It's easier to say which characters I won't miss. James would be at the top of that list. I would love if Catherine/Piper Laurie came back, at least for an appearance or five. I'd miss Shelly, too. Is she still working at the coffee shop?

Watched this last night and don't really got much to say. Not a big fan of this case but as per usual the M/S interaction never bores. I've never thought about it before but having the teaser set in 1947 must have played, intentionally I'm sure, as a big red herring to the more UFO savvy viewers. Get them thinking, "Well, that car is so gonna encounter an alien aircraft", or even well into the episode thinking that an alien dragged the husband into the woods. Being only 9 y/o myself at the time I had no idea about the "Roswell event." I enjoy seeing them hang out at more places than the morgue, crime scenes or Mulder's office (Scully doesn't even have a desk!) in these early episodes. The bar in Deep Throat, now the breakfast coffee place and Scully at the restaurant. Speaking of, what is the biggest x-file here? Mulder's beast woman or Scully's shoulder pad lace blouse?

Any or most prodecural/case of the week/hospital shows that pop up. I've managed to not watch even a minute of any of the CSI's, NCIS or the Law & Order's or new network shows that has come out like Night Watch or Scorpion or the like I will never watch and I hate that all these shows take up room from what I'm sure are many original shows from talented people that could have you experience exciting drama unlike most of the crap you see on television but they never make it past execs because "it wont sell". I hate them and I will never watch them* *Exception, Criminal Minds, which I will bitterly watch to the bitter, bitter end.

CBFR, Pusher and Small Potatoes are really elbowing each other for 2nd place.

I'm curious as to who of us "suffers the most" when we compare our own top 10 to the top 10 in the game.

Oh, same. It doesn't help that there's so much quality shows around nowadays for a TV-junkie like myself, including all the great shows from yesteryear I like to rewatch, which also makes it easier for us scatterbrains to simultaineously do/read/play other stuff. I miss books a ton but I can't seem to be able to glue myself from my various screens. Le sigh.

It's curtain call for Beyond the Sea (5 votes) and Detour (4 votes). I gotta give a hand to Detour for coming in 5th place, a great episode but wouldn't have guessed it. Pusher got 3 votes and CBFR got 2. Penultimate round!! Oh, that's awesome. I want to, and plan to eventually, but I've gotten so far away from books it feels like I barely know how to read one anymore! Gone Girl has been sitting on my shelf for almost a year with me saying to myself: "I've got plenty of time to read that before the movie comes out." I've read half a page. There's been a lot of audiobooks in between... I'd love to hear what you people thought about it when/if you read it.

This is amazing! Just... amazing! And now I got a Twin Peaks craving but of course I lent out my season 1 dvd ages ago to a then friend who I don't speak to anymore.

The kids sleeping outside didn't bother me but maybe it has to do with the place and how you grew up. That situation wouldn't have been at all strange for me when I was a kid but I grew up in an extremely safe place (small island where everybody knew everybody). I hadn't watched this in forever so I was looking forward to it but I gotta say that the case just doesn't engage me that much, just like I remember feeling about it. The actress who plays the mother is great and the M/S interaction is great as ways but the rest I just kinda don't care about that much. Is this the last time we see Blevins before the hearing/his death?
