
  18. I agree. I always assumed during and after the looooooooooong season in Ireland (that I really didn't enjoy, lol) that it was an Irish accent. I thought it kinda came out of left field but I was binge watching on Netflix. So, glad they did not go back there, lol. That said, the Irish guy they shot, wow! Did not see that coming and I did enjoy his shenanigans.

It was also the most awkward Talking Dead ever that I ended up dozing off on.
